T. Belman. Haley recommends that the US decouple from Russia and China economically. She also calls for the US to no longer support Palestinian rejectionism. I feel otherwise. The west should embrace Russia.
She adds ” “Only countries proud of their inheritance can defeat their enemies,”. “Our self loathing has to stop”.”.

US president Joe Biden is about to travel to the Middle East in an attempt to alleviate the mess created by his own ineptitude.
He is due to go cap in hand to Saudi Arabia to beg the leader of a state he has publicly reviled as a human rights “pariah”, Saudi crown prince Mohammed bin Salman, to bring oil prices down in order to alleviate the fuel shortage caused by the war in Ukraine.
T. Belman. Pompeo rejects a negotiated settlement and makes the case for supporting Ukraine with weapons to enable them to win the war. I think Ukraine should cut their losses.
HUDSON INSTITUTE
WASHINGTON—Below is the transcript of the speech by Hudson Distinguished Fellow and the 70th U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo gave today at Hudson Institute on the future of Ukraine and why the U.S. should defend Taiwan from Chinese aggression:
“It’s great to be here at the Hudson Institute. To those of you from the Ambassadors Court, thank you for being here. Honored guests and friends, it’s an honor to greet you. I consider it an enormous responsibility to speak to you about a matter of the utmost urgency and significance. It involves war, Ukraine, and the necessity of forming a new global alliance for freedom, which has to contest, which must contest both Russian and Chinese aggression.
T, Belman. I cover the same subject in The 100 year betrayal of Israel by the West but in greater depth.

International agreements involving the abdication of strategic assets in exchange for vague ‘assurances’ of future support are not worth the paper they are written on.
We have no eternal allies, and we have no perpetual enemies. Our interests are eternal and perpetual, and those interests it is our duty to follow– Lord Palmerston in the House of Commons, March 1, 1848.

THIS IS A GREAT INTERVIEW
When will we ever learn?
When will we ever learn?
The number of Jewish families and young Jews who hide their Jewish symbols speaks to the massive failure of the plethora of Jewish organizations to fight Jew hatred and anti-Zionism. We have witnessed religious Jews attacked walking down the road. Students attacked on campus.
Anyone who sabotages the establishment of a right-wing government that has the potential to finally realize everything the Right has dreamed of will forever be remembered as a disgrace.
The late Prime Minister Menachem Begin once explained that “sometimes even the obvious needs to be said.” I will heed his advice and issue a call that, although they are trying to make us forget, should be obvious: The right-wing factions in the current Knesset must form a right-wing government under Opposition Leader Benjamin Netanyahu and spare us all another election and more craziness.
Yamina rebel holds off on convening his House Committee, the next stop of the bill to call new elections; process expected to be completed next week, but unclear when
23.6.22, 11:18 am
Although the Knesset approved the first of four votes on Wednesday to voluntarily disband, rebel Yamina MK Nir Orbach will halt the dispersal process until Monday to give the Likud-led opposition time to form an alternative coalition and avoid snap elections.
The Knesset requires a law to voluntarily disband, and while Wednesday was the bill’s first step, it needs to pass two committee reviews and three additional readings to be finalized. Its next stop is the Knesset’s House Committee, which Orbach chairs. By refusing to convene the committee until Monday, Orbach is delaying the bill being sent to its first committee review process, a necessary hurdle before its next vote.
Former AG backs the Democrats’ Jan. 6 show trial.

Last week, former Attorney General William Barr told the Democrats’ Jan. 6 Committee he hadn’t seen evidence of voter fraud on a scale that could have affected the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. In late November of 2020, Barr told reporters, “to date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election.”
Before the 2020 election, voters may recall, Joe Biden openly touted “the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” Voter fraud is a crime, but Biden’s boast failed to spark any investigation by Attorney General William Barr. The addled Biden hunkered down in a basement and scarcely campaigned at all.
If Opposition Leader Benjamin Netanyahu tells the truth and surrounds himself with good people, rather than frightened populist lackeys, he might find that the pathological hatred of him starts to wane.
It looks like this is not only Benjamin Netanyahu’s last chance to be elected prime minister. It’s also his last opportunity to prove he is capable of being a mensch. The dictionary definition of a “mensch” is a “fair, honest person, whose word can be trusted.” But somehow, the popular Yiddish usage explains the meaning better.
A man who allowed himself to throw around endless promises he couldn’t keep, and routinely broke them, both on the personal level in dealing with colleagues and opponents, and in dealing with the public, can finally prove he’s able to do otherwise if he’s only menschy about it.
T. Belman. I agree with the attempt to form another government but Bibi is not offering nearly enough. With Yamina on board, his block is 58 seats. Bibi should offer Sa’ar the PM position for at least the first year, in exchange for getting New Hope on board. He should be Min of Foreign Affairs and Shaked should be Justice Minister. Bennett could be Defense Minister. Bibi must relinquish power to bring this together.
Opposition leader willing to give up Justice Ministry, right of veto on legal matters, in order to form alternative government, avoid elections.
Opposition leader MK Benjamin Netanyahu (Likud) has said in closed conversations that he is willing to compromise on both the Justice Ministry and the right of veto in legal matters if it means Israel will avoid new elections, Israel Hayom reported.
Tucker Carlson savages Republican politicians’ disrespect for Americans
Tucker Carlson’s puckishness is a bit brittle lately. Rather than having fun poking at political foibles while still making interesting points, he often seems genuinely angry lately. I can’t blame him because I’m angry, too, at what Biden and his cohorts have done to America. What makes me even angrier is that congressional Republicans and many Republican governors seem happy to go along with this. Sure, they’ll sometimes make the right noises (Lindsey Graham’s a master at this) but, at the end of the day, they side with Democrats—and last night Tucker lit up the Republicans for their disconnect with the American people.
Self-inflicted damage is irreversible as long as Putin remains in charge

Russia continues to make gains on the ground in Ukraine, particularly in the Donbas region, where the war’s fighting is now most intense.
President Vladimir Putin can and will inflict more pain, and though his military is not strong enough to overthrow the Zelenskyy government and capture all of Ukraine as he initially hoped, he is confident that Ukraine is not strong enough to oust his troops from the territory it already holds. He also knows that the global food and fuel inflation his war creates will test the limits of Western resolve to continue support for Ukraine at its current levels.

Israel is keeping the US in the dark as it steps up alleged covert operations against Iran’s nuclear program, according to a report Tuesday.
The report from CNN, citing multiple sources, would appear to crack the veneer of close communication and cooperation between Israel and the US regarding efforts against Iran’s nuclear program, and may underline US concerns surrounding Israel’s more aggressive campaign, which has been blamed for a number of high profile killings recently.

There were three pillars on which the Iranian regime was founded, following the 1979 revolution, hi-jacked by the elderly fanatical cleric Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini.
The first pillar was the system of velayat-e-faqih, or guardianship of the Islamic jurist, which laid the foundations for the first fundamentalist Islamic state and was written into the constitution.

On June 20, 2022 Arutz 7 reported “Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Alternate Prime Minister Yair Lapid have decided to dissolve the current government and hold new elections…The two will submit a bill to this effect for approval by the Knesset next week…Yair Lapid will become prime minister during the transition period as per the coalition agreement and will greet US President Joe Biden as Israel’s premier during his visit to the Jewish State on July 13.”
And Arutz 7 further reported that “US President Joe Biden still plans to visit Israel next month despite the collapse of the Israeli government.
