China Isn’t Taking Over Manufacturing, It’s Taking Over Retail

We still don’t understand China’s plans for our economy.

American officials usually accuse China of trying to take over our manufacturing, but that’s old news. China took over our manufacturing long ago. And the parts it still hasn’t taken over are usually the parts that it doesn’t want or that are too uneconomical to be worth taking over.

Avi Weiss’s huge exposé – everything Ronen Bar has been hiding from us for a year and a half

Peloni:  Avi Weiss is an investigative journalist and editor of Telecom News, having written about 1,800 articles over the past 15years.  He is no stranger to making explosive revelations, which has only increased since October 7.

Yossi Baum | X | April 28, 2025

Avi Weiss’s huge exposé – everything Ronen Bar has been hiding from us for a year and a half:

  • Hamas activity inside Israel on the morning of the massacre did not begin at 6:29 as they wanted us to think, but during the small hours of the night. I received testimonies from people who were there in real-time around 3:30 AM. Also, 2 of the SIM cards that were used – were activated during those same hours inside Israel.

  • There were terrorist infiltrations from a tunnel into Israel during the night. The existence of the tunnel was revealed on N12 a year ago, but without the current context.

Travelers and Fellow Travelers, Then and Now

Five members of Congress last week traveled to a prison in Louisiana to show their solidarity with two Hamas supporters who are awaiting deportation. The Congressional visitors were continuing an unfortunate century-long tradition of politicians and political activists embracing tyrants, terrorists and terror supporters.

Meeting the Moment: Focusing On The Danger of A Palestinian State

French President Emmanuel Macron’s announcement in April that France will recognize a Palestinian state by June is deeply disappointing. This decision reflects a troubling inconsistency in Europe’s approach to Israel — one that is both morally and strategically flawed.

A Newly Discovered Algorithm in Wisconsin Voter File is Indisputable Evidence of Criminal Election Fraud

By Jerome R. Corsi | Am Thinker | April 28, 2025

Andrew Paquette, Ph.D., has discovered a never-before-seen algorithm in the Wisconsin Election Commission’s (WEC) voter registration database, leaving no doubt someone has penetrated the WEC’s computer system to impose a criminal reordering on the voter files. This finding alone should draw the attention of Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and FBI Director Kash Patel. Yet, to date, we see no action whatsoever from the DOJ or the FBI investigating criminal election fraud.

Tehran breathes sigh of relief as deal talks resume

The US erred when it did not establish clear red lines for negotiations with Iran regarding the timeframe – after all, Iranians are known as “champions” in procrastination and stalling.

by  Prof. Eyal ZisserPublished on  04-27-2025

The attack has been postponed but it will surely come – this is what Iranian Chief of Staff Mohammad Bagheri promised last week, even threatening that this attack would be more painful than its predecessors and cause heavy damage and casualties.

Mark Levin: Due Process & Stopping Iran’s Nuclear Program

Peloni:  In his opening segment on the April 26 show, Mark discusses the concept of due process, and how it has been misapplied over the years.  He shares the reality that the Founding Fathers intended for the three branches of govt should each regulate their individual branches, but that the Judiciary exceeded their authority by seizing the power to set policy for the other branches.  He also explores the inconsistent rulings which have been made by SCOTUS, and that the real purpose of the current call for due process is to inject anarchy into the system to obstruct Trump’s immigration policy and to achieve “revolution by immigration” and thereby completely alter the fabric of the nation’s values and destroy the US.  In his second segment, Mark talks with Gen. Jack Keane about the impossibility of allowing Iran to have even a civilian nuclear program.  Keane explains that Iran is currently more vulnerable than ever, and that they would be even more vulnerable after an attack by Israel, with or without US.  In the final segment, Mark talks with Former DOJ Prosecutor, Jim Trusty, about the historical deference of due process to different branches.  He also explains that due process should in many instances be limited to the use of administrative hearings, and that many of the judges involved in the call for due process are clearly activist judges, intent on fighting the administration, not on due process and that their attempt to change the status quo is intended to overwhelm and defeat the system rather than to pursue justice.

PM Netanyahu Speaks at JNS Summit 2025

Peloni:  For the first 40mins of his speech, Netanyahu presents a detailed review of the ongoing war to defeat Israel, beginning back with the founding of the Jewish State, in which differing tactics have been used over the years in an attempt to destroy it, culminating in the current multi-front war with Iran and its proxies.  Towards the end of the speech, Netanyahu makes the point that the only deal which might be made with Iran is one which completely dismantles Iran’s entire nuclear program as was done in Libya.  He additionally highlights the need to simultaneously eliminate Iran’s ballistic missile program which will lead to the targeting of every city in America if it is not ended.  He relates the relevance of ongoing war with the Deep State which opposes the right of the people to be ruled by a govt of their choosing, and he closes by calling for the need to fight back against the campaign of lies being mounted in America, which is being successfully waged amongst the youth of America, by foreign govts and by NGOs who fund social media influencers to attack the supporters of Israel on both the Right and the Left.  He challenges that Israel’s friends and allies must do “more, more and more” to fight back against this ongoing public opinion campaign with the truth because the support which has been drawn together by Israel’s enemies can be reversed by standing up and fighting back with the truth, which of course was the point of the first 40 minutes of his speech.

