I recently updated Word Press which runs this site. The Comment Tool bar has to be customized so that it works properly as it did before.
Rest assured I am working on it.

Wow! This is really top of the line. Much better than before.The color palette needs some work, but you can still access by painting down and the colors appear.
Ooops. the colors did not take. Ouch!
the bottom options are conflicting with the top options.
