“U.S.-Russia-Syria-Iran-Turkey-Israel: The Techtonic Policy Shift” by Lisa Benson Radio Show

Listen to this compelling, yet disturbing Lisa Benson Show with guests Shoshana Bryen of The Jewish Policy Center and best selling author and investigative journalist Ken Timmerman. The round table discussion reveals the duplicity of Turkey, with Russia and US complicity in Syria throwing the Kurds under the bus gutting the War against ISIS.

The discussion revealed the Obama Administration abandoning the Persian Gulf to Iran, destabilizing the world’s energy supply, getting ready to withdraw US Naval assets, and avoiding Congressional appropriation authorities by paying Tehran with $1.3 billion from a State Department “slush fund” possibly via the Swiss Central Bank.Listen to the broadcast and share it widely as this is not being covered by mainstream media in the run up to the Presidential campaign foreign policy debate.

Number of Arab teachers in Jewish schools rises by 40%

The number of Israeli Arab teachers working in Jewish state schools has increased by 40% in recent years to reach 588 in the last school year, up from 420 just three years ago, the Walla news website reported Monday.

The jump is the result of an Education Ministry program to integrate Arab teachers of English, mathematics and science, among other subjects, into Jewish schools, reducing the surplus of teachers in the Arab sector and promoting coexistence.

If the establishment wins, America loses.

By Don Frederick
Feb 20/16

“Who is Donald Trump?” The better question may be, “What is Donald Trump?”

The answer? A giant middle finger from average Americans to the political and media establishment.

Some Trump supporters are like the 60’s white girls who dated black guys just to annoy their parents. But most Trump supporters have simply had it with the Demo-socialists and the “Republicans In Name Only.” They know there isn’t a dime’s worth of difference between Hillary Rodham and Jeb Bush, and only a few cents worth between Rodham and the other GOP candidates.

No contest: GOP is the pro-Israel party

Bipartisan support for the Jewish state is a fallacy: Republicans embrace Israel as an ally, Democrats do not

By Jeff Ballabon and Bruce Abramson, TOI

WASHINGTON (JTA) — For years, the leaders of America’s most established Jewish organizations – AIPAC chief among them — have assured their members that when it came to Israel, there wasn’t much difference between the Democratic and Republican parties. Even suggesting that control of the White House or Congress might matter to the US-Israel relationship was taboo, often decried as “anti-Israel” if not “anti-Semitic.”

The 2016 platform debates and conventions have shattered this outlandish insistence that in our hyperpartisan era, Israel policy somehow managed to remain neutral territory. It is now indisputable that the parties have radically different views of Israel.

US, Russia agree on preserving Syria’s territorial unity, reject Kurdish Rojava project

T. Belman. The Kurds are getting screwed. While most analysts call for a breakup of Syria, evidently Russia and the US want to keep it whole. Since the challenge is to create a Syrian government for a population which is 80% Sunni. How is this government going to control Islamist forces. On the other hand if the country is broken up, the Islamists will be in charge of the Sunni state.

This is a serious betrayal of the Kurds who have been doing most of the fighting and winning against ISIS.

Remember that both Russia and the US have rejected Israel’s annexation of the Golan and have said that the fate of Golan will be determined in a peace agreement with Syria.

US, Russia agree on preserving Syria’s territorial unity, reject Kurdish Rojava project

KOBANE – U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov discussed Syria including the Kurdish issue for more than 12 hours, finishing this Saturday.

While Russia says Kurds should be included in future Syria talks, the United States says they do not support an independent Kurdish initiative.

“We are for a united Syria. We do not support an independent Kurd initiative,” Kerry said.

Nietzsche: Why the Left is Allied with Islam

By Prof. Paul Eidelberg

Before exposing the alliance between the Left and Islam, which is evident among left-wing academics in America, ponder Nietzsche’s exposé of the nexus of socialism and individualism. Here are his penetrating remarks:

Socialism is merely a means of agitation employed by individualism: it grasps that to attain anything, one must organize to a collective action, to a “power.” But what it desires is not a social order as the goal of the individual but a social order as a means of making possible many [mediocre] individuals. This is the instinct of socialists about which they frequently deceive themselves … The preaching of altruistic morality in the service of individualism: one of the most common lies of the nineteenth century. [The Will to Power (New York: Random House, 1967), pp. 411-412, W. Kaufmann, trans.

