Who does Emmanuel Macron think he is?

Sub-Saharan Africa, and Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco are very familiar with France’s criminal history. And don’t forget that France capitulated and then supported the Nazis.

Bibi Vindicated on ‘Jewish State’ Demand

Peloni:  It was always ridiculous to consider peace being remotely possible with those who would not even give lip service to recognizing the Jewish nature of the Jewish state.  Rather than lowering standards to find someone with whom to form peace deals, Israel must raise the bar.  Not even the lip service which Bibi demanded should be enough, as this is how the cold peace came to be formed between Israel and its Egyptian and Jordanian neighbors.  Fundamental changes, not promises of recognition, should mark the potential of any peace, and the most fundamental change and most necessary, IMO, is the reform within the educational system of any potential peace partner, such that children are taught that Jews are indigenous to the Jewish lands, that they have a right to their presence on these lands, and are deserving of regional cooperation and general respect.  Barring this, it is not peace which will be formed, but rather, a simple deception, just one more hudna for our age.  And peace accords should not result in territorial concessions with Israel, but simply peaceful relations with Israel.

From the beginning of Benjamin Netanyahu’s return to the premiership in 2009, he repeatedly insisted that the Palestinian Authority recognize Israel as a Jewish state. “Israel expects the Palestinians to first recognize Israel as a Jewish state before talking about two states for two peoples,” Netanyahu reportedly told Obama’s Mideast envoy, George Mitchell, at their first meeting.

Jewish anti-Zionists and the murder of the Israeli embassy staffers

The close relationship between the Reconstructionist movement and Jewish Voice for Peace extremists.

Moshe Phillips

The murder in Washington, D.C., of Israeli embassy staff members Yaron Lischinsky, 30, and Sarah Milgrim, 26, last month by an anti-Israel extremist has drawn statements from American rabbis across the spectrum of political and religious thought. Yet one response stands out for its disturbing nature.

Gershom Scholem and the Non Rational in Jewish History

Peloni:  Geoffrey provides an important lesson regarding the current debate ongoing before the Knesset between the religious blocks and the other parties.  Told thru the lens of another era, it displays the costs which might come from the influence upon political elites by non rational aspects of Jewish thought.

By Geoffrey Clarfield

As Israel is being threatened by both its “friends” like Canada and the UK, as well as Jihadis from Gaza, Syria and Iran we note with anxiety that United Torah Judaism and other members of the religious blocks in the Knesset are threatening to dissolve the government so that the thousands of Jewish men who study in Yeshivas throughout the land do not have to do military service.

PM Netanyahu seeks compromise on draft exemption bill as ultra-Orthodox parties threaten to dissolve Knesset

Peloni:  The likelihood of the heredim parties getting a better deal with the opposition parties is negligible, as their base was anti-heredi, even before October 7.  Unless the heredim are looking to burn their bridges with the Right, a deal will be struck.  Still, the attacks on Edelstein continue and are not helpful towards this goal.

By DedaSasha – Own work, CC BY-SA 4.0

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu conducted a meeting yesterday with Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee Chairman Yuli Edelstein to discuss advancing the draft exemption bill. According to the Times of Israel, the meeting confirmed that a path exists to bridge the gaps on the issue of conscription.

J’Accuse Associated Press for its lies about the Gaza aid shootings

Howard Rotberg

J’accuse…!, Émile Zola’s open letter to the President of the Republic, in L’Aurore.  J’accuse Gallica page 1 and 2Public Domain

J’accuse, was a celebrated open letter by Émile Zola to the president of the French Republic in defense of Alfred Dreyfus, a Jewish officer who had been accused of treason by the French army. It was published in the newspaper L’Aurore on Jan. 13, 1898. The letter, which began with the denunciatory phrase “J’accuse,” blamed the army for covering up its mistaken conviction of Dreyfus. Dreyfus was eventually cleared years later.

