It has become conventional wisdom after Oct. 7 that Israel for years had the wrong policy toward Gaza. While the unfathomable catastrophe of that day has rightly forced a critical examination of all the factors that led to it, it’s arguable that Israel’s broad pre-Oct. 7 policy toward Gaza, in contrast to its strategic conception and military preparation, was at least understandable, if not correct. In contrast, there has been less criticism of Israel’s policy toward Hezbollah in Lebanon over the past two decades. Not only does the policy toward the northern front raise even more troubling questions than Gaza, but also, now more than ever, it looks like a major strategic failure.

Yesterday, I wrote an article titled “Along with intense international struggles, recent events are numerous, and the U.S.’s downfall is inevitable.” This piece sparked controversy among many readers. Some think I’m boasting too much, and the idea of the U.S. disintegrating is unrealistic.
I’ve consistently argued that the U.S. is essentially a larger version of Chiang Kai-shek. Why? Because Chiang Kai-shek’s key advisors and decision-makers were Americans. The U.S. invested in and armed Chiang, controlling his economic decisions. So, when we fought against Chiang Kai-shek, we were also battling against American consultants.

In their actions, the Biden Administration is Team Iran and Team China. That means the Biden Administration is spending money on both sides of this war: they are supporting Hamas, the PA, Hezbollah, and Iran, while supplying Israel with weapons. The Penn Biden center was paid for in part by the CCP so Antony Blinken was on the payroll of the CCP for some time. The day the Jews marched on Washington DC with bipartisan support to support Israel, that very day, Biden approved $10 million for Iran. The next day he met Xi Jinping in San Fransisco.

E. Rowell: I do not think the meaning of the pier as detailed below has escaped a seasoned hand like Bibi Netanyahu. It has, however, escaped the understanding of most of the media and certainly of the American people. Now why would Team Biden not want to openly explain his reason for this pier to Americans? It is because the purpose is evil, anti-American, and destructive to our friends and allies in the Middle East.

With the Gaza pier now reportedly shooting off support infrastructure to bounce away with utility landing craft in the choppy seas, thoughtful Americans may be trying to puzzle out why the pier has been put there. The point is especially puzzling in light of how little humanitarian aid has actually gotten to inland distribution points, much less to certified hungry Gazans. (For a mental adjustment, the first aid shipment was transferred at sea for delivery to the pier between 11 and 16 May, and the pier was declared operational on16 May. It’s now 26 May.)

Peloni: Georgia tells the US, “NO!” as the US demanded veto is overturned. It is important for all nations to decide what foreign influence can and will be tolerated within their borders, and that is exactly what this bill, now a law, provides for Georgia. The US condemned the impudence of this third world power to remove the tenderhooks of the US State Department from its body politic, yet the Georgian govt refused to be bullied into complying with American demands, yet again.
I look forward to the day when Israel will make the same choice and throw out the foreign influencing NGO’s who challenge and chip away at Isreal’s sovereignty on a near daily basis.
