The UN is out to criminalize Israel
Please take a few minutes to make your voice heard. Janet Levy is sounding the alarm regarding a new measure by the U.N. to prosecute Israel as a criminal state for engaging in apartheid. Nothing could be further from the truth; however, the corrupt U.N. is led by hostile radical Islamic states. Please read and circulate widely. Shari Goodman
In December, the U.N. General Assembly created a permanent, hostile, anti-Israel body – “Commission of Inquiry” – charged with the following responsibilities:
1) Determine if Israel is guilty of apartheid.
2) Pursue criminal prosecutions against Israelis.
3) Pressure governments and businesses to engage in BDS (the boycott, divestment and sanctioning of the Jewish state).
4) Establish arms embargos against Israel.
Canada and the tyranny of emergencies
By Johannes Karl Otto Danneskiold-Samsoe, AM THINKER

Monday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau declared a “state of emergency” against his own citizens in what has become the latest fashionable trend to crush dissent and demand obedience to the state. The BBC reports:
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has taken the unprecedented step of invoking the Emergencies Act to crack down on anti-vaccine mandate protests.
Mr Trudeau said the scope of the measures would be “time-limited”, “reasonable and proportionate” and would not see the military deployed. (snip)

Biden Administration Kills Israel-to-Europe Gas Pipeline
by Soeren Kern, GATESTONE INST • February 15, 2022
- Biden’s decision — reportedly coordinated with Turkey but reached without consulting Israel, Greece or Cyprus, the main countries involved in the project — undercuts three of the strongest American allies in the Mediterranean region.
- EastMed’s cancellation — variously described as a “disastrous decision,” a “strategic mistake” and an act of “appeasement” of Erdo?an — represents a major geopolitical victory for the Turkish strongman.

You thought “the old men died and the young men forgot”: this is how the Nakba became a dream into a real aspiration
The May 2021 riots revealed the growing preoccupation of some Israeli Arabs with the Nakba and the “Right of Return,” which affected the riots. • A new study by the “Jerusalem Center for Public and State Affairs” authored by Nadav Shragai, It is no longer a dream but a real aspiration • “In the end, the Arabs in Israel are Palestinians; if you do not recognize it – you are completing yourself”

Aya Zinati, a native of Lod, is a public figure familiar to some Westerners in Israel. Despite this, six weeks after the riots among the Jews of Lod, she surprised many who did not know her views in depth. Zinati, now a resident of Haifa, works at Shatil, a foundation of the New Israel Fund, and is active in the Gisha and Zochrot organizations, and clarified that “despite the severe pain and real fear in Lod, she was born hopeful that we could talk about the right of return …” .
“We are in Gaza, the West Bank and Jerusalem – the same people,” she said. “We are not talking about ‘coexistence.’ It is not a matter of ‘living together’ in mixed cities.
Trudeau’s Government Goes Nuclear in Attempt to Crush Canadian Truckers

Well, he did it. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau had his “just watch me” moment like his daddy. Trudeau’s father declared martial law in 1970 to put down Quebec separatists. This time…it’s truckers. No, I’m not kidding. Justin Trudeau is afraid of truckers, so he decided to invoke the Emergencies Act to deal with the Freedom Convoy and their allies who are demanding an end to the COVID panic regime. The military won’t be deployed…yet. Civil liberties will not be violated…yet. And Trudeau even said the right to legal protest won’t be impeded…yet. The line from this government is that these measures are limited. They’re not. Sorry, you cannot say these are limited measures when you can seize people’s bank accounts without a warrant (via BBC):

From Palestine to jail in Mauritius: When Britain deported 1,580 Shoah refugees
They fled the Nazis to Mandate Palestine in 1940, only to be deported and, over Churchill’s objections, locked up for 5 years; August 12 marks 75 years since their release
By ROBERT PHILPOT, TOI 12 August 2020,
LONDON — On December 5, 1940, 1,580 Jewish men, women and children were taken from the Atlit detention center near Haifa, transferred on to two ships, and deported to the island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean.
On their arrival in the small British colony 17 days later, the refugees — who had fled Nazi-occupied Europe three months prior — were taken to the Beau Bassin central prison where they were held behind bars for nearly five years.
The politically incorrect way to shut down every “Palestinian” claim
by Phil Schneider, ISRAEL UNWIRED
The creation of the nation of so-called “Palestinians,” is indeed one of the best marketing hoaxes of the 20th century. Until 1967, when 3 massive Arab armies with superior weaponry amassed on Israel’s borders and blockaded Israel’s waterways, the descriptions of people that were discussed in the Middle East were Jews and Arabs. Yes, some Arabs were from Syria, and some were from Egypt. But Arabs in Jordan did not call themselves Jordanians just like Arabs in Lebanon did not call themselves Lebanese. They called themselves Shiites or Sunnis or Christian Arabs.