In a recent essay in National Post, Iddo Moed, Israeli ambassador to Canada noted that the Dreyfuss Affair teaches the lesson that false narratives, when left unchallenged, have violent consequences.  Moed writes:

Witkoff Does It Again—Awards Arab Butchers, Encouraging Continuation of Atrocities

by Gerald A. Honigman

President Trump’s point man in the Middle East, fellow real estate mogul buddy Steve Witkoff, has proposed an IDF withdrawal from Gaza and release of over a thousand Arab butchers and accomplices along with some other slightly lesser Jew-killer wannabes in exchange for 18 dead  Israeli civilian hostages and 10 living ones.

Geez, what  a bargain!

I mean, after all, America itself would certainly accept such a deal with an organization whose charter unabashedly emphasizes that it’s main goal is the eradication of the United States and murder of its own people everywhere…correct?

Parents of Sbarro bombing victim urge US to demand Hamas terrorist’s extradition

Peloni:  How is it that this woman has not already been apprehended, tried, convicted and executed for the crimes she committed twenty years ago.  The Hashemites have only survived the past decades in power due to US presence and support.  Jordan receives the largest aid package in history from the US.  And yet we are to believe that the US lacks the leverage to bring this butcheress to justice in an American court??  This is simply not true.

Ahlam Tamimi, who played central role in 2001 Jerusalem attack that killed 16 and injured 130, has lived freely in Jordan since her 2011 release

Lt General Michael Flynn Has Strong Advice for President Donald Trump Regarding Russia-Ukraine Conflict

Peloni:  Threatening Russia’s nuclear capabilities is something which should not be taken lightly.  To be certain it won’t be so by the Russians.  Trump should follow Flynn’s advice, and take what actions are necessary to  reestablish American actions in accord with American interests.  This certainly would not include using the terms of nuclear treaties to support such an attack on the Russian nuclear capabilities.  Take further note that as the drones were smuggled into Russia during a state of war with closed borders and nil trade with the West, the US border has been left wide open for years with the movement of men and material unfettered at its border…

Sundance | June 4, 2025

It is at moments like this when I wish General Michael Flynn had not comprehensively compromised his ability to provide advice and counsel to President Donald Trump. This is great advice shared via Twitter:

THE PRAGUE CEMETERY. Why do so many people in the modern West hate the Jews?

Did you know? French and Russian fascists created a panic that caused WWII and the Shoa (Holocaust)

Francisco Gil-White | MOR | Jun 02, 2025

Why do so many people in the modern West hate the Jews? In The Prague Cemetery, the late Umberto Eco gave his answer.

This remarkable Italian polymath—“medievalist, philosopher, semiotician, novelist, cultural critic, and political and social commentator”—was smart, erudite, and a good observer. And a good writer. You may know him from The Name of the Rose—a whodunit set in the Middle Ages. But my special affections go to The Prague Cemetery, Umberto Eco’s historical novel about the birth of modern ‘political’ antisemitism in the nineteenth century.

Contemplating, a US-Russia Alliance

By Ted Belman and Alexander Maistrovoy [Feb 16/16]

Before Donald Trump’s blowout win in New Hampshire he shocked the world by saying he would allow the Russians to do the “dirty work” and would “Let them beat the shit out of ISIS also.”. Trump went further, “I have always felt that Russia and the United States should be able to work well with each other towards defeating terrorism and restoring world peace, not to mention trade and all of the other benefits derived from mutual respect,”

Putin, responded by saying: “He (Trump) says that he wants to move to another level of relations, to a deeper level of relations with Russia. How can we not welcome that? Of course we welcome it.”

The condemnation of Trump for his remarks was immediate but certainly not universal. Many American’s are beginning to see Russia in a new light.

What Lies Beneath

Peloni: Only Joan could deduce the brilliant connection between the spontaneous outbreak of antisemitism and the diagnosis of a hemangioma!  Excellent!

By Joan Swirsky | Am Thinker | June 4, 2025

When I was a nursing student decades ago, a doctor friend told me about an interesting case in which he performed a routine yearly checkup on a 12-year-old boy, including blood and urine tests, and to his surprise, this healthy-looking preteen had blood in his urine.  The doctor promptly ordered an intravenous pyelogram (IPG) — now in medicine’s dinosaur museum — which revealed that in one of the youngster’s kidneys, the renal medulla — the innermost region — and the renal cortex — the outermost region — were reversed, and as a result, the aberrant kidney took four hours longer to collect and then empty the body of urine.
