PELONI:  As we move into the final days before the US midterm elections, if we were to believe the US polling numbers, we might project that Americans have a prediliction for their own self destruction.  Indeed, the poll numbers for Republicans are quite disturbing.  Nonetheless, elections should not be built upon riding waves of inspired expectations of victory, but upon the practice of active participation based on sound support for principles which will both safegard and expand the national good.  Having so recenly thrown off the yoke of insanity which came from the Democratic dominance, is it the choice of the American people to once more jump back on skillet which they so strongly rejected some two years ago?  I doubt it.  Of course, as is true in any political contest, those who are inclined to cheat their way to victory, and even using non citizen support to do so, will have an untoward effect upon the national will, which is why it is such a crushing defeat for America and the world that Trump’s own party was not willing to consolidate support to secure the principle of governance by the will of the people by simply securing the American election systems in any meaningful way.  So we will see if the too big to rig gambit will secure America against those forces who are committed to support the return of the Democrats and their zany principle of destroying America from within.

PELONI:  This would be the best option for both Netanyahu and the nation.  Any govt which formed as a consequence of the current election will always be tainted by the implication of voter fraud effected by Israel’s enemies to swell its anti Zionist parties.  Even if these parties were not included in the govt, the effect of their absurd turnout would nonetheless hold a bearing on the disproportionate trimming of the Jewish vote in forming a govt to rule the Jewish state.  More than this, the preference of the Left to even consider including the Arab parties in their govt, particularly after the implications of foreign hostile influences, will be considered and judged by their support in the next election.  Additionally, all those who saw fit to sit on their hands or to vote for political parties which were clearly never going to pass the threshold would see the real world consequences of making such poor choices, as well as having the opportunity to approach the election with a greater sense of responsibility in their voting choices.  But of course, we are many weeks from such a possibility taking shape, but it will require the Haredi parties remaining with the Right, and Liberman not coming to ultimately save the Left.  Notably, Trump is likely to push very hard to have Bibi ultimately join the Left in forming a party, but this would deal a crushing blow to both Bibi’s reputation, legacy and potential electoral chances if such a govt quickly fell, as has happened before. So we will see.

Prime Minister Netanyahu has reportedly abandoned efforts to try to establish a new government and will instead concentrate on pushing for new elections.

PELONI: The concept of a Zionist Block is already materializing, adding Liberman’s weight to that of Bibi and the Right Bloc in opposing the establishment of Left’s union with the supporters of October 7.  The focus on responsible governance must dominate over all other concerns, particularly which are of such a petty nature as succeeding prioritizing personality politics ovethe good of the nation.  Is there any defense which might be made to suggest that opposing Netanyahu represents the greater good of the nation at the expense of having the nation governed by terror supporters and apologists who make light or celebrate the actions of Hamas.  The utter destruction of Hamas must be just one of many such ultimate objectives of the next government and there can be no option to including the supporters of Hamas in such a government for any price at all.  By even considering such a possibility exposes the Left at the pinnacle of its irresponsible nature, and Liberman, despite his years of obstructing the formation of any govt at great costs to the nation, must earn our great praise for joining Bibi in simply saying NO! to such a Faustian bargain with the supporters of terror. Bravo Liberman!

Neither the Change bloc nor the Netanyahu bloc won the 61 seats required for an outright Knesset majority in last Tuesday’s election.

The Pentagon is starting to understand that the current arsenal of traditional and precision weapons is far too small to fight any prolonged war longer than a few days. PELONI:  The Astroturf expansion of the wave of Islamized terror spreading across Europe exposes the combined consequences of Europe’s policies of failed integration, parallel societies, and political reluctance to confront uncomfortable realities. While France, Sweden, and Belgium struggle with successive waves of violence, Italy’s PM Giorgia Meloni has chosen a different approach: stricter immigration enforcement, tougher penalties for rioting, greater scrutiny of foreign-funded religious institutions, and a renewed insistence that everyone living in Italy abide by Italian law. Milan’s peaceful second weekend of demonstrations reveals that decisive action can resort in restoring public order, even as the long-term outcome, even for Italy, remains anything but certain. The challenge facing Italy is the challenge which stands before the entire West – can the West defend its national identity while maintaining democratic freedoms and the rule of law.  Order requires the exercise of authority, which must be enforced with even greater effect when insurrections and wanton violence is used to diminish civil order and the expression of normalized liberties.  France, Sweden and Belgium all failed this test as if by inexplicable acts of surrender from the outset.  Italy chose a wiser path, and its citizens are safer and more secure for the clarity of Italy’s response to the disorder and mayhem which extended from failed policies for which Italy too is guilty of advancing.  Yet, will Italy have the strength of purpose to leverage its identity over these damaging policies beyond maintaining order?  Will Meloni respond the threat rising against Europe by reversing these policies to obviate the need for such rigorous law enforcement activities?
