PELONI: Bill Ackman provides a very troubling call to have Netanyahu set aside his Right bloc partners so as to regain “credibility” and American support. This presupposes that the loss of credibility and of American support has actually been substantially based on Israeli actions rather than on the campaign of Jew Hatred which saw Astroturf parades supporting the Hamas attacks on October 7 form on the streets across the world within 24 hours of the attack. More than this, the Democratic party has sold out to embracing and promoting Jew Hating candidates in their party who actually promote the normalization of terror groups who have actual American blood on their hands, while the efforts of Tucker Carlson and others to promote Jew Hatred on the Right support an equally alarming embrace of America’s enemies including Iran and Qatar. Meanwhile the rejection of the Two State Solution and Israel’s refusal to surrender to Hamas and Iran have been the formative bases on which Israel’s “credibility” with the international community, and the Arab states, has been challenged.
Meanwhile what is true about the international effort to delegitimize Ben Gvir and Smotrich is that they represent an intolerance for what is known as the Old Conceptzia which has over the years adopted the premise that hostile actors should be tolerated both inside and outside Israel’s borders so as to appease US, European and Arab state interlocutors who are determined to pursue the creation of a second Muslim Palestinians State (Jordan was the original Muslim Palestinian state). In fact, this is the publicly stated reason voiced by MBS for why he will not normalize relations with Israel.
Removing Ben Gvir and Smotrich from Netanyahu’s govt would change none of this and it would leave either the Left in power or a Netanyahu led govt which was dependent upon the Left which would at best be dysfunctional if not openly accepting of American demands of surrendering to Hamas and the renewal of the Two State nightmares.
Israel needs a strong independent nation, capable of resisting foreign pressure, something that Netanyahu recently referenced, rather than a return to the Old Conceptzia which was based in no small part on appeasing Israel’s erstwhile allies and enemies alike.

Peloni: Washington’s depiction of the potential of an Iranian attack on Israel is completely misguided. The threat of an Iranian attack is not related to Israel’s recent display of force nor to Bibi’s campaign ad, nor to any action taken by Israel or America.
Any Iranian attack on Israel, whether it comes today, tomorrow, next week or next year, no matter if it follows American threats or Israeli posturing, it will come because the annihilation of Israel is its raison d’être. Included in this raison d’être is its need, not want, but need to target and subject the entire Western world as well, including America. So, no matter if Iran attacks Israel, or Europe or America, it will not come because of any action taken by these elements of the West, but because they still exist as elements of the West. Stay armed, stay trained, stay alert, and provide the security that your family and community need until the authorities are able to arrive. In Jordan, a recent terror attack on a Christian funeral procession at a Greek Orthodox Church saw a delay of some 45 minutes for the authorities to arrive. In that time one armed citizen could have provided a meaningful deterrence to the slaughter that ensued. Recall the slaughter at Bondi Beach with this same reference in mind. An armed public provides a serious deterrence to a successful terror attack, no matter the location or nation in which such terror attacks take place. Of course, totalitarian govts fail to appreciate the strength inherent in allowing the public to be armed.

A newly publicized Hamas document suggests that senior leaders of the terrorist organization discussed canceling their planned assault on Israel months before the October 7, 2023, massacre if Israel met certain conditions concerning the Al-Aqsa Mosque and jailed Palestinian terrorists.

Israelis will vote on Tuesday for a new Prime Minister for the first time since October 7th. The final polls show Gadi Eisenkot’s Yashar party ahead of Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud, with neither able to reach a majority on its own.
PELONI: Pollard reveals many important measures which exist at the core of making Israel a self reliant and independent nation, but the reality is that for these measures to be adopted it will come at a serious cost to Israel. The sanctions war raised against Israel from Europe need only gain the tolerance of this would be significantly increased if America were to weigh in on such an economic war against Israel, something which was tested under the Biden administration.
So while Pollard’s recipe for independence is accurately described, he is missing the very element which would allow Israel to act with the impunity against the will of foreign nations, allies and enemies alike, and that element requires some out of the box thinking which Bibi only recently addressed with the call for creating a sanctions free economy, which we will no doubt come to hear more about in the coming months if Bibi is reelected in tomorrows election.
With no credible international commitment to forcibly disarm Hamas, Israel must annex Gaza rather than rely on temporary military control or unenforceable security guarantees.
