Questions that Won’t be Asked by the January 6 Commission

By C.S. Boddie, AM THINKER

The January 6 commission held a dramatic first hearing with lots of crocodile tears and a few real ones.  As usual, the Democrats, and the two Democrat-friendly Republicans, seemed to agree on an emotional approach to the topic at hand to gain advantage over their political opponents. However, they failed to ask and answer important questions.

Also, they based their hearing on a false premise: “the Jan. 6 event was an insurrection.” No, it wasn’t. If the hundreds of thousands of Americans who attended the peaceful rally before the riot had wanted an insurrection, we would have seen a much larger, and probably an armed presence. That was not the case. Read more…

The myth of “Occupied Palestinian Territories” — Part 1 of 2

By Rabbi Dov Fischer, INN

A simple question: If someone murders you and seizes your home, do your kids have a right to take it back? Or do the murdering interlopers get to keep it?

The Bible tells us that Patriarch Avraham (Abraham) buried his wife, Matriarch Sarah, in the Cave of Machpelah in the city of ?evron (Hebron). Genesis 23. The Torah text specifies that he purchsed the cave with his own money at an exorbitant over-market price. 23:15-16. Later, he was buried there by his sons, Patriarch Yitzchak (Isaac) and Yishmael (Ishmael). 25:7-10. In time, Isaac and Matriarch Rivkah (Rebecca) were buried there, and thereafter Patriarch Yaakov (Jacob) and Matriarch Leah. 49:29-32; 50:13. Of the seven patriarchs and matriarchs, only Rachel was buried elsewhere, having died on the road to Efrat, near Beit Lechem (Bethlehem), while giving birth to Binyamin (Benjamin). 35:16-20.\

Big Tech to Use Shared Anti-Terror Database to Target ‘Right-Wing Extremist’ Content

By Debra Heine, AM GREATNESS

An organization used by the United States’ biggest tech monopolies, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Microsoft, will soon be targeting material from alleged white supremacists and far-right militias by “expanding the types of extremist content shared between firms in a key database,” according to Reuters.

In the past, the Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism’s database has focused primarily on videos and images from actual terrorist groups on a United Nations watch list and thus “has largely consisted of content from Islamist extremist organizations such as Islamic State, al Qaeda and the Taliban.”

The Biden Administration Blocks Scrutiny of Jihadi Visitors

by Todd Bensman, MEF

Jihadist hate for Jews allegedly inspired 24-year-old Egyptian Khaled Awad on July 1 to viciously stab Boston area Rabbi Shlomo Noginski outside a Jewish day school. Suffolk County authorities were planning to charge the Egyptian chemical engineering student with domestic terrorism-related hate crimes, and the father-of-12 rabbi is recovering from his eight stab wounds.

But this latest attack should not yet fade from public view without note that it squarely underscores a Biden administration move less than a week later that almost surely will condemn more Americans to Rabbi Noginski’s fate.

Extend Israel sovereignty over Gaza

T. Belman. This is interesting but it misses the big possibility, In my article Memo to Kushner I argued for the Gazans being incentivized to emigrate to Jordan and for Israel to extend her sovereignty to all of Gaza. This is part of the Jordan Option. Another part of the benefits flowing from Mudar taking over Jordan would be that the PA withers away and Jordan represents the Palestinians .

Memory of Netanyahu era gives Bennett leverage over Biden, at least for now

T. Belman.  I find this article very disturbing. There is too much give and take.  The more they allow us the more it will cost us.  There is too much of a desire by Israel to get along.  I’d rather see more backbone and independence. Nothing good will come of this.

New government managed to delay reopening of consulate for Palestinians, and slack from Washington could extend to other contentious issues, but power dynamic goes both ways

By JACOB MAGID, TOI

NEW YORK — The Biden administration’s decision to delay its plan to reopen a Jerusalem consulate for the Palestinians, at Israel’s behest, has exposed a unique dynamic in the relationship between the world superpower and its Mideast ally.

Despite the apparent power imbalance, US President Joe Biden has agreed to shelve a policy goal and delay fulfilling a campaign promise for almost half a year in order to avoid destabilizing Prime Minister Naftali Bennett’s politically diverse coalition as it seeks to coalesce.

To Pray or Not to Pray on the Temple Mount?

JERUSALEM CENTRE FOR PUBLIC AFFAIRS

  • Religious practices on the Temple Mount have relied upon the long-standing status quo established by Defense Minister Moshe Dayan in 1967, as well as the “Kerry Understandings” with Israel, reached with the Israeli government and Jordan in 2015. The status quo forbids prayer by Jews on the Mount.
  • On July 18, 2021, Tisha B’Av in the Hebrew calendar, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett made a statement on “freedom of worship” pertaining to Jews on the Temple Mount that was seen as changing the status quo. The Prime Minister’s Office then clarified on July 19 that Jews would only be permitted to visit the area. Thus, the question is now whether limited and informal prayers by Jews there will continue as in recent years.

