Conflict continues as Iran weighs costs of future US strikes, returning to negotiations – analysis

Peloni:  Stopping Iran’s dedication to terror really does come down to American resolve to actually stop Iran.  Trump’s continued stated preference for negotiations only serves to provide Iran with the understanding that Trump will ultimately not stop them, that they can simply move the clock forward by alternating periods of negotiations amid periods of breaches of already negotiated agreements, such as having the Strait of Hormuz open.  Iran is only emboldened by this fact, as its negotiating govt officials and warring IRGC leaders work together to stall while they make their ultimate ownership of the Strait of Hormuz evident based on facts on the grounds.  As Seth Frantzman notes below, alternate routes are already being improvised to work around the use of the Strait, but the reality is that these costly pipelines remain just as vulnerable to Iranian missiles as the Gulf State’s other infrastructure which is already being attacked, making this alternate solution no more secure than shell shocked Strait.

Iran may hint that it is willing to hold talks again and continue to play the “good cop, bad cop” game it has played in the past. The IRGC would act as the bad cop and the government as the good.

I hope you will receive this letter in the spirit in which it is written.
I am not writing as one of your critics.
You have more than enough of those.
I am writing as someone who has defended your presidency for years—not out of blind loyalty, but because I believed then, and continue to believe today, that your accomplishments altered the course of American history.

More Evidence for Trump’s ‘Debunked’ 2020 Election Fraud Claims

Peloni:  The free exercise of the will of the people is what will save America from tyranny.  In fact, this is the only thing which might lead to such an outcome.  This was Trump’s highest priority in returning to office, and his current attempt to fulfill his mandate to achieve such a victory is now in full swing.  It is vital that such his efforts be successful, for as the only super power in the world, what begins in America NEVER stays in America.  This was true with election irregularities, judicial efforts to overturn election outcomes, and it will be true with the restoration of the legitimacy of seeking a transparent election process.

We have all heard it many times.  According to “journalists,” claims made by President Trump regarding election cheating are “unfounded,” “disproven,” and/or “debunked.” However, irrefutable evidence of large-scale 2020 election fraud exists.

Can Israel Rely on the US for Middle East Security?

Peloni:  US investment in Israeli defenses has led to priceless enhancement of real world research and development in America’s militiary industrial complex, but it has had the affect of limiting the respect which the US has for its ally.  The ‘aid’ should be ended.  Bibi says it will be ended within ten years time.  I expect that it will be sooner than that, and when it does end, Israel and America will look at eachother with a more honest and fair assessment of two independent nations with only their shared history and values to shape the relationship between them, and this will be an important and valuable change to anticipate.  This change is definitely coming, and to be honest the sooner it does, the relationship between America and Israel will become better and stronger.  As Malkah notes, the proposition to end the aid should not be one focused on alienating these two nations, but in rejoicing in the fundamental basis of the relationship between the two nations, which is based on something far more substantial than finances.

Meet The Lasers That Eat Drones For Breakfast

Peloni:  Also see 3 min. report on Israel’s Iron Wasp anti-Drone program at bottom below article.

There are many potential solutions being developed to deal with the Drone Threat and the truth is that we need all of them working and integrated around the country right now.  There is no single answer to deal with the Drones.  It requires a layered defense with multiple modalities to secure a given position on the battlefield.  Another consideration which needs to be answered is how to protect cities when the target is redirected from troop positions towards civilian targets.

Fasten your seatbelts as conflict escalates

Peloni:  Escalation leads to further escalation.  Trump’s adversaries block every opportunity offered to them to end the war as Trump looks for a negotiations offramp.  Gas prices are rising, and the coming US election is drawing ever closer, drawing conclusions of significant widening of the war all the more likely if not imminent.  In fact, Washington has alerted Jerusalem of their intention to widen the war in the coming days while requesting Israel remain outside of the coming battle, but in this too Trump’s efforts to mollify his adversaries will be seen to be defeated by those same adversaries.  As Sarah Stern notes, it’s time to buckle up once again.

For reasons of its own, Washington doesn’t want Israel involved in this latest bout with Iran.

The Mounting Woes of Karim Khan and the International Criminal Court

Peloni:  The mask is falling, but the charade of Justice from the illicit ICC was never in doubt.  This evil institution has no interest in justice, does not practice equality before the law, and extends its reach well beyond its authorized jurisdictions.  Israel should shun this corrupt institution, give it no weight of recognition on the international stage, and the US should do the same.  More than this, the US sanctioning of the ICC and its members is the only justice which might be sought from such an illegal, unlawaful, and corrupt organization.

