That is why I am just for expanding commercial relations with Saudi Arab and for now forgetting about the rest. The Saudis could find a way to get cover saying they are doing business with Israel while searching for mutually acceptable solution to the Palestinian issue. Forget Biden & Company. So they could say they are not yet joining the Abraham Accords fully until that is figured out.
Do not need Embassies but just Trade Offices.
If they do not agree to something like that, just say pass.
Just to clarify, I am not against normalization defined as normal relations with Saudi Arabia. I am sure, no one is.
The problem is that the likelihood of it happening based on what we have been told so far is not encouraging. I do not like Biden’s terms. Normalization should end the conflict over the Palestinians not perpetuate it.
@Ted & Peloni – I agree.

@Ted
Perfectly stated. The goal of obtaining normalization should not be used to defeat the very purpose for which it is being pursued.

Excellent discussion. Normalization must not pass.
