When scores of thousands of Iranian civilians were being slaughtered by their own Arabized/Islamized leaders, Trump assured them that American help would soon be on the way.
Instead of acting while the slaughter continued, he stalled for a month or more before doing anything.
He opted for a replay of the man whom The Nation of Islam’s notorious antisemite, “Reverend” Louis Farakhan, dubbed the “messiah,” Barack Hussein Obama in 2009—who also encouraged Iranian civilians demonstrating against a stolen election and other oppression, but like Trump now, years later, did nothing to stop the executions and massacres.

When Israel heeded their pleas, having over 250,000 Iranian Jews from Mizrahi refugee families in Israel, and provided intense air cover with its IDF, Mossad, and IAF taking out hundreds, if not thousands, of IRGC and Basij military commanders and personnel, blasting ballistic missile, drone, nuke facilities, air defense systems, and dealing a critical decapitation blow by incinerating the Supreme Leader and numerous top other regime officials on the same day…
All The Donald could do was resort to his nasty scolding of Israel and Netanyahu because they did what Trump said he himself was going to do, but chose his useless “deals” instead with masters of taqiyyah and kitman obfuscation and deceit.
They played The Donald like a fiddle then, and are doing likewise now. When Trump is gone before long in terms of history, they’ll simply revert back to tyrannical business as usual.

In ways he’d never treat his black African slaver Arab petro-potentate and Turk Kurd and Jew hating buddies, The Donald gets nasty with Netanyahu and Israel because the beleaguered war time leader refuses to be Trump’s punching bag and scapegoat…
Shamefully, the American leader demands that Israel do what no other country would be expected to do: allow itself to be repeatedly bombarded and terrorized from across the Lebanese border by Hizbullah, Sunni Hamas’s Shi’a cohorts, and not do anything to try to stop the nightmare which has made northern Israel largely uninhabitable.
Would America put up with such destructive nonsense?
If not, then why get obnoxious—which the bully Trump enjoys doing—with a nation which has been a most loyal friend and ally and requires a magnifying glass to locate on a world globe which is forced act to put an end to it?

Instead, General Colin Powell stated what was necessary in The Powell Doctrine:

And in Israel’s case, it dues so because it faces existential enemies who will settle for nothing less than its total annihilation, and will do this in the least costly way possible for the civilian population of its foes.

And by doing so telegraphing its punch and losing the important element of surprise to save enemy civilians, and costing the lives of their own soldiers as a result?
Did the Allies drop warnings before firebombing Dresden?
Do the Russians do this in Ukraine?
Did America do this when it napalmed Viet Nam?

What happens to the Iranian people when this Arabized regime which despises Iran’s proud pre-Islamized past survives, which Trump’s deal allows for?

As long as the regime is able to acquire powerful ballistic missiles, ICBMs, drones, and so forth from their Chinese, North Korean, Russian, and who knows whatever other allies they have, what’s stopping these genocidal maniacs from placing poisonous gas canisters on ballistic missile warheads and blasting Israel with those instead?
300,000 Kurds fell victim to such WMD extermination via Iraqi Arabs in the ANFAL Campaign and other Syrian Arab atrocities in the 1980s, but continuing to the this very day at the hands of The Donald’s new “good buddy ,” the al-Qaida jihadi leader of Syria whom Trump just mumbled more words of wisdom by stating that he should solve the Hizbullah problem in Lebanon.
Professor Ismet Cherif Vanly’s book, “The Syrian (Arab) ‘Mein Kampf’ Against the Kurds” describes this Arab “tolerance” for “the other” nicely.
What’s needed in Iran instead is the total eradication of this ghoulish regime and hunting down its IRGC and Basij militia enforcers as completely as possible.
Half measures will end in our long term moral defeat.
History will not judge America, as leader of the free world, kindly if we don’t seize this unique moment and do for over ninety million Iranian people what we did for Germany and Japan…assist them to gain freedom and democratic independence.
As Israel was destined to be, in many ways, as the Bible proclaims, “a light unto the nations,” America is now in a similar position as well.

