Violations of Oath and Criminal Negligence

By LTG Tom McInerney USAF (Ret) & MG Paul E Vallely US Army (Ret) | Stand Up America US Foundation  | April 29, 2025

Governors, Mayors, Judges and District Attorneys are not above the law regarding criminal negligence, fostering illegal activity, and violating their oath of office. They must continue to be indicted and arrested removed from the office? We will and cannot wait for new elections to solve the increased criminal activities in our cities and states. Once citizens and the Federal government witness negligence by elected officials and promote more criminal activity, they must be confronted and warned. Forced resignations are in order!

Unmasking the Palestinian Authority

Terrorism is not merely tolerated but honored.

Moshe Phillips

April 22, 2025, may be remembered as a turning point in the history of Israeli public diplomacy—and rightly so. On that day, the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs harnessed the power of social media to expose the Palestinian Authority as the enemy it is.

From the official @Israel account on X, a powerful statement was posted: “The Palestinian Authority isn’t educating children, it’s indoctrinating them. Maps without Israel. Teachers praising martyrdom. Textbooks that glorify terror. As long as they teach hate, there’s no hope for peace. Stop ignoring it. Stop funding education that leads to terror.”

Israeli hero Elchanan Kalmanson and his team of rescuers: A Memorial Day story of sacrifice

Peloni:  The sense of resolve which drew heroes such as Kalmanson and those like him to come to the defense and rescue of the besieged innocents on October 7 is impossible to describe.  It stands as a testimony of the Zionist credo that we Jews are  responsible for the path of our own destiny, for the success or failure of our own state in our own homeland, and that we each carry the right and onus to fulfill that obligation to the best of our ability, albeit with what aid and assistance our allies might afford us, but that the responsibility remains all our own, as do the consequences of any success or failure.  There are of course many implications which come forth from this responsibility, from the political to the geopolitical, but on Yom Hazikaron, the greatest implication is the solemn reflection upon the debt we owe to so many heroes over the years who, like Kalmanson, made the ultimate sacrifice while defending the Jewish state from its enemies which rise against us in every age.  May Their Memory Be a Blessing.

When remembering the harder aspects of Jewish history, Israeli memorials often give emphasis to honoring those who defied the odds and courageously fought on behalf of others. In other words, heroes.

One such hero is Elchanan Kalmanson, a father of five who gave his life saving many others on Oct. 7, 2023.

New Iran Port Explosion Details Emerge; Israeli Sabotage Rumors RISING | TBN Israel

Peloni:  There have now been several explosions at sensitive sites across Iran over the past few days.  While none of the effects of these other attacks are as relevant as shutting down Iran’s only deep water port at Bandar Abbas port, the timing is impossible to consider to be due to chance.  It would seem that the significance of the attack on Badar Abbas was meant to weaken the Iranian regime, just as the US persists with its negotiations with the Iranians.  So who might be most likely to weaken the regime at such a significant moment as this? Is it reasonable that this would be the time at which either Israel or the Iranian insurgents would coordinate such a debilitating blow against the Mullahs as this?  Or would it be more reasonable that the US would do so, in order to leverage the Iranians towards adopting a more conciliatory position in its negotiations with the US?

The Liberal Betrayal of the Jews

Peloni:  The contrast between the Trump administration fighting to end antisemitism and the Democratic opposition’s fight to save it is beyond despicable, and it is also impossible to hide…and yet, the liberal Jewish establishment refuse to not play their part in carrying water for the campaign to save antisemitism in America.

The liberal Jewish establishment comes out against fighting antisemitism.

“I’m appreciative of President Biden’s historic initiative on antisemitism and thankful to President Trump’s strong condemnation of Anti-Semitism and his promise to bring back consequences to antisemitic behavior,” Abe Foxman, the former longtime head of the ADL told a crowd at at an event commemorating the Holocaust. “But as a survivor, my antenna quivered when I see books being banned, when I see people being abducted in the streets, when I see the government trying to dictate what universities should teach and whom they should teach.”

The Message Trump Should Deliver in Qatar

Peloni:  Trump should cancel his visit to Qatar, as he should also cancel Qatar’s Major Non-NATO Ally status.  Afterall, in what way are they actually an ally?  They support terror, instill anti-American propaganda in and outside of the US, indoctrinate American students with antisemitic values, and finance public chaos on student campuses, all while corrupting American politicians.  In Trump’s pledge to drain the swamp, he should recognize that Qatar is one of a main element of the Washington swamp.  Promoting such a country as Qatar with a Presidential and with visit and with its MNNA status does not in any way advantage US interests, rather, it only diminishes those interest.

“You saved my life,” former Israeli-American hostage Keith Siegel told President Trump at a recent dinner. “You got 33 of us home alive,” Siegel noted, adding, “we will get, with your help, all of the remaining 59 hostages still in Gaza back home.” Trump’s upcoming visit to Qatar, part of a three-day tour of the Arab Gulf from May 13 to May 16, is an opportunity to turn Siegel’s words into action.

US’ Iran Policy – Iranian Reality vs. Alternate Reality

Ambassador (ret.) Yoram Ettinger, “Second Thought: a US-Israel Initiative” | April 29, 2025

It has been maintained that Iran’s Ayatollah regime is Israel’s problem, does not pose a serious threat to the US and global stability, and is manageable via negotiation. However, this assumption is repudiated by the march of facts.

