Israel Paves a Path

Peloni:  This is an important article!  Developing a symbiotic cooperation between Israel and the Diaspora Jewish communities can replace the sense of defenselessness and vulnerability with the independence and control over their own lives, which can be supported by alliances with and in cooperation with other organizations and institutions, thus emulating the model of the US-Israeli cooperation in the recent war in which Israel maintained control over her own defenses.

The diaspora should follow

On June 21, 2025, the United States and Israel deepened their historic partnership, as American warplanes struck Iran’s nuclear sites at Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan in a decisive blow against barbarism.

J Street vs. Israel over Iran

Peloni: Arguing on behalf of preserving a nuclear threat in the hands of a terrorist regime which already has the blood of thousands of American lives on its hands isn’t anti-war.  Instead it demonstrates something between naivete and narcissism.  Like advocating on behalf of preserving the freedom of a rabid dog while ignoring the inevitability of harm which would come from such tomfoolery, those who advocate on behalf of a nuclear Iran are in fact advocating on behalf of an inevitable nuclear war.

The operation against Iran’s nuclear infrastructure wasn’t reckless. Quite the opposite: It was necessary.

Moshe Phillip

When Israel launched a precision strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities on June 13, nearly every segment of the U.S. Jewish community rallied behind it. Zev Stub of The Times of Israel wrote, “Jewish organizations from across the spectrum came out in strong support of Israel following the launch of its preemptive strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities … .”

Mark Levin: Aftermath of the 12 Day War

Peloni: In the opening of his first segment, Mark praises the resolve and ability of the US destruction of the Iranian nuclear program.  He also noted the tremendous effort and combined benefits which came from the US partnership with Israel, both in this event and in general.  Playing part of the celebration of the US army as well as the moving song of prayer for Israel’s brave warriors, Mark notes the ties of values which unite Israel and the US like no other two nations.  Playing a clip from Reagan warning terrorist that the nature of America is slow to react but resolved once action is chosen, Mark notes that this is who America is.

Ukraine – A Nation Established by Lenin, Stalin, and Hitler

By Alexander G. Markovsky |

This is the story of how a small frontier territory of approximately 80,000 square kilometers — once home to the free-roaming Zaporozhian Cossacks with a population not exceeding 300,000 — transformed into the largest country in Europe after Russia in just 300 years, surpassing even France and Germany in size without a single conquest or acquisition. While the supporters of Ukraine keep manufacturing its history, they cannot escape the fact that Ukraine is a man-made nation established by some of the most notorious mass murderers in history — Lenin, Stalin, and Hitler.

American rabbi visits Syrian president, says ‘Al-Sharaa and Netanyahu could meet’

Peloni:  Al Shara is part of the problem in the Middle East.  He is not in power due to popular consent, nor due to his moderate views, but due to the strength of his armed forces which have been dedicated towards Jidhad over the past decade or more.  To display his lack of credible ‘moderation’ even more than this, one would only need to look at his co-Jihadi allies who he has surrounded himself.  Moderation, not Hudna, is what is needed for peace, and peace is what is needed for the successful pursuit of the IMEC.  Also, Rabbi Cooper’s assertion that “He [Al Shara] did say he wants peace” should be understood to be remarkably unremarkable.  Al Shara needs regional cooperation and support to help stabilize his regime before he falls prey to the very form of violent overthrow which initially brought him to power.  The Abraham Accords should eschew such transparent Jihadis as Al Shara rather than inviting them inside the wire, as it were.  No good will come from entering into the self deception needed to portray him as a moderate.

Abraham Cooper, an American rabbi who met with Syria’s new president, Ahmed al-Sharaa, did not rule out the possibility of a future meeting between al-Sharaa and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Washington. According to Cooper, the path to such a meeting has not yet been paved and depends largely on U.S President Donald Trump.

We’ve talked about Zohran Mamdani’s leftism; let’s talk about his Islamism now

By Andrea Widburg | Am Thinker | June 30, 2025

Zohran Mamdani, the Democrat party’s candidate for mayor of New York, has attracted attention for the fact that he’s a hardcore communist. However, his religious beliefs deserve some attention, too.

First, there’s the fact that he’s a Shia Muslim who is affiliated with the Twelver Branch that drives the Iranian mullahs. Back in 2006, the late Bernard Lewis wrote about this ideology when he explained why the mullahs are not necessarily amenable to the doctrine of mutually assured destruction:

Saudi king rewards 1,000 Palestinian terrorists’ relatives with free Mecca pilgrimage

Peloni:  The Saudi commitment to peace is betrayed by actions such as this which honor and patronize the families who have slaughtered innocent Israelis for the exact reason that their family member slaughtered the relevant Israelis.  The path towards the future project of the IMEC is not paved with through the efforts of King Salman to honor the radicals in the Arab street.  Instead it lay a path towards the past, toward war, after gaining the great benefits resulting from Trump’s Gulf State tour.  In fact, while this action is a betrayal of any hope of a peaceful future, it is a direct slap in the face of recent American diplomatic efforts.