‘Missionary work in Israel a silent Holocaust’

Ted Belman. Russia has just outlawed missionizing in order to protect the Russian Orthodox Church. Israel should pass a similar law to protect Judaism. Yes this is a limit on free speech. So what?

Lehava’s Bentzi Gophstain during anti-missionary demonstration

Dozens of activists from the Lehava anti-assimilation organization demonstrated Thursday evening outside of a missionary conference in Jerusalem.

The activists, led by Lehava founder Bentzi Gophstain, attempted to enter the building where the conference was being held, but we’re prevented from doing so by the police.

The missionary event involved both Arab and Jewish youth, attracting attendees with musical performances while disseminating missionary material. The Lehava demonstrators outside of the building warned those planning on entering the “performance” of the event’s religious nature, dissuading some from participating.

In Calais, a Powder Keg Builds

By Michael Walsh, PJ MEDIA

Afghan migrants wash on a scorching hot day in the migrant camp in Calais.

Western Europe has finally woken up to the threat of unlimited Muslim “immigration” — Germany, which is responsible for the whole mess, sees roughly a violent incident a fortnight now — but still hasn’t summoned the force of will to do something about it. The former East Bloc countries, only recently liberated from the Soviet yoke and maintaining institutional memory of their history of occupation by Islam, want nothing to do with them (Hungary, which has assumed leadership on this issue, is said to be building a second wall to keep Muslims out), but in France things are different.

 What Do Liberals/Progressives Want?

T. Belman. The USSR banned religion as the opiate of the masses in accordance with Marxism. At the same time it flourished in America. Now Russia has embraced religion and the Democrats are trying to overrule it.

By Ray DiLorenzo, STAND UP AMERICA

Liberalism or Progressivism is not about equal rights, a color-blind society, social justice (whatever that means), tolerance, the little guy or comforting the poor.  It’s about CONTROL – creating a secular, socialist society–replacing God with government that reaches its tentacles everywhere. They claim individual empowerment, but are determined to achieve government supremacy. In essence, it is about Marxism, but in disguise.

The God of the Bible, God-given rights, the concept of sin, absolute right and wrong, the Ten Commandments (not the ten suggestions) after all, does not meet with the approval of the modern liberal (Marxist).  It interferes with their lifestyle.

The greatest objection, I believe, of the liberal to Christianity, is the acknowledgement of something bigger and greater than themselves.

Immigration Expert: U.S. to Resettle Nearly One Million Muslim Migrants Under One Term of Clinton Presidency

T. Belman. In my Aug 6/16 article, Don’t be duped about Muslim migration to the US, I pointed out that we shouldn’t focus on the !0 million Muslim refugees from Syria but on the 1 million/yr Muslim immigrants being brought into the USA by the Democrats. My position is that only Muslims who embrace our values and reject Sharia should be allowed whether as refugees or migrants.

By Julia Hahn, BREITBART

The U.S. could resettle nearly one million immigrants from the Muslim world under one term of a Hillary Clinton presidency, according to projections from Center for Immigration Studies’ Steve Camarota.

Camarota explained that this large expansion in Muslim migration would be part of a massive increase in overall immigration, which the U.S. could experience under a President Hillary Clinton. Camarota noted that Clinton could potentially add as many as 10 million new immigrants to the U.S. during her first term alone, on top of the millions of illegal immigrants to whom she would grant immediate amnesty.

Israel and the Alliance of the Imperiled

by Ethan Seletsky, MEF

[..] Israel, despite constant existential threats and its history as a terror target, has kept its people relatively safe, earning a 2015 Global Terrorism Index impact rank of 24th. This rank is not only better than most Middle Eastern countries, but also is better than the likes of China, Russia and India.

Israel, through decades of thought and investment in counterterrorism, maintains security by reducing its areas of vulnerability and proactively targeting terrorist infrastructure and operatives. Israel has not suffered a major attack on its airports since the 1972 shooting at Ben Gurion Airport. Israel uses checkpoints and physical barriers in order to limit vulnerability and the activities of terrorists. Targeted strikes aggressively pursue those that seek to spill innocent blood.

The private sector contributes as much as the government to the strength and innovation of Israeli counterterrorism. Israeli companies are actively involved in creating technologies designed to increase security for individuals and nations.

