Peloni:  The false conception which infiltrated the October 6 mindset was a devastating and debilitating blow to Israel, but it was not the first time this took place, and it was in fact intended that such a false mindset would never cripple the nation again, as it also did back in 1973.  Unfortunately, faith with this commitment failed the nation on October 7.  There must be a vigilance which maintains faith with the future commitment that such a false perception will never again be manipulate against the good of the nation.

There is an unmistakable sense that lessons so painfully earned in the past must be heeded with humility now.

Peloni:  The big news out of the Washington Summit was the topic of US Security Guarantees for Ukraine.  While specifics are yet to be clarified publicly as to what the US commitment entails, Trump was able to gain support among the Europeans and Zelensky to move forward with meeting with Putin next week..

Peloni:  Of course, Einav Avizemer is correct, in so far as her analysis goes, but I think it is important to recognize that the Palestinian Arabs actually are victims, as they have been weaponized with an ideology which has made their suffering the instrument by which Israel has been consistently and routinely abused by its enemies.  The source of this victimization was the combination of their own leadership in connection with the support from both the Western and Sunni Arab govts.  Indeed, the suffering of the Palestinian Arabs supported the cause of those who have held in place the primacy of the Palestinian Arabs over Israel, even as it was the former who were responsible for innumerable terror attacks on the latter, yet it was always Israel who was required to compromise, their integrity, their security, and their honor.  The Sunni Arabs consistently provide support for this racket as the West funds it and the Palestinians Arab leadership responds accordingly, and thru it all, the real victims in this crime of the past century have been the Jews whose blood has filled the streets of Israel, and the Palestinian Arabs whose suffering was consistently and systematically manipulated as an excuse to support such a vision as was finally realized on October 7.  The ingrained psychopathic hatred of Jews is palpable and real among the Palestinian Arabs and it is the true victimization of the Palestinian Arabs which should gain public attention, as it will literally take generations of careful governance to train it out of them even after their society is restructured to achieve such an outcome.  Yet, this truth, and the culpability of this victimization of the Palestinian Arabs by the West, by the Sunni Arabs and by the Palestinian Arab leadership continues to be ignored, by the West, the Sunni Arabs, and the Palestinian Arabs, all.

Peloni:  The return of good governance requires a return of the consent of the governed, something which is obviously defeated by a lack of election integrity in tight coordination with the accountability and transparency which made the American Republic the standard which drew so many nations around the world to emulate this standard in one way or another since the Republic’s founding nearly two and half centuries ago.  Hence, while there were many issues which required Trump’s attention upon his return, the issue of addressing the lack of representation in what should be understood to be systemic fraud in the American electoral system should be understood to be of preeminent importance, as it restores the will of the people to its proper footing in the US.  So the importance of the announcement of the coming Executive Order to address this issue can not be overstated.

Peloni:  Let us hope that the focus will remain on defeating the Jihadists and rescuing the hostages as best is possible while doing so.  This should have been the policy for the past two years.  Not withstanding the challenges which kept this policy from being implemented in the past, there should be no distractions, no delays, and no reconsiderations.  Focus on winning the war, as quickly as possible, and move onto managing the implementation of Trump’s Gaza emigration plan.

I’m referring to that 9-15 mile wide, by 1949 UN-imposed Auschwitz/armistice lines sardine can size nation, Israel, which requires a magnifying glass to locate on  a world globe.

Those lines were drawn up after Israel was immediately attacked in May 1948 by a half dozen Arab armies, including one led by Sir John Bagot Glubb and other  British officers in the Arab Legion of Transjordan, all equipped with huge quantities of allied weaponry left after the Rommel Campaign and other operations in North Africa.

Peloni:  Al Julani was given an important opportunity to demonstrate that he had the power and conviction to end the sectarian violence in Syria which has plagued and defined that nation for many decades.  He failed to do so, and when his own forces defied him, he issued vague warnings that violators will be held accountable, rather than providing public displays of such accountability.  Now he is threatening Israel, no doubt to solidify his nation’s long standing sense of opposition to the Jewish state, and placing even greater pressure on those minorities which Israel has offered its support.  Syria needs to recognize the rights of its minorities, focusing upon ending the violence against these groups, not challenging their Israeli neighbors who are in fact extending support to some of these Syrian minorities while they have been attacked with impudence and barbarism under the fledgling and failing leadership of Al Julani.

Peloni:  There is an important and accurate assessment of Ukraine’s problems made by a former commander of Azov at about 37 min mark.  These facts will have an effect on whatever success does or does not come from the Alaska Summit.  Ukraine can not win, even if it will not agree to end the war.

The party of war is apoplectic over the prospect of peace between Russia and Ukraine. The meeting was preliminary and productive, but it is soon to assess how formative it will be for an end to the war that Trump is pushing for. Roger Kimball: Trump said that he would rank their discussion as very good—”10 out of 10,” he said. He and Putin came to an agreement about a lot of issues. Some issues remained.
