Attorney Sidney Powell on Sunday alerted the U.S. Supreme Court to new evidence filed in her legal team’s Michigan lawsuit related to the state’s Dominion Voting Systems voting equipment, as she called on the court to intervene in her cases challenging the integrity and outcome of the 2020 elections in four states.

Powell in a letter notified the court of two batches of recently obtained evidence, the first of which she said came from an initial forensic analysis of Dominion voting machines in Michigan’s Antrim County that was prepared under a protective order issued on Dec. 4 by Judge Kevin Elsenheimer, who is overseeing the case.

This morning, during an emergency hearing, MI 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin A Elsenheimer granted permission to Attorney Matthew Deperno to release the findings from their forensic examination of 16 Dominion Voting machines in Antrim County, MI where thousands of votes flipped from President Trump to Joe Biden on November 3, 2020.

A forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems machines and software in Michigan showed that they were designed to create fraud and influence election results, a data firm said Monday.

“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” Russell Ramsland Jr., co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group, said in a preliminary report.

The courts have spoken, one after another. Some 74 million Americans have been denied our day in court.  The Democrats’ crime of stealing a presidential election is too big to fail.

Our play-it-safe judges don’t want to venture into these enormous seas, full of sharks, without precedent. They want to say in the safe spaces of the familiar. Stealing an election for city council is familiar enough to be overturned by law. Stealing a presidential election by wholesale fraud is above the law.

Trump saw the coup coming, so he issued the EO set out below.  On Dec 1/20 I argued Pres Trump will declare Martial Law if necessary and set out what he did in preparation.  This EO mandates that the Department of National Intelligence (DNI) – currently John Ratcliffe – produce a report on foreign intervention in the 2020 election within 45 days of the election.  This equates to December 18.

It is important to note that when he attended the Army/Navy annual football game, he did so with the said John Radcliff.  When they stepped on to the field, the crowd roared in love and enthusism.

He did one more thing.  He issued another EO in which he called for a Christmas holiday for all federal employees except “except those related to “National Security, Defense or other public need.”  According to the Military Times, an American military media outlet, the National Guard has deployed more than 3,600 troops in 16 states to support cyber defense efforts, to work the polls, and in case of post-election civil unrest. Perhaps more as time went on.

Oman and Indonesia could be next in line to establish diplomatic relations with Israel in the coming weeks, a diplomatic source said Sunday.

The Trump administration is continuing in its efforts to bring more Arab and Muslim countries into the Abraham Accords. The United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Sudan and Morocco have agreed to normalization with Israel.

After Bhutan agreed to forge ties with Israel outside of the framework of the accords, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday night said Israel is “in touch with additional countries that want to join and establish relations with us.”

US Vice President Mike Pence plans to visit Israel in January, as first reported by The Jerusalem Post last week, Regional Cooperation Minister Ofir Akunis (Likud) told Army Radio on Sunday.

President Trump has a great case and will win this election based on the Constitution per retired Intel Operative Tony Shaffer.

Tony Shaffer is a retired Intelligence Operative and current President of the London Center for Policy Research and a member of President Trump’s 2020 Advisory Board.  He believes the President won the election and has a great case in the courts to prove it.

Shaffer created a fire on Twitter yesterday when he questioned whether the President may have marked all the ballots in this year’s election which would  indicate if a ballot counted was legitimate or not.

Two recently released videos seem to reveal a possible method of voter fraud using Dominion Voting System software.

Filmed by a Georgia county election supervisor, the videos demonstrate serious security flaws within Dominion’s adjudication process. The company’s machines were used in Georgia and other states during the still-contested November general election.

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who is leading President Donald Trump’s legal fight over alleged voter fraud and irregularities, presented the videos while appearing before a Georgia state House committee on Thursday, according to Fox News.

Attorney Sidney Powell is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to immediately intervene in her lawsuits challenging the integrity and outcome of the 2020 elections in four states.

In an announcement on Friday, Powell said she had filed emergency requests to the nation’s top court, asking the justices to order officials in Georgia, Michigan, and Arizona to immediately de-certify their 2020 election results and to prevent the states’ presidential electors from casting votes in the electoral college.

LANSING — A judge is expected to hold a hearing Monday morning on a lawyer’s request to lift a protective order shielding the results of a court-ordered examination of voting equipment in Antrim County — a county that President Donald Trump easily won, but where his legal team is alleging irregularities.

Portage attorney Matthew DePerno filed an emergency motion Friday with 13th Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer, claiming he has “received initial preliminary results which are important for the public, the U.S. government and the Michigan Legislature to review and understand,” and are “an issue of national security.”

One of the most disturbing things about the 2020 election was to see the big tech companies place their thumbs so heavily on the Biden scale. From overt censorship to sending voting reminders only to Democrats to Google/YouTube’s announcement that it’s deplatforming any challenges to challenge Biden’s fraudulent victory, it’s been tyranny all the way down. Word is now emerging that Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg may have played one of the biggest roles in swinging the election outcome.

One of the things Facebook did all through the election season was to label conservative posts as inaccurate. It then pointed to allegedly “non-partisan” fact-checking reports that purportedly contained the correct information. I reported here about a ludicrous Facebook censorship effort that directed readers to a manifestly biased, and quite stupid, AP article.

MADISON – The state Supreme Court showed deep divisions Saturday as it contemplated a final push by President Donald Trump to throw out Democrat Joe Biden’s narrow win in Wisconsin.

The arguments — a rarity on a weekend — came amid a string of legal setbacks for the president. During the arguments, a federal judge in Milwaukee ruled against Trump, dealing the seventh defeat to Trump and his allies in 10 days over Wisconsin’s results.

The three liberals on the state’s high court showed extreme skepticism toward Trump’s arguments. Three conservatives showed some support for at least parts of his claims.

Simon Parkes has been told that Trump will succeed. The plan is that all legal action must be finalized. If the Court results are negative, the people will take to the streets and will overwhelm the police and National Guard. Trump will be justified in invoking the Insurrection Act.

Trump will succeed because he is backed by the military, the people and the facts. This is what I have been saying.

Texas Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed suit to overturn the election results in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvaniand Wisconsin, and hand the presidential election over to Donald Trump. But what if that doesn’t work? What if the corrupt Chief Justice John Roberts figures out a way to kill the legal action or avoid what the facts require? What does Trump do then?

Trump and his family and various Republicans have raised tens of millions of dollars to overturn the election fraud. Will all of that money be wasted because Republicans were incapable of guarding against election theft? Trump’s supporters don’t want to be saddled with a “presidential occupant” by the name of Joe Biden whose days are numbered in the oval office because of his rapidly progressing onset of dementia.
