New York’s Broken Political System is Going to Elect Mamdani

Peloni:  This is a very concerning report.  Mamdani alone has a base motivated to turn out to vote for him, and his opposition is splitting what might be the only chance to defeat him.  While Len Grunstein was correct in calling for a fusion candidate to face Mamdani, it will take one candidate, not four, and one which has at least some public appeal to match and defeat that of Mamdani.  New York City stands upon the precipice of even greater destruction in this race.

46% of New Yorkers would never vote for Mamdani, or the other candidates…

I know it’s fashionable in certain circles to sneer or cheer that a Muslim Communist is the Dem nominee for Mayor of New York City, but if you remember 9/11 or the BLM riots, you know that what happens in big cities doesn’t stay in them.

MAGA Isn’t Buying Pam Bondi’s Explanation On Epstein Video Footage

Peloni:  See Report of Bongino possibly to quit over Epstein mishandling by Bondi at the bottom.
Ashley Brasfield | Daily Mail | July 11, 2025

Attorney General (AG) Pam Bondi addressed the missing minute in Jeffrey Epstein’s jailhouse footage at a Trump Cabinet meeting Tuesday, sparking renewed scrutiny from MAGA.

Bondi fielded several questions from a reporter regarding the memo’s release, Epstein’s possible ties to intelligence and missing footage from the jailhouse video. (RELATED: Dershowitz Claims He Saw Full Epstein Client List While Defending Himself In Giuffre Case)

“Your memo released yesterday on Jeffrey Epstein left some lingering mysteries. One of the biggest ones is whether he ever worked for an American or foreign intelligence agency.”

Are we on the Verge of a New Middle East?

Peloni:  Geopolitical expert, Dr. Daniela Giulia Traub, describes the basis on which the Middle East is being retooled in such a way as to include Israel rather than against it.  In pursuit of a shift away from an old alliance system which isolated and attacked Israel, a new paradigm is being structured such that oil based economies are transitioning into knowledge based economy.  Traub offers an important context for this ultimate goal, explaining that nations such as Syria, Egypt and Jordan have been obstacles to such a visionary move, and nations such as the UAE and Saudi Arabia, in an on again/off again approach (based on political/geopolitical concerns) are reshaping these problematic, smaller Sunni states, by these moderate Sunni nations making key investments in vital economic elements within these smaller, problematic states.

Change in Jordan, Easy, Cheap and Good for Everyone – Mudar Zahran

Peloni:  A peaceful partner in Jordan would be a key stabilizing event which the region has never known in the past century.  I look forward to seeing this vision enacted in the not too distant future.

By Mudar Zahran, Secretary General of the Jordanian Opposition Coalition  (May 18/22)

Despite Israel’s keenness to protecting the Hashemite regime, and staying out of the messy Arab internal politics, it is now public knowledge that the Israeli intelligence establishment believes that Jordan’s king’s fall is imminent, and Israeli officials have been whispering that in private for a while, desperately discussing ways to save king and keep him in power.  Nonetheless, a well-calculated, carefully ushered and wittingly engineered change in Jordan could pose a huge opportunity for US, Israel, our Jordanian people, and all of those who want peace.

The War on Weather Modification Gains Momentum

By Janet Levy | Am Thinker | July 11, 2025

Image from Grok. [Cropped to fit]

The devastating floods in Texas over the July 4th weekend, which claimed 109 lives, including 27 girls at a summer camp, and left 180 people missing (at the time of writing), have once again sparked a heated debate on weather modification. Well-founded questions about cloud seeding causing heavy rainfall that led to the floods are dismissed by the experts featured in mainstream media. They acknowledge that a company performed cloud seeding nearby on July 2, but expect people to accept at face value its CEO’s statement that it did not “contribute to the floods that occurred over the region.”

The Settler Violence Myth

How a flawed narrative about Jewish settlers in Judea and Samaria became a global campaign—and a weapon against Israel

by Gadi Taub | Tablet | July 3, 2025

Click photo below to revisit Naomi Kahn’s important discussion on the ruse of Settler Violence.