Hijacking the Holocaust

Peloni:  Though Rabbi Aiello wrote this article seven years ago, the message she crafted in this essay is more relevant than when it was first published, something she seemed to anticipate in the body of the text.  We have a right and obligation to distinguish the Shoah as being unique from all other historical tragedies, just as antisemitism is a unique for of hatred.  In fact, denying the particular attributes of the Shoah by shading it as just one of many slaughters would only serve to dilute and diminish and distract from the lessons which should be learned are actually quite unique to this historical event.

Even in Italy, the attempted extermination of Jews is being memorialized as ‘lost,’ ‘perished,’ and ‘were killed’

The high school in the town was new and high tech, something one often doesn’t see in the “toe” of the Italian “boot,” in the region of Calabria where I live — the region which is the poorest in all  of Italy. It was also good to see that the school administration was forward thinking as evidenced by the effort made to provide students and community members with an opportunity to observe Holocaust Memorial Day, Europe’s January counterpart to the springtime observance of Yom HaShoah.

Mark Carney Will Sell Canada Out

Peloni: While David (speaker in video) states that Trump is business partners with Carney, he doesn’t show this.  He does, however demonstrate a great deal of common interests between Trump and having Carney win the election, something which Trump has made clear is his preference in this election.  The video begins with David stating unequivocally that “I’m going to show you how Mark Carney Elon Musk and Donald Trump are business partners” but he falls somewhat short of showing Trump’s business ties to Carney.  At about 4min., David explains “everything goes to Stripe, that everything is centered around Stripe”, but Trump is completely unconnected to this company.  Indeed, David waits til twenty seconds before the end of the video to state “I wouldn’t be surprised if Trump has a lot of investments in Stripe as well”, demonstrating the lack of any clear connection.  Notably, the closest connection which he shows between Trump and Stripe is the connection between Jared and the Qatari bailout and between Jared’s brother Joshua (who David fails to mention detests Trump) and an investment in Stripe.

So, the main truth to be drawn from this video, as I assess it, is that, as David explains at about 7:30 min, Trump and Musk have interests outside of Canada as Carney seems to have as well.

To be certain David has done an impressive and important job exploring a strong basis for Trump wanting Carney instead of Poilievre, but I would argue that his assertion of Trump being business partners with Carney is unsubstantiated in this video.  He is, however, quite correct that Canada is being sold out by Carney.

My Friend Bill, the Passover/Easter season, & the Disconnect of the Jesus of Theology from the Yehoshua/Jesus of History

by Gerald A. Honigman

My good friend Bill often passes on very thought provoking comments. His latest involved the recent Passover/Easter season and, among other things, noted the Judaean rabbi, Jesus, forming the connecting link between Hebraic monotheistic religious beliefs and Christianity. I’ll add extra historical context and background as I proceed.

Bill refers to the two men also crucified along with Yehoshua as petty criminals.
I’ll deal with this below because the reality was quite different, and if you’ll read the following linked article and pay close attention to the latter half, you’ll understand why. The very last link at the end is essential as well.

Playing with fire when it comes to Tehran

What, if anything, is to prevent a rogue state such as Iran from concealing its nuclear program?

About two-dozen Mossad agents broke into a clandestine warehouse in the middle of an industrial section of Tehran on Jan. 30, 2018, making away with more than 100,000 documents outlining the Islamic regime’s nuclear-weapons work. This collection covered years of Iran’s nuclear archive, including the AMAD Project’s production plans, enrichment projections and warhead designs.

THE CANCELING OF ITAMAR BEN-GVIR AT A SYNAGOGUE IN NYC

I have no problem acknowledging that some Jews, especially outside of Israel, feel uneasy about figures like Itamar Ben-Gvir. People can argue about his past actions, his political style, or certain statements, and not want to vote for him in Israeli elections. Reasonable people can have real discussions about these things.

Is There a Lesson for Israel in Vance’s Message at Munich? Yes.

By Walter E. Block

Meir Kahane (Photo by Gotfryd, Bernard, photographer, Public Domain [Cropped])

There are several lessons which do not at all apply. One, Europe’s defense budgets are paltry. Israel cannot at all be faulted on that ground (although I must say, it really needs a domestic munitions industry!). Two, the countries on that continent have succumbed to virulent wokism. No one can make that complaint at least against the Netanyahu administration with a straight face.
