The Palestinian flag has evolved from a symbol of armed struggle into a universal banner of protest, reflecting a broader assault on Western civilization.

PELONI:  The Peace Processors were relying heavily on an election in the PA to establish that ‘reforms’ had been implemented in the well corrupted, ever incompetent, and thoroughly duplicitous Fatah leadership, but even under considerable pressure from the Americans, Abu Mazen demonstrated once again that he has no choice but to disappoint the best efforts of the Peace Processors.  It will be interesting to see how this is internalized by Washington.  Regarding the survey results which Barry Shaw discusses below, it seems impossible for the Pals to find any non-terrorist to support in their still delayed (read as cancelled til further notice) elections.  While the survey findings suggest that negotiations are preferred by a plurality, their preferred choice of leadership would seem to suggest something else.  Indeed, has there not been enough negotiations with terrorists?

PELONI:  Diana West provides an vital analysis of Sec. of State Marco Rubio’s recent speech extolling the mandate inherited by the Western World from its Athenian heritage.

We stand at the crossroads of history.  The Western world is under a state of seige by the combined ranks of globalism in the fusion of Jihadism and Marxism, both from without and from within the structures of Western power and authority.  Indeed, the rise of Jew Hatred around the world should be understood to be a challenge to the Western world to either renew its embrace of the Hebraic teachings which underpinned first the American Republic and later the wider Western World, or severing all connection with the very example which brought the American Founding Fathers to draw from, embrace, and emulate the Torah traditions embodied within the Ancient Hebrew Commonwealth.  As the globalist seek to short circuit the influence of the Judeo Christian values via an alignment with the principles of Jihadists and totalitarians, it seems remarkably disconcerting that in an pivotal policy speech directed specifically at the revival of Western culture not a single mention was made of the duality of Western foundation being that between Athens and Jerusalem, but rather as being that of Athens alone.  The profound omission of  any mention of the foundational component from Jerusalem of faith and revelation as providing any influence on the reason and philosophy stemming from Athens belies a very serious philosophical breach of the very meaning and context of Rubio’s call for a revival of the Western World.

PELONI:  The desperation of the Peace Processors to stave off the final death throws of their precious Two State Solution ideology has them making outright false statements to support outright illegal economic war on Israel while being coordinated with a wave of fake reports of Jewish Violence to inspire their efforts and frenzy their Jew Hating supporters.  All of this is due to the refusal of Israel to publicly and officially declare that the Oslo framework is finally dead.  The reticence of doing so of course is tied to the realty that such a declaration must be coincident with some new policy to replace the Oslo framework.  Well, Min. Itamar Ben-Gvir has put forward just such a plan which involves the facilitating voluntary Arab migration, thus rising the spontaneous campaign by the Peace Processors to push their TSS agenda forward.  Herein lies the motivation of Miliband and the Burnham govt to make such sweeping and outrageous efforts to push their ideology forward with the help of the one solution paradigm exclusively pursued by the Peace Processors who try to maintain a vigilance of ignoring the fact that the Two State Solution was employed by Perfidious Albion a century ago with the creation out of whole cloth of the Emirate of Transjordan which is today the Kingdom of Jordan, which coincidentally stands on land which was initially intended for the Jewish Homeland later to become the state of Israel.

Amb. David Friedman stated a decade ago that if Israel would not declare the fate of how to deal with the situation in Judea and Samaria, some other malefactor might rise to do so for them.  It should come as no surprise that the British govt, specifically this Corbyn inspired govt, is doing exactly that.  It is vital for the Israeli govt to finally declare Oslo is dead, and to support their own vision for what comes next.  This focus must be a prime aspect of the activities next govt, making the choice and character of that govt pivotal.

PELONI: Well, it seems the “Settler Violence” campaign has now drawn the efforts of a French Communist Mayor amid the mounting effort to create an overwhelming basis on which to condemn the Israeli settlers.  Unsurprisingly, both the IDF and President Isaac Herzog played their role in immediately issuing their judgement and condemnation without taking the time for the facts of the situation to be reviewed and certified.  Happily, PM Netanyahu took the correct path to recognize that none of this passes the smell test and insisted that the “public and responsible journalists to demand verifiable evidence, to reject unfounded rumors and to refuse to turn unproven accusations into a collective indictment against the Jewish residents in Judea and Samaria.”  

Israel is a nation built on laws.  It is incumbent upon the leaders of the nation to base such judgements as were drawn by Herzog and the IDF on facts.  Criminal behavior can not be condoned, but it must be established as to who the actual criminal if not terrorist actually are before rendering such judgements.  Noting the recent sharp uptick in violence against Jews in Judea and Samaria as I reported recently, it would seem logical enough to proceed on a path of caution before rendering judgement.  The presence of a French Communist Mayor without authorization alone should have steadied the voices of the IDF and the Israeli President until the full reality of the situation was made clear.  Of course, this was not what took place, and it only adds to a series of events for which Jews are condemned for actions taken by or inspired by actual Arab provocateurs.