1. Irrespective of Israel, Iran’s Ayatollah regime is driven by a 1,400-year-old fanatical vision, that is underscored by Iran’s school curriculum, mosque sermons, official media and sustained policy. This fanatical vision mandates the toppling of all pro-US Sunni Arab regimes and bringing the “infidel” West to submission, primarily “The Great American Satan.” Since the February 1979 toppling of Iran’s Shah, the Ayatollah regime has emerged as the leading global epicenter of anti-US wars, terrorism, drug trafficking and the proliferation of advanced military systems. It considers Israel as “The Little Satan” – the vanguard of the US in the Middle East and its first line of defense.  Moreover, the Ayatollah regime has expanded its anti-US rogue operations beyond the Persian Gulf and the Middle East, into Africa and Latin America, which is the soft underbelly of the US. For example, since the early 1980s, Iran has established terrorist training camps and ballistic missiles testing grounds in Latin America, solidifying strategic cooperation with drug cartels in Mexico, Columbia, Bolivia, Ecuador and Brazil, as well as with all anti-US Latin American governments, while proliferating terrorist sleeper cells on US soil (according to the FBI).

A Great Warrior for Freedom Has Passed Away

Peloni: David Horowitz was one of the greatest advocates of the Jewish people and the Jewish homeland. A legend in his own age, Horowitz’ passion, logic and interactive dialogue inspired many to grasp the challenge of facing down our enemies while armed only with dignity, resolve and the truth. May his memory be a blessing.

The world will not soon see a man like David Horowitz again.

by

One of the great Americans of our age, David Horowitz, died on Tuesday at the age of 86.

David Horowitz was one of the towering intellects and most perceptive thinkers of the late twentieth century and early twenty-first; he was also a man of unusual courage and remarkable vision. Though few people today realize it, David Horowitz was also one of the most influential people of our time, as he was one of the first leftists of any prominence to leave the leftist ranks and become a stalwart warrior for freedom.

5 Wasteful and Harmful UN Organizations That Delegitimize Israel

Peloni:  These organizations reflect the biased, factually inaccurate perspectives held by the UN itself.  The inherent bias, systemic corruption, and feckless policies make plain their role in expanding regional problems rather than even attempting to address them in a meaningful or effective way.  The UN has in fact betrayed its mandate to effect policies which promote stability and expand peace. Both the UN and its many subsidiary organizations should be simply be shuddered.

As the Trump administration undertakes a review of U.S. support for the United Nations, it should defund and seek the elimination of five UN organizations that exist primarily to delegitimize Israel. Toward that end, former President Joe Biden banned U.S. funding of the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) in 2024 for one year, with President Donald Trump permanently extending the ban in February 2025. However, four other UN anti-Israel organizations still benefit from the UN regular budget, of which the United States is the largest contributor, accounting for 22 percent of the $3.7 billion total, or roughly $800 million per year.

The Untold Story of How Israel Failed on October 7

by Jonathan Foreman | Commentary | May 2025

(Photo by IDF Spokesperson’s Unit, CC BY-SA 3.0)

The Hebrew word mechdal has no precise equivalent in English. It signifies a great catastrophe for which human beings are responsible by inaction, error, or irresponsibility. The Yom Kippur War of 1973, which began when an unprepared IDF was taken by surprise by simultaneous Syrian and Egyptian attacks, has often been referred to as a mechdal. The October 7, 2023, attack was an even greater mechdal.

We Get What We Deserve!

Peloni:  It is simply beyond belief and reason that Carney won this election.  A truly devastating blow for Jews, Canadians, and the free world, all in one defeat.  I look forward to this govt lacking support to remain in power for very long, and little else from this antisemitic, Chinese pawn ruling over the Great White North.

Here in Canada we just elected Mark Carney as our PM. He belongs to the same Liberal party that our former PM, Justin Trudeau was a member of. This will mark 10 years of a disastrous Leftist, woke, antisemitic government who’s leaders continue to be pawns of the WEF, that have run our beautiful country into the ground. Culturally, politically, economically and in every way (especially our education system) we are in deep trouble.

China Isn’t Taking Over Manufacturing, It’s Taking Over Retail

We still don’t understand China’s plans for our economy.

by

(Image by Andyso – Own work, Public Domain)

American officials usually accuse China of trying to take over our manufacturing, but that’s old news. China took over our manufacturing long ago. And the parts it still hasn’t taken over are usually the parts that it doesn’t want or that are too uneconomical to be worth taking over.

Avi Weiss’s huge exposé – everything Ronen Bar has been hiding from us for a year and a half

Peloni:  Avi Weiss is an investigative journalist and editor of Telecom News, having written about 1,800 articles over the past 15years.  He is no stranger to making explosive revelations, which has only increased since October 7.

Yossi Baum | X | April 28, 2025

Avi Weiss’s huge exposé – everything Ronen Bar has been hiding from us for a year and a half:

  • Hamas activity inside Israel on the morning of the massacre did not begin at 6:29 as they wanted us to think, but during the small hours of the night. I received testimonies from people who were there in real-time around 3:30 AM. Also, 2 of the SIM cards that were used – were activated during those same hours inside Israel.

  • There were terrorist infiltrations from a tunnel into Israel during the night. The existence of the tunnel was revealed on N12 a year ago, but without the current context.
