The election campaign is now in its least interesting phase, and, arguably, its most important.

Sixty-four days out from election day, this is the point when parties disassemble and reassemble as Knesset hopefuls jockey for position in search of a political vehicle that might carry them into the parliament.

WASHINGTON—President-elect Joe Biden is set to be sworn in on Jan. 20 amid unparalleled security measures and the pandemic lockdown, making it one of the most untraditional inaugurations in U.S. history.

Like many predecessors, Biden is going to be sworn in on the steps of the Capitol building. But the traditional parade down Pennsylvania Avenue, which normally draws hundreds of thousands of Americans, has been canceled, to be replaced by a virtual parade. Inaugural balls have been canceled as well.

He’ll install nationwide mask mandates and force vaccinations where he can get away with it. Who knows what will be in those injections.

He’ll force taxpayers to rebuild failed Democrat cities & states that stayed locked down to destroy our economy. He’ll rejoin the Paris Climate Accord & the Iran deal to appease the global terrorists, redistribute our wealth under the guise of climate change and give our enemies nuclear capabilities. Then, he’ll try to seize our weapons and leave us defenseless and label everyone who disagrees with him a “domestic terrorist.” So, basically, he’ll totally sell out America to the Communists & NWO & turn us into a starving, impotent 3rd world country while he enriches his family from the rise of Communist China.

T. Belman.  Given what Dershowitz said, is there a process to cancel the impeachment as unconstitutional.

This is an important question since Trump is not leaving office and thus would be subject to a trial in Senate. By the way a 2/3 majority is needed to convict.

Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz said that the House violated six independent points of the Constitution when impeaching President Donald Trump.

In an interview with Newsmax, Dershowitz said: “They violated the free speech provision. They violated the impeachment criteria. They violated the bill of attainder. They violated due process, on and on and on.”

T. Belman. What is going on here. The Dems know that They are the ones who caused the violence on Jan 6 so that they could blame Trump. They also know that Trump keeps telling his MAGA supporters to stay home and peaceful on Jan 20. Yes the number of police tasked with controlling the violence on Jan 6 was about 200. But to go from this number to over 20,000 is in no way appropriate or commensurate. Remember they aren’t planning on a public inauguration. So what gives?

They also know that they don’t control the National Guard in DC. Trump does.

On the other hand Pres Trump, the Commander in Chief, knows that he will be invoking the Insurrection Act, perhaps even today, and that this will cause a violent reaction from the Dems and their shock troops, BLM and ANTIFA. The Guard will be needed to quell the insurrection, the violence, and drain the swamp. Many other troops are currently in the swing states and even in California. Biden will not be inaugurated and thousands will be arrested and put in FEMA CAMPS.

I sit down to read the recent Gregorian New Year’s supplement of the influential economic magazine TheMarker. We’re all interested in economic trends, and 2020 was an unpredictably grim year. The lead article headline looks particularly interesting: “Turning Point: Israel’s Big Population Challenge.”

Turning point? No, this isn’t about the Jewish population being outnumbered. Nor is it about the many challenges within Israeli society. It isn’t even about the expected increase in the number of Orthodox children and its impact on the economy (TheMarker is published by Haaretz).
