The first are what this writer terms, “The Weak Sister Crowd.” These are the whiners and crybabies who got their noses out of joint when Trump released a “mean” tweet that brought tears to their eyes. Three events took place recently that have changed my view of an Israeli military strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities.
For years now, I have answered with caution the warmongers and headline-grabbers who have gleefully touted impending Israeli airstrikes on Iran. I have stated, with reason and facts in support, that Israel has demonstrated repeatedly that it has many ways of slowing down Iran’s nuclear weapons programs short of a kinetic military strike.

T. Belman. It really bothers me when Bibi entertains the foreign interference that he is exposed to. If Macron can speak “bluntly” so can Bibi. He should tell him to butt out on internal questions like judicial reform and annexation. By entertaining their criticism, he is keeping their influence alive.. He should say that annexation is Israel’s business, not Macron’s.
And he should tell the US the same thing.

PARIS — French President Emmanuel Macron warned Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Thursday night that if there are not changes to his government’s far-reaching plans to overhaul the judicial system, “Paris should conclude that Israel has emerged from a common conception of democracy,” an official with knowledge of the conversation confirmed.
Macron’s remarks, which were not included in the French readout of the meeting at the Elysee Palace, were first reported by Le Monde. An official updated on the details of meeting confirmed the report to The Times of Israel.

(JNS) In Britain’s House of Commons this week, MP Kim Johnson launched an attack on the “fascist Israeli government” and its “apartheid” policies.
Johnson is a Labour Party MP. You know, the same Labour Party whose current moderate leader, Sir Keir Starmer, has reputedly cleansed it of the Jew-hatred that exploded under its previous hard-left leader Jeremy Corbyn.
Following Johnson’s remarks, the Labour leadership leapt into immediate action. Within hours, Johnson was ordered to make a groveling apology.

Over two years after saying it would normalize ties with Israel, Sudan is finally set to officially join the US-brokered Abraham Accords, an Israeli official told Hebrew-language media Wednesday.

It has backfired on vital US interests, in general, and the pursuit of regional stability and peace, in particular.

For the first time since the Institute for National Security Studies started publishing its annual INSS 2022 Strategic Survey, the special and strategic relationship with the US features as the most critical challenge for Israel.
This relationship is key for Israel’s security doctrine. Some voices want to cast doubt as to Israel’s dependency on its ties with America, suggesting it should explore various alternatives. But the INSS has made it clear: There is no substitute for the US, not in terms of security nor in diplomatic backing. Likewise, no one can replace the US when it comes to the shared values of the two countries.
