Iran nuclear deal: Former Israeli ambassador to US slams Bennett & Lapid

“They should have launched a major campaign, they could have changed the Biden administration’s stance,” argues Ron Dermer.

Ron DermerReuters

Ron Dermer, a former Israeli ambassador to the United States, has sharply attacked both Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Foreign Minister Yair Lapid, for failing to take effective action against the emerging Iran nuclear deal.

Dermer served as Israeli ambassador in Washington for seven years and was considered highly influential. His latest comments were made on a podcast for JINSA, the Jewish Institute for National Security of America, of which he is a senior fellow. In his speech, he excoriated Israel’s leaders for not exerting influence over the Biden administration in its stance toward Iran and preventing a deal seen as favorable to Iran from being signed, Israel Hayom reports.

Editor’s Note: This article was originally published by The Grayzone.

Back in October 2019, as the war in eastern Ukraine dragged on, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky traveled to Zolote, a town situated firmly in the “gray zone” of Donbas, where over 14,000 had been killed, mostly on the pro-Russian side. There, the president encountered the hardened veterans of extreme right paramilitary units keeping up the fight against separatists just a few miles away.

Hostilities benefiting Putin at home

Poll shows 80% of Russians believe they have the upper hand in new ‘global power struggle’ while only 72% of Americans do

By David P. Goldman, ASIA TIMES       APR 22, 2022

“Russians remain uncritically loyal to their country as almost half (48%) agree that ‘people should support their country even if their country’s actions and policies are in the wrong,’” according to a new poll by data firm RIWI and economist David Woo.

The poll found that 80% of Russians believe that their country would have the upper hand in a “global power struggle,” as opposed to just 72% of Americans who were that optimistic about their own country.

Ilhan Omar Once Again Shows How Much She Hates America

She was enraged by Christians singing hymns on a plane.

By Robert Spencer, FPM  Apr 22/22

An hour before midnight on Saturday, April 16, as millions of Christians around the world were preparing to celebrate Easter, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Mogadishu), who was not, was on Twitter. She sent around a video captioned “Worshipping Jesus 30,000 Feet In The Air,” showing a young man with a guitar leading what appears to be a Christian singalong on an airplane, although the video has no information about the setting or circumstances.

Omar commented: “I think my family and I should have a prayer session next time I am on a plane. How do you think it will end?” Omar was implying, of course, that Muslims in America are subjected to a double standard and are routinely victimized by “Islamophobia.” And so once again the question arises: why does Ilhan Omar have such an active distaste for the country that welcomed her and her family and gave them refuge and where she has experienced so much success and adulation?

Why Is the Biden Administration Determined to Help Terrorist Iran Get a Bomb?

by Majid Rafizadeh, GATESTONE  •  April 23, 2022

  • Why would any administration in its right mind permit an official state sponsor of terrorism, the Islamic Republic of Iran, to have nuclear weapons, as well as billions of dollars that will assuredly not be used for a “GI Bill for returning members of the Revolutionary Guard”?
  • Just this week, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan called Iran, a “sponsor of terrorism.”

Fraudulent Studies And Arson: Bill Gates & Company Did Everything Possible To Kill Early Treatment [VIDEO]

“You cannot grant an emergency use authorization for a vaccine if there is an existing drug…”

With the COVID-19 pandemic spreading for over two years, numerous governments around the world continue to institute outlandish measures, hoping to defeat the coronavirus. In Shanghai, China, residents have been forced inside their homes without any means to take care of themselves. Several videos have been uploaded showing the horrible conditions the citizens are being forced to endure. At the same time, the COVID-19 drug made by Pfizer is still being pushed on people as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. admitted that there were already drugs in place that proved way better than the supposed miracle drug.

I’m Being Investigated Because I Believe Biological Sex Is Real

by the British Columbia College of Nurses

By Amy Eileen Hamm, QUILETTE

In November 2020, the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) informed me that I was under investigation for my “off-duty conduct.” My disciplinary hearing is scheduled to take place from May 30th through June 3rd, and my career as a nurse hangs in the balance. I have been working throughout, apart from a stress leave and various sick days that I have taken to protect my mental health.

The BCCNM is a regulatory body whose stated purpose is to protect the public from harm, and to ensure that nurses and midwives meet defined standards of care and professional responsibilities. It issues a license to practice; and without it, you can’t work as a nurse in British Columbia. I’d never thought too much about the BCCNM before this investigation was announced. I did my job, and believe I did it well. I paid my license fees each year—that was it.

A show of political weakness

The Bennett-Lapid government’s courting of world leaders has resulted in nothing of substance in the face of a wave of Arab rioting and violence.

By  Ariel Kahana, ISRAEL HAYOM    04-21-2022 09:07

It’s been almost a year since the Bennett-Lapid government was formed, but we can already express an opinion about the fruits of its diplomatic moves. With President Isaac Herzog, the prime minister and the alternate prime minister came blustering into the diplomatic arena. Each of them set out on a series of international visits (and modestly, no use was made of Israel’s official government plane).

One after another, they met with leaders of countries important to Israel. US President Joe Biden, King Abdullah of Jordan, Egyptian President Abdul-Fattah el-Sissi, the leaders of the United Arab Emirates, and more. A romance developed between Herzog and Sultan Erdogan, whereas Defense Minister Benny Gantz insisted on fluttering around Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas. In the background, there was the political partnership with the Muslim Brotherhood [Ra’am], and it all culminated in the Negev summit.