Karim Khan is an International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor. The ICC has temporarily suspended him while the charges against him, of pressuring a member of his staff to engage in nonconsensual sexual touching — its exact extent has not been made public — with him, and of misusing ICC funds that were spent on that staff member’s first-class travel so that she could accompany him on his travels around the world, can be investigated. That’s not the end of his troubles. The British regulators of lawyers in the UK have just extended their previous barring of Khan from practicing in the UK, that began last June, pending the ICC’s final decision in Khan’s case. Maria Bartiromo Questions How Iran’s ‘Obliterated’ Military Could Launch Strikes Against US Forces

Peloni:  When I think back to the 2021 War with Hamas, I recall the claims that were made that all the tunnels in Gaza had been collapsed.  It wasn’t true, but such wartime claims of success are common enough during war, and they can only be exposed by later events as we are seeing today in Iran and Lebanon.  The only way to certify such claims is to bring the war to an ultimate conclusion rather than seeking another frozen conflict, but Trump’s preference for negotiations will prevent such an outcome, and of course, as we saw with the terms of the MOU, the objective of dealing with Iran’s ballistic missile program was not even included in what would have been a mowing of the grass in Iran.

Comparing Yoseph Haddad to MUSLIM BROTERHOOD?!

Peloni:  Read this article carefully. Somethings which come out during an election cycle are highly revealing.  The comparison of an Israeli hero to the local Muslim Brotherhood is one such revelation, and the implications for such a comparison should provide a profound indication of Gadi Eisenkot’s judgement as well as his qualifications for becoming prime minister.

With election season upon us in Israel, and much of the mainstream media in the Jewish and Israeli world pushing Gadi Eisenkot as the next Prime Minister, I believe it is critically important to highlight two recent quotes from his public interviews that reveal why he would be a terrible choice for the job. Eisenkot is a nice guy who paid a steep price with the loss of his son in this war, but as former IDF Chief of Staff he was responsible for stripping the army down to bare bones and instigating a huge chunk of the manpower problems the army faces today, both in the regular forces and the reserves. And as the quotes I will explain below make clear, he would be a horrible choice for Prime Minister.

Netanyahu’s rivals secretly promised EU to weaken Israeli control in Judea, Samaria – report

Peloni:  These are the alternatives to Bibi from which the Never-Bibi crowd would choose to lead the country.  This is a disaster in the making, and the only thing which  might prevent it from occuring is the extension of Israeli sovereingty over Judea and Samaria, and the simple truth is that the High Court would ultimately countermand any action taken by the govt, even if we were not in a care-taker period which would prevent such an action in any event.  Make no mistake about it.   These quasi Zioinist wanna-make-believe leaders will roll back the MANY MANY successes which have been achieved under Bibi’s watch, and that alone would seem to be qualifying in regards to who should or should not become the next prime minister of Israel.

Notably, among those govt with which consultations were held were Britain and France, both of whom have already irreconcilably recognized a second Pal state within the lands of Israel’s heartlands.  Those who would preserve the means to construct a second Palestinian state would only do so for one reason, and that reason is entirely opposed to the principles of Zionism.

Oslo is dead and it needs to be buried, openly, publicly and completely.  This must be the task of the next govt, not the preservation of the make believe land provisions of Area A vs Area C.  Israel is one nation, not two, and failing to secure facts on the ground to secure this reality will only serve to render this statement false with the creation of the Leftist renewal of the Two State Solution.

Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and former IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot reportedly told European leaders they would reverse steps taken by the Netanyahu government strengthening Israeli control over Judea and Samaria.

JD Vance’s Big Crashout

Peloni

In the below linked article, Lee Smith chastises Vice President JD Vance for his efforts to emphasize his own political ambitions, rather than advancing President Trump’s agenda. He contends that Vance has been building a 2028 presidential campaign since entering office, cultivating influence throughout the administration while prioritizing his personal political brand over administration objectives.  This was placed on full view in a week during which Trump was focusing on foreign and domestic election tampering to dealing with the return of war with Iran.  While the second highest executive in the US govt consented to conduct a 3 hour interview,  Vance instead chose to prioritize the promotion of his memoir.  Even in doing so he used that moment to lobby false allegations against unnamed Israelis trying to undo Vance’s achievements with the MOU with Iran, when in fact the MOU had clearly been a failure from the outset with no need by anyone but the incorrigible Iranians to charge with causing that failure.