By now, the CIA and military intelligence should have been in touch with loyal Persian regulars military commanders who can serve as leaders for a revolt of the Iranian masses to finish the job of freeing their nation.
What happened to America’s goal for being a force for good, assisting the downtrodden to gain access to a free and democratic future?
We did it in previously Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan after WWII, had boots on the ground, brought in administrators, educators, and others to help transform those nations into
the peaceful, democratic allies of America that they are today.
And in Iran’s case, its own black gold should both finance this transition as well as repay America and Israel for all the destruction and death the mullahs have been responsible for via its own direct aggression and that of its genocidal proxies as well.

Trump has denied the possibility of a solution such as mentioned here. If he wants to eradicate the IRGC, nothing less than boots on the ground will suffice. Unfortunately, there are no allies willing to help out here. Israel with its <10Million population is not up to the task. It has trouble enough keeping its own property in Judea, Samaria and Gaza under control. The eradication of the German and Japanese forces after WW2 was achieved by invasion, mostly by the US.
As a short aside, there were questions raised in the article about which countries took the time to warn civilian populations about impending bombardments. The countries mention in passing were the allies in WW2 and Russia in modern times. Nobody mentioned the terror the V* rockets from Germany invoked in the UK. I wonder why they were not even mentioned in passing when the NAZIs invented this kind of warfare.

Boots on the ground probably would have been needed to open the Strait of Hormuz by taking over some of the Iranian islands in or near the Strait. Clearly, Trump did not want to jeopardize the lives of any US troops that would have been needed to accomplish the task. Also,Trump acted rashly to appease Iran because of the rise in gasoline prices. Trump believes, not unreasonably, that the American people are more concerned about their pocketbooks and losing even one more American soldier in the Iranian war than they are about ending an evil regime that threatens to destroy the entire free world, including the US. Trump may be right about that, but it is his duty as the leader of the free world to convince the American people to put the continued existence of the USA and the free world before their myopic, selfish interests!
However, I take exception to your statement that “there are no allies willing to help out.” In fact, Israel has many Mossad agents and Iranian dissidents already in Iran able to form the nucleus of an opposition force capable of eliminating the murderous Iranian regime once and for all. There are also other allies in and near Iran that are ready to join the battle!
With Trump neutered by the fools he has chosen to advise him, it is up to the Israelis and their other allies to do what is necessary to end the reign of the fanatical Iranian mullahs once and for all!
A brief historical comparison establishes the stark difference between one of America’s distinguished founding fathers (Thomas Jefferson, America’s 3rd president) and one of America’s 2ist Century presidents (Donald Trump, America’s 45th and 47th president):
In 1801, President Jefferson sent the fledgling US Navy to the shores of Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya (“to the shores of Tripoli,” as the Marine hymn states!) to attack the Barbary pirates, who for the most part were marauding Muslim thugs interfering with merchant ships plying the Mediterranean. By 1805, the US Navy and its marine cohort had the Barbary thugs defeated and on the run.
By contrast, Trump sent a formidable expeditionary force to the Middle East to end the 47-year war being waged by the present fanatical Iranian regime against the US, Israel, and the West. Unlike Jefferson in his battle against foreign Islamist thugs,Trump for whatever reason has now chosen to turn tail and allow the Islamist thugs of Iran to survive to fight another day when victory was in Trump’s hands.
While Trump may be a master of “the art of the deal,” he is apparently no match for Iran’s Islamist leaders who are masters at “the art of deception!”
You are 100% right but left out Israel’s part. The victory was also in Israel’s hands but he backed down so hard that Israel was left with no choice but to stop and hope that Trump’s plans would miraculously and unexpectedly work. My guess is that those who would have given Trump an honorary presidential position in Israel are now having second thoughts.
