T. Belman. I watched the entire hearings and concluded it was a game-changer.  The evidence presented was compelling leaving no doubt that the Pennsylvania legislature would not certify the vote. This event is slated to be repeated  in Arizona, Michigan and Georgia. Furthermore the evidence is to be presented in Court shortly.

Giuliani said he had three whistleblowers ready to testify to the consiracy but they require us to subpeona them.

Jenna Ellis was confronted with the statement by one committee member that the legislator had fulfilled its obligation regarding certification when it delegated the act.  The committee member also said they had legal advice  that it was no longer the responsibility of the legislature.  She immediately responded that there was nothing to stop the legislature from cancelling the delegation.  Giuliani added especially when the delagatees were so corrupt.

Ther tide has turned. Trump will succeed in taking back the victory which is rightfully his.

Trump campaign lawyer Rudy Giuliani on Wednesday suggested to Pennsylvania GOP state senators that they have the power to vote and choose their own electors, while citing allegations of voter fraud in the Keystone State.

In a Pennsylvania Senate Republican Policy Committee hearing in Gettysburg, the former New York City mayor said that the U.S. Constitution stipulates that state legislators are empowered with the ability to nullify a state’s electors and can send their own to the Electoral College.

A Pennsylvania judge on Wednesday ordered state officials to not certify the results of the 2020 election until her court holds a hearing on an election contest on Friday.

Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough ordered the state to not take any further steps to complete the certification of the presidential race, which the state announced on Tuesday. She also blocked the certification of all the other election results.

“To the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the 2020 General Election for the offices of President and Vice President of the United States of America, respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, pending an evidentiary hearing to be held on Friday,” the judge wrote in her order (pdf).

A group on Tuesday filed an emergency petition with the Wisconsin Supreme Court, challenging the state’s unofficial election results.

The Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project said it found tens of thousands of ballots that may be fraudulent.

“We have identified over 150,000 potentially fraudulent ballots in Wisconsin, more than enough to call into question the validity of the state’s reported election results,” said Phill Kline, director of the project, in a statement.

Joe Biden’s lead in Arizona dropped from 10,377 votes to 4,202 after a machine error was discovered on Tuesday.

The error was from a faulty upload from Greenlee County, which showed 22,110 votes — but should have been 3,723.

A data analyst for ABC 15, Garrett Archer, tweeted about the error before trying to downplay it by saying it “happens from time to time.”

Trump has a substantial legal hurdle to clear to defy the projections, even if the recounts in Wisconsin and Georgia reverse the unofficial outcomes.

The president’s election legal team has nonetheless projected confidence that the court challenges will result in an ultimate victory for Trump. Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, the lead attorney on the team, said at a press conference last week that the battle ahead is about more than overturning the projected results.

“We are confident that through these multiple pathways to victory, we will get to the actual outcome that the evidence shows,” Giuliani said, after alleging a number of types of election malfeasance and widespread voter fraud.

U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday ruled Trump’s “motion for emergency expedited review is granted at the direction of the court.

A Republican member of Michigan’s state canvassing board broke with his GOP colleague Monday, joining two Democrats in voting to certify the state’s election results.

Three members of the Michigan Board of State Canvassers voted to certify the results, arguing it was their required duty under the law. Republican Norm Shinkle abstained, alluding to election issues in Detroit and elsewhere.

The decision by board Vice Chairman Aaron Van Langevelde to vote to certify allayed the fears of many that Republican board members would delay formalizing election results, likely pushing the decision to a court and furthering President Donald Trump’s efforts to undermine the will of Michigan voters.