In the popular imagination, Jewish settlers in Judea and Samaria are armed gangs rampaging through Palestinian villages and towns and terrorizing the Arab population with impunity. The coverage of the recent clashes in and around the town of Kafr Malik provides a good case in point. “Police free all settlers detained in Wednesday’s deadly rampage of Palestinian village,” read a headline in The Times of Israel last week. “Settler attacks on Palestinians throughout the West Bank have been taking place on a near-daily basis with almost complete impunity, in what has sparked mounting sanctions from Western governments,” the report added, with palpable outrage. How could these perpetrators of a “deadly rampage,” which resulted in the death of three Palestinians, be set free?

The Judge-Emperor: The Global Coup of the Courts

Peloni:  There was a time when democracy represented rule by consent of the people, but now it is increasingly accepted as being the fiat of some fop in black robes.

by Drieu Godefridi  •  Gatestone Institute  •  July 8, 2025

In the West, it is not the executive that threatens the separation of powers. It is faceless judges lacking democratic legitimacy who legislate on the pretext of judging. The torrents of universal rules and requirements deriving from articles of the European Convention on Human Rights (e.g. privacy, dignity), and the rulings of the European Court of Human Rights (pictured) are probably the worst modern example of tyrannical judicial imperialism.  (Photo by Adrian Grycuk – Own work, CC BY-SA 3.0 pl, Wikipedia)

From Israel: Separating Image and Reality!!

Arlene Kushner | July 10, 2025

We Israelis are dealing with an exceedingly difficult and complex time. We speak of the matzav, “the situation”, as we struggle to understand how we came to this place that feels never-ending. We are driven by a need to know what is currently transpiring and then, what we can likely expect ahead.

Take, by way of example, the assessment of how much damage the US attack did to the Iranian nuclear sites. Estimates vary so greatly that the head spins; you might end up accepting the estimate from the source you find most reliable, or perhaps you accept what you find most comforting. (Israeli intelligence says the damage was considerable.)

The US Strategic Disaster in the Middle East: Egypt

$60 Billion Down the Nile: Funding Egypt’s Pivot to China & Institutional Jew-Hatred

Khaled Hassan | The Grand Strategy | Jul 10, 2025

Screengrab via Youtube

For decades, American policymakers have treated Egypt as a linchpin of Middle Eastern stability, funnelling over $60 billion in military aid since the 1979 Camp David Accords. This largesse—averaging $1.3 billion annually—was predicated on Cairo’s role as a moderating force and guardian of the Israeli-Egyptian peace treaty. Yet beneath the diplomatic facade lies a strategic catastrophe: the United States is bankrolling a regime whose military and national security apparatus are institutionally antisemitic, actively undermine Israeli security, US interests in the region and fuel regional instability—and, most recently, while pivoting to America’s adversaries.

22-year-old Israeli man murdered in terror attack at supermarket in Judea, two terrorists killed in shootout

Peloni:  Both terrorists have been reported to be members of the Palestinian Police, an American equity.  Indeed, these well trained enforcers of Pal society intended to walk into a supermarket where they would have had an unfettered access to untold numbers of victims.  In fact, it was only due to the by chance presence of armed civilian and off duty soldier, and a locked door, thank G_d, that such an event did not take place.  While the terrorists being Pal Police comes as no surprise, and only adds to the list of literally dozens of Pal Police who have preceded these two in committing terror attacks, it reinforces the reality that this reservoir of terror, which is financed, trained, and armed by Israel’s American ally, must be disbanded, its arms must be stacked, and an alternate option must be pursued in place of further supporting this den of miscreant savages.

Netanyahu says, ‘Terror will not raise its head in Judea and Samaria’

All Israel News Staff | Published: July 10, 2025

A 22-year-old man was killed in a terror attack at the Gush Eitzion junction in Judea, south of Jerusalem, on Thursday which involved two Palestinian terrorists who attempted to enter a supermarket and attack customers.