Israel’s economic growth and global economic integration

By Yoram Ettinger, Straight from the Jerusalem Boardroom #21

1. China’s telecommunications conglomerate, Xinwei, is acquiring Israel’s satellite operator, SpaceCom, for $285MN. In 2015, Chinese companies invested about $500MN in Israeli companies. Israel’s trade balance with China is $11BN (10% of Israel’s overall trade balance), doubling the trade balance in 2010, far from the $50MN in 1990. Chinese companies are pushing deeper and further into Israel than ever before, and Israeli companies and government officials are returning the embrace. China is increasingly targeting Israeli general technology, agro-technology and irrigation with private and government money. In 2015, China’s Bright Food bought control of Israel’s Tnuva for $2BN, and in 2011 China’s National Chemical Corp. acquired Israel’s Adama, a pesticides and crop protection company, for $2.4BN.Taiwan’s General Mobile Corporation acquired MassiveImpact, an Israeli Ad Technology company, for tens of millions of dollars.

Syrian Kurds clash with Turkish forces

DEBKA

Syrian Kurdish militia commanders are flouting the ultimatum US Vice President Joe Biden handed them Wednesday, Aug. 24 to retreat to east of the Euphrates or else forfeit US support.  Instead, DEBKAfile’s military sources report, they decided to stand their ground and fight it out with the Turkish army.

The first clash occurred Thursday overnight, when Kurdish forces from Manbij attacked the positions taken by Turkish tanks in Jarablus, hours after Islamic State forces were put to flight from this border town.

Decoupling Diplomacy from ‘Peace’

By Evelyn Gordon, COMMENTARY

Israel

In a world where entire countries are collapsing, it’s not surprising that the collapse of a decades-old diplomatic axiom has been largely ignored. This axiom holds that Israel’s international relations are dependent on the fate of the Israeli-Palestinian peace process. Relations will improve if the government makes progress toward peace and worsen if the peace process stalemates. Yet Israel today, under a government widely (though wrongly) deemed its “most right-wing ever” and equally widely (though equally wrongly) blamed for the nonexistent peace process, has been expanding and deepening its diplomatic relationships at a dizzying pace, as the past week once again shows.

INTO THE FRAY: “Mowing the lawn” won’t cut it—My challenge to BESA

By avoiding confrontations in which Israel can win, Israeli governments risk backing the country into a confrontation which it cannot win.

By MARTIN SHERMAN

Israelis have gradually come to realize that at present the Palestinians are neither a partner for comprehensive peace nor capable of establishing a viable state…The Palestinian Authority has no intention of accepting a Jewish state in any borders, and the two sides remain far apart on most of the concrete issues to be resolvedIsrael’s recent governments are left, willy- nilly, with a de facto conflict-management approach, without foreclosing any options.

Column One: Trump and the American Dream

By Caroline Glick, JPOST

Trump

According to most polls taken since last month’s party conventions, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton enjoys an insurmountable lead over Republican nominee Donald Trump. Consequently, a number of commentators on both sides of the partisan divide have declared the race over. Clinton, they say, has won.

There are several problems with this conclusion.

First of all, the “official campaign,” won’t begin until September 26, when Clinton and Trump face off in their first presidential debate. Clinton is not a stellar debater and Trump, a seasoned entertainer, excels in these formats.

Part V. Beyond Multicultural Relativism: Serge Trifkovic, The Sword of the Prophet

By Paul Eidelberg, President, Israel-America Renaissance Institute

Introduction: Having surveyed what well-educated and experienced ex-Muslims say about Islam—Muslim men and women who have lived and suffered under various Islamic regimes—the reader must be all the more dismayed by the university-bred doctrine of multicultural relativism that permeates all levels of education in liberal democratic America and in social democratic Europe.

As indicated at the outset of our survey of Islam, it is this relativism that obscures the horrendous evil—the genocide and politicide—committed in the name of Muhammad and his deity. Relativism has emasculated the West. It corrupts American foreign policy. It prompts the politicians of the secular democratic state, American as well as European, to appease terrorists and tyrannies, especially those that adorn themselves in a ferocious religion. That the civilization inspired by the Prophets of Israel, the dialogues of Plato, the works of Aristotle, the Sermon on the Mount, the tragedies of Shakespeare—a civilization, moreover, that produced scientists like Newton and Einstein, statesmen like Washington and Churchill—that this civilization should genuflect to despots who worship Muhammad and his Jihad-loving deity—what a sacrifice of the intellect; what a betrayal of justice and humanity; a mockery of human greatness!
