    Good observation about the Climate tab. I had forgotten about that. The site has many important and valuable aspects. One of my favorites is the Archive tab which lets you finger thru the past articles by choosing a year and month. I often get lost reading old articles and the very impressive comments of past years.

  26. Just noticed there’s a Climate tab at the top of the Israpundit home page. Found the article about a glacier growing despite scientists’ predictions a page or two in.

    Points out scientists’ poor track record when it comes to long-range prognostication but I thought of a counter-argument. A religious counter-argument, how ’bout that, inspired by the Tikkun Olam bit. Why is this heretofor shrinking glacier growing all of a sudden after all these scientists were tearing their shirts and crying out that the end was near?

    Maybe God just knows how to take constructive criticism?

    If so, I guess maybe it’s reasonable to assume He’s not a Democrat, then? (Though from the way their leaders talk and behave, you coulda’ fooled me. 😀

    Oh, wait, I know. They think they’re Greco-Roman Gods, that’s it. There were several classic Star Trek episodes on that theme.)

    You presume that what has not been proven to cause glaciers to melt is actually causing them to melt, which is illogical to conclude. What is more, even if the global-cooling-turned-global-warming is causing the melting of the glaciers, you have to prove that it is CO2 which is responsible. You have to prove that human actions are responsible for elevating CO2. You have to prove that correction in human actions could reverse elevations of CO2. You have to prove that the partial applications of corrections, ie to the western world alone, would achieve that reversal. And you have proved none of this.

    I find this conversation a silly one, even as it seems to fascinate you. So, this will likely be my final comment on this topic. Don’t take it personally, but this hoax is no more substantial than the Russia hoax, which I have no need to disprove either as it has been well achieved as well.

    You put CO2 in parentheses claiming it is toxic. But it is toxic because while this gas is a good thing for earth too much of this gas derived from fossil fuels is not a good thing.

    That is what is causing the heating of earth.

    There’s no better proof that the earth is this heating up than the glaciers are melting

    Along with welfare of people and nature this melting is also proof of concept.

    Anyway I think it’s far too much overblown. global warming and cooling has been shown to be cyclical, and as I recall from evidence fromIce cores etc, was up and down for hundreds of thousands ,if not millions of years past, of whichb present day issues show barely as a tiny blip.

    Besides, CO2 lack would itself destroy humanity, this neccessary component is like life itself to us.

    No confirmation beyond the Saudi source, Al-Hadath, which is based in UAE as I recall, and as you noted, often unreliable. Thank you for making this point.

    If it proves to be accurate, it would be a decisive shift in US policy, and long overdue. By what right does Iran have to maintain an intelligence asset such as the Zagros in the vicinity of their proxy war on international shipping. So, while sinking this ship would be a significant statement, so too would not sinking it.

    Those websites that publish stories of glaciers melting are woke websites that believe in the global warming hoax. If you want to believe in that hoax, you can continue to go to the websites that publish fear porn about the world coming to an end because of global warming.

    On the other hand, if you are curious as to the reasons that global warming is a hoax I can suggest a book that is really interesting. It is called State of Fear by Michael Crichton.

    I can explain some aspects of the hoax. For instance the entire concept of global warming was created by the Club of Rome, a group of elitist, extremely wealthy Europeans, who were trying to find a way to depopulate the globe. One way they came up with was to frighten everyone about climate change and tell them the world will end unless they all do X, Y,,or Z. Such as walk on foot or take a bike instead of driving a car or going by plane. Or they also suggest that people eat less meat. Note: those pushing this theory like former senator Kerry, always fly on their private jets, while they tell you to ride a bike.

    The main concept that has driven global warming theories is the concept of the world having too much CO2.

    Here is the problem with that theory. CO2 in the atmosphere is ESSENTIAL FOR ALL LIFE ON EARTH. Plants require CO2 and sunlight for photosynthesis, and in turn plants create Oxygen. If you somehow find a way to decrease atmospheric CO2 (which is doubtful) you will accomplish the dying off of plants. If plants die off, all animal life that depend upon plants, including you, will also die.

    This is interesting because they actually do want people to die. They also want to control all life on earth, they want to have and own all of the resources on earth, and have dominion over all the countries of the earth.

    I highly recommend the book by Crichton because it is easily readable and actually kind of fun. He blows a hole in every single aspect of climate change or global warming.

    The way the globalists were able to convince people of global warming is that they paid for professorships at universities for people who studied so-called global warming. Little by little, universities let professors go, who challenged these theories and hired those willing to go along with the group think of global warming. Once that was accomplished the only voices in academia were voices of the people who believed the sky is falling.

    This is how the globalists also indoctrinated doctors in medical school as well, which I know about because I was indoctrinated also. I didn’t realize this until the COVID debacle. I researched a number of subjects and found out that I and all my fellow medical students never questioned things that were taught to us as if they were facts, when they were actually theories that had already been proven false.

    So It’s not about denial of the “fact” of global warming. It’s actually a situation where a scientific field has been politicized and has resulted in unscientific theories being touted as “established fact.”

    The choice is yours: you can educate yourself and decide for yourself if the theories do make sense on a scientific basis, or you can just accept the propaganda that has been paid for by globalists like Bill Gates, and the Club of Rome, and the UN Agenda 2030. By 2030 their plan is something called One Health. By that plan they will be in charge of the health of every single living being on planet earth. These are the people pushing so-called, “global warming.”