Netanyahu: Negotiations Regarding Matters Related to Gaza, the Region, and Even Beyond the Region

Israel Update: A Bond Like No Other

Peloni:  In this episode, Gadi Taub and Mike Doran explore the completely changed nature of the relationship between Israel and the US, as Trump and Netanyahu have forged a far more integral coordination between these two allies in just a few months.  Begin watching at about 30min, just after Caroline Glick makes a surprise appearance with news that a deal is very likely to be formed in the coming days.  Among other things they discuss the risk benefit nature of such a deal.  They also look more critically at the Hebron emirates proposal, in which Mike notes that this is a power play between clans by borrowing Israeli power, while Gadi notes the very real risks involved in such a gambit.  Notably they agree that it is more of a statement of the need for a changed paradigm from the old Oslo dependency, as Mudar Zahran suggested in recent days.  They y also talk about Gadi’s recent article on the faux claims of ‘Settler Violence’.   Also don’t miss the dumbest take of the day where he addresses the very real appeal within Trump’s base to shed military adventurism in preference of the America First perspective, something which Candace Owens and her Jew Hating allies are harnessing for their own ends, but only by perverting the truth that the coordination between Israel and the US provides America with the ability to seemlessly achieve the America First reality which Trump and his base want to pursue.

Worldwide diplomatic isolation is better than more dead Jews

Peloni:  Highly recommended article!  Jonathan Tobin presents perhaps the most comprehensive response to the Western pro Hamas psychopaths which question the right and reason for Israel to choose security over terror, and safety over existential threats.  The insanity of the Western liberals who have chosen to champion the barbarians over civilized norms provides little reason to seek their approval, and every reason for Israel to secure herself into the future.

Netanyahu says any future Palestinian state ‘would be a platform to destroy Israel’

By

President Donald J. Trump and Vice President Mike Pence participate in an expanded bilateral meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Monday, Jan. 27, 2020, in the Oval Office of the White House. (By The White House from Washington, DC – President Trump Meets with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Public Domain, Wikipedia)

Netanyahu is correct in saying that any future Palestinian state would be a platform to destroy Israel. “From the [Jordan] River to the [Mediterranean] Sea is the eternal chant of the Palestinians, who are mostly descended from Ottoman South Syrians, many left wandering after the fall of the Ottoman Empire. Israel’s Arab neighbors and Arab nationalists in the Palestinian region resisted the formation of a tiny Jewish state in 1948 in even a tiny portion of the enormous region that had long ago been conquered by the sword via jihad. They formed the Palestinian National Charter, with treacherous wording to justify the annihilation of the Jewish state as an Islamic religious mission:

Iran: Will the West Finish the Job?

by Amin Sharifi Gatestone Institute  | July 9, 2025

Iran’s suspension of cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is not a turning point. It is business as usual. Tehran’s decades-long strategy — deny, delay, deceive — continues, and the West still refuses to call it for what it is: a slow-motion march toward nuclear capability. Trump Tells Us What He Thinks of Elon Musk’s Third-Party Scheme

Peloni:  To be honest, I wrongly expected the bromance between Trump and Musk to fall apart much sooner than it did, but I was correct in expecting the zero sum nature consequences of the world’s greatest break-up.  As Musk continues to run off the rails, his threat of raising a spoiler event, in the form of a third party so similar to MAGA that it is indistinguishable, provides a real potential of revitalizing the far more destructive and far more radical part of Washington’s Uniparty which was just unseated in the last election.

Who’s right?

by

When President Donald Trump was asked on Monday about what he thought of Elon Musk’s new plan to launch a third party, he was characteristically forthright: “I think it’s ridiculous to start a third party,” Trump said. “We have a tremendous success with the Republican Party. The Democrats have lost their way, but it’s always been a two-party system, and I think starting a third party just adds to confusion. It really seems to have been developed for two parties. Third parties have never worked. So he can have fun with it, but I think it’s ridiculous.”

Jews, infidels, and everyone in-between

In general, Westerners are taught to be kind, self-assured, self-responsible and tolerant of others, while Muslims are taught to be aggressive, insecure and intolerant.

When observing the daily demonstrations by Muslims and their radicalized supporters on the campuses and streets of America, I never cease to be amazed by the primal rage, overt hatred, and endless blaming of Jews they displayed. One cannot escape the question: why are Muslims so easily offended? When I see and hear these voices of hostility, I am reminded of the classic novel “Moby Dick” authored by Herman Melville