Palestinian State – upgrading or damaging US interests?

Western red carpet vs. Arab shabby rug…

By Ambassador (ret.) Yoram Ettinger,

“President Biden underscored his strong commitment to a negotiated two-state solution as the best path to reach a just and lasting resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.”

Dreams from His Stalinist

A Marxist regime and separate black nation within America

By Lloyd Billingsley, FPM

“Frank Marshall Davis, 81, of Honolulu, died Sunday in Honolulu,” read the obituary in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin. Davis, who passed away on July 26, 1987, “was a renowned black poet and former newspaperman.”

The Kansas State graduate, recipient of a Julius Rosenwald Fellowship in poetry, authored “Black Man’s Verse,” and two other widely anthologized volumes of poetry “reprinted in public schools and college textbooks for general use throughout the United States.” Frank Marshall Davis was managing editor of the Atlanta Daily World, executive editor of the Associated Negro Press, and “taught the history of jazz music at the Abraham Lincoln School” in Chicago. An impressive profile, but there was more to the man.

The US Is Undermining the Abraham Accords

T. Belman. I have trouble with this analysis. Iran is not sitting pretty even though the US wants to cut a deal with them. Lebanon is in dire straits and Iran’s proxy, Hezbollah, may lose power. Saudi Arabia has already turned the tables on Iran’s other proxy, the Houthis, in Yemen. Domestically, they are having to suppress riots with lethal force. Finally they share a border with Afghanistan where the Sunni Taliban are taking over. The Taliban can cause trouble for Iran.

By Dr. Doran Matza, BESA

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: In contrast to the Trump administration’s tough stance on Iran, President Joe Biden’s willingness to negotiate with and reach a weak agreement with Iran undermines the strategic rationale for the normalization agreements between Israel and the Gulf states.

Official announcements from Washington herald the reduction of the US military presence in the Middle East. This reduction will include air defense in outposts in Saudi Arabia dealing with the Houthi problem in Yemen. This is not shocking news. For President Joe Biden, US foreign policy priorities are now focused primarily on China and much less on the Middle East (or Russia). Read more…

ISRAEL IS WORSE THAN THE US

TIERNEY’S NEWS

The new RINO socialist Prime Minister of Israel, Naftali Bennett, warned that the unvaccinated are a DANGER to Israel and that effective August 8th the unvaccinated will not be allowed at any venue “above 100 people, both indoor and outdoor” – including theaters, sporting events, and houses of worship. To enter, people will have to show proof of vaccination, proof they had Covid-19 and recovered, or a negative test, obtained at their own expense. Yet, Israeli researchers just announced that the mRNA vaccines are only 39% effective and it’s the vaccinated people who are being hospitalized! The CDC just admitted that the PCR tests don’t work to diagnose Covid.

So this makes NO sense – unless it’s about control & not your health. It’s obvious that Israel is reverting back to its Communist roots after 12 years of work that Netanyahu did to make it a free, thriving Capitalist country. Scary. Watch – Fauci & the CDC are planning the same BS in America.

Just how dangerous is Iran to the world?

By Eric Mandel,  THE HILL

Assessing the danger that Iran poses to the world through its development of nuclear weapons, missiles and other weapons may be misleading. Focusing on its conventional and potential nuclear abilities misses a crucial factor in evaluating the level of danger. The key lies with understanding who in Iran would decide when to use weapons and, more importantly, what motivates them.

The Islamic Republic of Iran is a paranoid regime, believing that Shia Islam is under an existential threat and must be defended. Iran’s dominant fighting force is the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), under the control of the Supreme Leader. The IRGC is mandated by Iran’s constitution to pursue “an ideological mission of jihad in God’s way … extending the sovereignty of God’s law throughout the world.”

COVID-19: Why Are American Scientists Silent on This?

By Devvy Kidd, NEWS WITH VIEWS           July 26th, 2021

I want to refer back to my July 12, 2021, column, COVID-19 Not a Virus:  Can Any Scientist Prove Dr. Stefan Lanka Wrong?

Genetics falsifies thesis of existence

“In the trial, the results of research into so-called genetic fingerprints of alleged measles virus have been introduced. Two recognized laboratories, including the world’s largest and leading genetic Institute, arrived at exactly the same results independently.  The results prove that the authors of the six publications in the measles virus case were wrong, and as a direct result all measles virologists are still wrong today: They have misinterpreted ordinary constituents of cells as part of the suspected measles virus.
