Benito Mussolini was the fascist dictator of Italy from 1922 until his death in 1945. As such, he led Italy during the major years of World War II. Today, Mussolini is remembered for establishing the first fascist movement in the world. In fact, he seized power over Italy in 1922 following his ‘March on Rome’, which was a violent takeover of the government. Further to this, Mussolini allied his country with Nazi Germany and its leader Adolf Hitler during World War II. It should also be noted that Mussolini, and his fascist movement in Italy, inspired Adolf Hitler in Nazi Germany. Hitler even modeled aspects of his government after Mussolini’s. Because of this, Mussolini is one of the most famous dictators of the 20th century.\?

It has been a canard of the Left that “words matter.” We are lectured that “hate speech” leads inevitably to street violence.
So how ironic that the Left defames nearly half of America as dangerous “semi-fascist” extremists, white-raged and privileged, ultra MAGA, and guilty of all sorts of thought crimes from secession to civil insurrection? And what is the result?
Does this constant demonization matter? And what are the bitter fruits of such labors? After all, what did Barack Obama long ago mean by “clingers” or once Hillary Clinton by “deplorables” and “irredeemables”?

Sunday, Italy voted.
Monday, George Soros’s “global order” is history.
He, along with his puppets in the European Parliament in the business of ruling nations not theirs, lost the election.
The European Union — originally socialist Adolf Hitler’s idea — will experience a reversal of the fascistic tyranny it brought on Europe. Free nations will recover their freedoms and sovereignty by saving their democracies.
Hitler’s vision for a united Europe (aka, European Integration) under Nazism has come full circle. Today’s European Union has been executing Hitler’s plans for an economic, military, and cultural European federal super-state that governs Europe with an iron fist, and not a gloved hand. An EU determined to govern behavior, financial assets, media, the movement of peoples, and even what people think[.]

On September 13, in Tehran, Iran, the Morality Police took Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old Kurdish woman, into custody for incorrectly tying her hijab. Eyewitnesses said they saw her being beaten with a baton as she was shoved into a van. Three days later, she was dead. The police announced that she had died of a heart attack; her family was quick to say that Amini was in perfect health. At once protests prompted by her death began in Tehran and in the Kurdish cities, led by women who pulled off, and then ripped up or burned, their hated hijabs, and symbolically cut off their hair. And the protests that began with fury over the Morality Police have spread, and new grievances have been added.
Few people in America, with the exception of longtime readers of the Geller Report and other censored freedom-loving websites, may recognize the plaintive wails for freedom that are currently being sounded in Iran. Yet we have seen this before. And each time, the West, led by a Democrat president, has aided and abetted the brutal crackdown on brave young people (led by women) dying, quite literally, to be free. Joe Biden is doing the same thing now that Barack Obama did years ago: ignoring the Iranians putting their lives on the line for freedom. It’s nothing short of shameful.

ROME (AFP) — Italians began voting Sunday in an election expected to usher in the country’s first government led by the far-right since World War II, bringing eurosceptic populists to the heart of Europe.
The Brothers of Italy party, led by one-time Mussolini supporter Giorgia Meloni, is leading opinion polls and looks set to take office in a coalition with the far-right League and Silvio Berlusconi’s Forza Italia parties.

Biden threw a party to celebrate the Inflation Reduction Act on the White House South Lawn even as the latest figures showed that core inflation has continued to rise. Grocery prices had the steepest increase since 1979. Rent prices shot up again and medical costs are escalating.
(JNS) Caretaker Prime Minister Yair Lapid and his supporters in the media went berserk Tuesday after Opposition Leader Benjamin Netanyahu spoke out against the gas deal the Biden administration is mediating between Israel and Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon.
Since Hezbollah launched two drones against Israel’s Karish gas platform in July, Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah has repeatedly threatened to blow up Karish if Israel brings Karish online without first surrendering to Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon large swathes of sovereign Israeli land underneath Israel’s recognized maritime economic zone, including the Qana gas field.

“The Left’s view of America was encapsulated in then presidential candidate Barak Obama’s statement in 2008. ‘We are 5 days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America,’ he said.” [Dennis Prager].
Perhaps an understanding of the present day plague which haunts us is best described in “Quotation of the Day on Why the Left is Consumed by Hate ” by Mark J. Perry, featured in AEIdeas of September 24, 2018.

After Russia announced partial mobilization, which effectively doubled the Russian forces to be engaged in Ukraine, politicians, government officials, and analysts proclaimed that the action was a sign of Russian failure, weakness, and desperation. Be that as it may, the West once again has demonstrated aloofness from history and a refusal to face the reality that regardless of the amounts of weaponry, international sanctions, and billions in financial assistance, the West cannot defeat Russia. Hitler couldn’t do it. Embracing unrealistic expectations will inevitably lead to complete distraction and eventual dismemberment of Ukraine.

A picture obtained by AFP outside Iran on September 21, 2022, shows Iranian demonstrators burning a rubbish bin in the capital Tehran during a protest for Mahsa Amini, days after she died in police custody. (AFP)
The official death toll has nearly doubled to 35 in a crackdown by Iran’s security forces on more than a week of protests that erupted after the death of a young woman in custody.
Angry demonstrators have taken to the streets of major cities across Iran, including the capital Tehran, for eight straight nights since the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini.
T. Belman. Sa’ar is 100% wrong is rejecting the supremacy of the Knesset over the High Court. He argues that a democracy requires checks and balances so the Knesset shouldn’t have authority over the election of Judges. In the US, the President appoints the judges subject to the approval of the Senate. What Netanyahu wants is for the Knesset to approve judges.
Secondly he he totally rejects the overrule by 61 MKs in the Knesset. Perhaps he is right to say its too easy but in all democracies, the legislature passes laws and the courts interpret them according to the intention of the legislature when passing them. In Israel the High Court has appropriated too much power to legislate. It dictates to the Knesset what kind of country Israel should be i.e. a country of all its citizens. It also took the position that everything is justiciable and anyone can apply to the court. I would prefer that the wings of the Court be clipped thereby reducing their authority. In such a case, the Knesset will still need an override. That’s checks and balances.

JUSTICE MINISTER Gideon Sa’ar. We support settlement where it is legal. This is an important distinction, because today there are extremists that have different approaches.
If opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu becomes prime minister and his policies are enacted, Israel will no longer be a liberal democracy and will instead become an “authoritarian democracy,” according to Justice Minister Gideon Sa’ar.
This, more than anything else, is what is at stake in the upcoming election, and Sa’ar, in an exclusive interview with The Jerusalem Post in his sprawling office at the Justice Ministry in Jerusalem, is seriously worried.

“Today, Congressional Republicans are unveiling our plan to address the issues and return to a nation that is free, safe, and full of opportunity, with a government that is accountable to the people.