China or the USA?

by Pete Hoekstra, GATESTONE  •  April 22, 2022

  • The new agreement with Iran, then, is based on an imaginary assistance from Russia and China, when all three countries are committed to unseating America as the world’s leading superpower and evading US sanctions on Russia for its invasion of Ukraine.
  • The US, in short, is sacrificing significant progress in the Middle East to help the three greatest threats to America’s international safety and security: these brutal and authoritarian regimes, China, Russia and Iran.

Western Media Distortions and Anti-Israel Bias

For the BBC, Guardian, and Reuters, the terrorist that killed 3 Israelis is just an “attacker”.

By Joseph Puder, FPM     Apr 22/22

One can understand the biased propaganda in the Palestinian media. Their conflict with Israel makes them demonize the Jewish state. What is it about the anti-Israel bias, and distortion of facts by many in the western media? They can easily discern fact from fiction, and they’re free to move everywhere in Israel, with access to people and events, yet their reports lack accuracy, and smack of bias.

Media outlets such as ReutersGuardian, and BBC to name a few, are deliberately avoiding using such words as “terror,” and “terrorist,” in the way they covered the recent terror attack by a Palestinian Arab on innocent Israeli civilians sitting in a Dizengoff street bar in central Tel Aviv, last Thursday, April 7, 2022. This triggered an angry reaction from the Israeli Foreign Ministry to the above-named media outlets over the deliberate omission of the nature of the attack, and the identity of the terrorist attacker who murdered three young Israelis and wounded twelve others.

Talking About My Generation -beautifully written memoir

Reflecting upon the difficult years as early immigrants to Israel, and the legacy those ‘olim’ left behind

By Michael Oren, TABLET

Under an unseasonably hot winter sun, several hundred mourners gathered recently for the funeral of Stuart Schoffman. Scholar, screenwriter, translator of David Grossman, A.B. Yehoshua, Aharon Appelfeld, and Meir Shalev, Stuart was born in Brooklyn, the son of a renowned Hebraist, and attended Flatbush Yeshiva. He went on to earn degrees at Harvard and Yale, to report for Fortune and Time magazine, and then to Hollywood where he wrote the screenplay for the action film The Finest Hour, starring Rob Lowe.

Leadership in a time of crisis: Israel and America

Israel is facing some potentially catastrophic challenges that require supporters of Israel to speak out as never before in support of the Jewish State. Its government is in crisis as well. Op-ed.

This is part one of a two-part series, with the second one being entitled On Leaders and War: Ideological Transformation in the West After Ukraine

Perhaps we have all been so focused on Covid 19 and then on the Russian war against Ukraine, that we have given insufficient attention to other important geopolitical events affecting America and Israel. Surely, the Western world is in a crisis and in times of crisis, good leadership is more important than ever.

One aspect of the crisis is inattention to critical matters. As Covid wanes, hopefully, there is the possibility that on an individual level we shall get preoccupied with all the activities we have missed during the lockdowns – attending movies and concerts, synagogue and public lectures, sporting events, and education. In the case of Israel, we see that Israel is facing some potentially catastrophic challenges that require supporters of Israel to speak out as never before in support of the Jewish State.

Germany has officially surrendered – to Islam

Germany is no longer a nation, it is a condominium and the rest of Europe is following its lead. We haven’t seen anything yet. Op-ed.

Shortly after playing time for the German football championship match between Augsburg and Mainz, the referee, Matthias Jollenbeck, stopped the match to allow Muslim footballer Moussa Niakhaté to break his fast for Ramadan and quench his thirst at sunset. For the first time, a Bundesliga match was stopped for this reason. But the initiative was welcomed by the German Football Association and will not be the last.

Europe is changing so rapidly that we haven’t even noticed it. From concession to concession, we have capitulated on everything.

Let’s stay with Germany, which for me is no longer even a nation, but a condominium.

Evidence mounts of the deadly affects of the vaccines.

By Ted Belman

Two days ago I posted

Vaxxed Pilot Goes Into Cardiac Arrest in Cockpit: Freedom Flyers EXPOSE MASSIVE Airline Cover-up

Leon Kushner wrote;

I am no doctor, virologist or expert on diseases but I see that the world has gotten sicker in the last few years. Almost everyone around me has been ill with mysterious symptoms that the doctors can’t explain. Some have died young while others suffer from paralysis and other chronic ailments. I myself who took the 2 initial shots under duress (my daughter had twins and warned me that I would not be able to see them unless I got the shots), have suffered with breathing issues and existing issues like arthritis in my knee has never been worse. Can I say with 100% certainty that this is all due to the vaccines? Of course not. But I still have some common sense and I’ve been saying from day 1 that the cure can’t be worse than the disease. In this pandemic reaction, it absolutely has been! I can’t see the world recovering from this over reaction any time soon.

Glad to hear that you and others are fighting back!

Prager U Video : How I Stopped Hating the Police: An Unapologetic Special

T. Belman. Prager U “discovered” Candace Owens very early on in her career. Now she is a megastar outshining Tucker Carlson who features her regularly. Similartly he “discovered” Amaala Ekpunobi who is featured in this monologue and is a regular contributor to Prager U.

Amala Ekpunobi grew up believing that policing in America was systemically racist. An outspoken activist, she marched for Black Lives Matter and advocated to defund the police. A chance encounter with a kind police officer made Amala begin to question her assumptions. Eager to validate her long-held beliefs, she investigated the facts behind the “racist police” narrative. The deeper she dug, the more her doubt grew, ultimately leading to a confrontation with the truth that transformed her entire worldview. Don’t miss this video!
