That order, available at Whitehouse.gov, is entitled, “Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election.” In that executive order, which almost no one has covered since the day it was signed, President Trump declares a national emergency. That emergency is still in play to this day, and the 2020 election was conducted under this state of emergency, which is a crucial point to understand what’s coming next.

Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz predicted that President Donald Trump will attempt to settle the election in a way not seen since the 19th century.

In an interview with Newsmax, the longtime legal expert said Trump no longer is attempting to reach 270 Electoral College votes but will instead focus on denying Democratic nominee Joe Biden’s chances of getting 270 votes.

“Let’s look at the big picture: The big picture now has shifted,” Dershowitz told the website. “I do not believe that President Trump is now trying to get to 270 electoral votes. I think he thinks that’s out of the question.”

Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell, a Trump campaign lawyer, suggested in a Sunday interview that the president’s legal team is receiving a deluge of evidence concerning voter fraud and irregularities.

“We’re getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states,” Powell said on Fox Business, adding that she has enough evidence of election fraud to launch a widespread criminal investigation.  “I don’t make comments without having the evidence to back it up.”

An Election Law Expert Says Move Would Be Unprecedented

Three Wisconsin residents have filed a lawsuit asking a federal court to throw out all the votes cast in Dane, Milwaukee and Menominee counties in last week’s election, a move one election law expert says would be without precedent.

The lawsuit, which was filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in Green Bay, relies on allegations of voter fraud from multiple anonymous sources. It’s similar to other lawsuits filed by allies of Republican President Donald Trump in other swing states that supported Democratic President-elect Joe Biden over Trump.

Last Thursday, in my article “Examining the code, internet geeks conclude ‘Trump’s win was yuuuge,’” I introduced American Thinker readers to the 2020 presidential election analysis of Internet blogger “Pede,” who (using data from the voting machines sent to intermediary Edison Research, which was then formatted and passed on to the media food chain) calculated, by states, how many votes had been electronically switched from Trump to Biden, and how many votes out of the total votes for all candidates were just “lost.”

Or, as “Pede” describes it, “I made a script to run through the data and gather all instances where votes switched from Trump to Biden. ‘Lost Votes’ means that the total amount of votes counted decreased by that amount throughout the counting.”

As the greatest electoral drama in American history continues to play itself out, the media syndicate, the mammoth platforms and the fictive fact-checkers keep assuring us that there is no evidence of voter fraud, and that all claims to the contrary are “disputed.” Nothing to see here, move on. Not so. There is everything to see here, stay put. Even a cursory review of electoral events indicates that a monumental swindle is in progress.

• Trump’s rallies attracted between 25,000 to 50,000 people. Biden’s rallies routinely featured twenty or so vehicles in a car park. That alone tells us that Biden was never in the game.
• Biden’s vote total apparently exceeded Barack Obama’s. The prospect of this happening is approximately nil—another clear example of electoral contraband.
• Copyright EMAIL patent holder and MIT alumnus Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai clarifies the unscrupulous means whereby voting machine codes were manipulated for Biden. Voting machines were clearly calibrated to reduce Trump’s and inflate Biden’s vote count. Dominion Voting Systems is a case in point. The Trump team estimates the Dominion Systems deleted 2.7 million Trump votes nationwide, including 221,000 Pennsylvania Trump votes switched to Biden and 941,000 Trump votes deleted. Given the vast extent of the deception, these numbers do not seem implausible. @ChanelRion @OANN

The Democrats’ attorney for this secret deal was Marc Elias from Perkins Coie, the consigliere of Hillary Clinton who has been busy managing other secretive Democratic election operations all across the country.
