Conditions of Deploying International Stabilization Force

Peloni:  This ruse in the form of UNSC Resolution 2803 will not bring peace.  It will perpetuate the trauma of having an internationally controlled organization present on Israeli soil while seeing to the ‘needs’ of the Palestinians who have been weaponized with a Jew Hating psychopathy which was design, implemented and funded by the international community.

What is more  is that Hamas is still active in Gaza, and the International force taking up positions in Gaza will instead be occupying the Israeli held part of Gaza.

It was a great failure of leadership for PM Netanyahu to refuse to seize Gaza, destroy Hamas, and insist upon the full implementation of the emigration policy describe by President Trump in the early hours of his administration.  What is more is that in the Security Cabinet vote regarding the deployment of the ISF in Gaza, PM Netanyahu was joined by the entire Security Cabinet with the single exception of Min. of National Security Ben Gvir.  Hence DM Katz, FM Saar, Justice Min. Levin, and Finance Min. Smotrich all voted with PM Netanyahu in favor of allowing an international occupying force inside Gaza.

The Israeli cabinet has given its preliminary approval for an international stabilization force in Gaza that will operate in coordination with the IDF. Israel will be the one to approve which countries can send forces here….

* The initial authorization for the International Stabilization Force (ISF) to enter the Gaza Strip was established in President Trump’s 20-point plan, which led to the release of all hostages.

* The State of Israel insists on the principle that the IDF will continue to maintain control up to the “Yellow Line,” and there will be no withdrawal until Hamas is completely disarmed and the entire Strip is secured.

* Today, the Cabinet approved granting immunity to the ISF under the “Immunities for International Organizations” law. The ISF will operate in full coordination with the IDF in areas beyond the Yellow Line, in territory not under IDF control.

* In practice, the entry of any unit from the ISF will require individual approval from the Prime Minister, the Minister of Defense, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

* The Cabinet determined that Israel will be the one to approve which countries can send forces – these will be only countries with which we have a peace agreement and that are not acting against the State of Israel or its leaders on the international stage.

* At this stage, the number is limited to approximately 200 representatives from friendly countries such as Uganda and Morocco.