Israel’s Offensive on Iran Upgrades US Economy and Defense

*The 12-day-offensive by Israel’s Air Force against the anti-US Ayatollah regime has reenforced Israel’s strategic posture as the largest US aircraft carrier, which does not require a single American on board, cannot be sunk, and deployed in a most critical area. This area is the epicenter of anti-US Islamic terrorism, the region of 48% of global oil reserves and the intersection of critical shipping routes. This strategic posture has spared the US the need to manufacture, deploy and maintain a few more real aircraft carriers to the Indian Ocean and the Mediterranean, along with a few ground divisions, which would have cost the US taxpayer $15bn-$20bn annually to manufacturer, deploy and maintain.

BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU

Peloni:  Highly recommended article.  Indeed, China may be envious of the many potentials created by the insidious public-private tag team effort to overcome constitutional norms in the US.

Arguing that you don’t care about privacy because you have nothing to hide is no different than saying you don’t care about free speech because you have nothing to say.  Edward Snowden

We have to decide whether our fear is going to get the better of us. Once upon a time we had a standard in our country that was ‘innocent until proven guilty.’ We’ve given up on so much. Now, people are talking about a standard that is ‘if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear.’ Think about it. Is that the standard we’re willing to live under?  Sen. Rand Paul

‘Make the deal in Gaza!’ – President Trump again calls for Gaza hostage-ceasefire deal

Peloni:  Is Israel to become even more controlled by the US in the wake of the US acting in its own defense against Iran?  Should Netanyahu succumb to Trump’s demands as Trump is simultaneously pressing for the Lawfare against Netanyahu to be dismissed?  The transactional perspective with which Trump seems to assess the world is ever present and defies the history of the Middle East which has been formed in large part around Western interests while ignoring radical and regional ideologies, the result of which has been damaging in many ways, not least to the interests of both the US and Israel.  Is the deal in question connected to the grand bargain leaked to Israel Hayom in recent days?  Despite the denial of the Office of the PM, the timing of Trump’s latest tweet is quite alarming.

U.S. President Donald Trump resumed his calls for a hostage-ceasefire deal in Gaza, following speculation in recent days that Israel and Hamas are close to a deal following the end of Operation Rising Lion.

“MAKE THE DEAL IN GAZA. GET THE HOSTAGES BACK!!! DJT,” Trump posted to Truth Social early Sunday morning.

Israel Update: New Mid-East Order?

Peloni:  Mike Doran and Gadi Taub discuss the aftermath of the 12 Day War.  Mike warns that while the war was an enormous operational victory, Iran remains as a threat, likening it to a wounded dog, questioning whether this will lead Iran towards a strategic shift or if it will simply recover and return towards achieving its previous bad behavior.  Explaining further he questions if this war is more analagous to the 6-Day war, or the Yom Kippur War, ie is the 12 Day War an operataional victory which opens the next stage in the war with Iran, or is one which brings the conflict to an end?  He explains that the answer is that there is too much left unknown at this point to accurately judge, most importantly he notes it is unknown how the war will affect the Iranian leadership.  He also warns against being too optimistic as is normal for American foreign policy experts who overwhelmingly like to believe that money rather than ideology rules the world.  Very interesting conversation in total, but focus on the 30-min following the 11min 40sec mark

How to preserve the gains of the Iran War

Peloni:  Exactly correct!

The Lebanese model should be applied to Iran. Israel has redrawn the map of the Middle East, emerging as the region’s top military power, cornering Iran and outpacing Turkey.

The announcement of a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Iran, coming just as Iran appeared to be buckling under the weight of the blows it had suffered, has taken many back to November 2024. That was when, under US pressure, a ceasefire was declared to end the war against Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Successors to Khamenei

by

The Islamic Republic of Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Khamenei has declared that Iran “isn’t a nation that surrenders”:

Those very words from Khamenei are reflected in the regime’s move to survive, as it now seeks likely candidates to succeed Khamenei. “Iranian officials consider removing Ali Khamenei in plot to replace supreme leader – report,” Jerusalem Post, June 22, 2025:

What do the Catholic Church, the Israeli Supreme Court and Harvard University all have in common?

Walter Block

What do the Catholic Church, the Israeli Supreme Court and Harvard University all have in common?

It is replicability. This phrase is usually reserved for the physical sciences. If I discover something in my laboratory, and you cannot replicate it in yours, aspersions are cast upon my supposed breakthrough. If no one else can duplicate my findings, either, then my results will be considered invalid. Maybe I didn’t work with clean test tubes.

THE ISLAMIC CHRONICLES PT I: WHAT NOW?

THEY HAVE FLED. WE ARE STILL HERE. WE WIN, THEY LOSE!

Andrew Benjamin | Jun 29, 2025

IRANIAN AUTHOR AMIL IMANI: The ayatollahs, cloaked in false piety, have looted Iran’s wealth to build missiles and militias, leaving millions in poverty while their Revolutionary Guards crush skulls and break spirits. This is not governance—it is slavery. The regime’s nuclear ambitions, a dagger aimed at the world, have only tightened the noose around Iran’s neck, chaining its people to a future of isolation and fear.