The Canadian Dilemma in a Nutshell

From the perspective of freedom-loving citizens in this country, the trucker convoys and blockades protesting mask and vaccine mandates are a stirring spectacle of patriotism, civic responsibility, and true grit. They represent the offset to heavy-handed and arrogant government that is using everything in its power to suppress their efforts: threats, fines, police coercion, theft of property, and the manifestly illegal sequestering of funds donated to the truckers by private individuals. A conflict of this nature is often framed as the state versus the nation, the authorities versus the people. Whether it applies to the current situation, as we will see, is problematic. Read more…
ANALYSIS: The Nazi roots of Muslim Brotherhood

After years of causing disruption on the streets of Egypt, on 30 June 2012, the Muslim Brotherhood’s leader Mohammed Morsi was sworn in as the country’s first democratically elected president.
As his first year in power dragged on, with no sign the economy was improving, inflation had doubled, the cost of living had risen dramatically, and unemployment was fast getting worse, causing disquiet in the country.
Did the mufti of Jerusalem earn a place in Holocaust museum exhibits?
As the successful chief propagator of Nazi ideology in the Muslim world, Haj Amin al-Husseini certainly belongs in Yad Vashem. Opinion.
(JNS) The Yad Vashem chairman recently released a statement defending the Israeli Holocaust museum’s decision no longer to display a photograph of an infamous meeting in 1941 between Grand Mufti of Jerusalem Haj Amin al-Husseini and Adolf Hitler. (ed. note:The statement was released after veteran tour guide Shalom Pollack protested the change to current Yad VaShem Chairman Dani Dayan and was refused. Arutz Sheva then posted his two articles on the topic :The missing photo of Hitler and the Mufti of Jeusalem and Husseini and Yad VaShem)
The chairman argued that being forced to include the contested photograph is “tantamount to partaking in the debate on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.”

Closing Arguments in Palin v. NYT Trial

NEW YORK, NEW YORK – FEBRUARY 03: Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin arrives at a federal court in Manhattan to resume a case against the New York Times after it was postponed because she tested positive for Covid-19 on February 03, 2022 in New York City. Palin, a one-time vice presidential candidate, has filed a libel lawsuit against The New York Times on claims that an editorial in the Times damaged a career as a conservative political commentator. The editorial was later partly retracted. (Photo by Spencer Platt/Getty Images)
NEW YORK—Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin spent her 58th birthday listening to a closing argument by one of her attorneys, as well as one from the defense, in her defamation trial against The New York Times on Feb. 11.
As a public figure, Palin, a Republican, “suffered plenty of jokes, plenty of insults” and “slings and arrows,” but with the newspaper’s editorial linking her to a mass shooting, “it became time to draw the line” with a lawsuit, her lawyer, Kenneth Turkel, said.
Let’s Roll Canada Leads the Way

Americans will always do the right thing — after exhausting all the alternatives.
Attributed to Winston Churchill
Is it possible that the struggle for freedom has begun in earnest and in of all places…Canada? Where is the Cradle of Liberty, the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave in this battle? Yes, Americans are waking up, but they had better finish their coffee. Our country is in peril.
The Left did an admirable job, aided by Hollywood and the media, in calling anti-communists, like Joe McCarthy and Ronald Reagan, nut jobs, conspiracy theorists. All while, in the 50s, well known celebrities who were called to testify before the House Un-American Activities Committee, acted indignant at even the question of whether they were communists. And now decades later any talk of a communist infiltration in our schools, government, media, and the arts is still met with an incensed reaction as if…How could that be?<

Global Community for Israel
By Adam Milstein of the Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation., JPOST
In early December 2021, I attended the largest Israeli community reunion outside of Israel: the annual Israeli American Council (IAC) Summit in Miami, Florida, where I met, enjoyed, and celebrated the gathering of more than 3,000 members of the pro-Israel community in America and around the world. People of all ages, backgrounds, and interests all showed up to express their love and support for the State of Israel, the homeland of the Jewish people.
I was one of the founders of the IAC back in 2006, a member of its national board for the past 15 years, and the national chairman of the IAC from 2015 to 2019. I worked with the other founders and leaders of this movement, to transform the IAC from a local Israeli club in Los Angeles to a nationwide community and the fastest growing Jewish-American organization in the nation.
