Below is just a tiny sampling of the massive voting irregularities and fraud that were discovered both before and after Joe Biden and Kalamity Harris declared victory through their media lackeys, in clear defiance of the U.S. Constitution and 243-years of American tradition:

• On Election night at approximately 4 a.m., 138,000 ballots were “instantaneously” counted in Wisconsin and, magically, every single ballot was for Joe Biden (Mmmm).
• The next day, Rudy Giuliani, in Philly, PA, spelled out massive fraud re mail-in ballots that Republican observers were illegally stopped from overseeing the vote—the same illegalities happening in Arizona, Detroit, Nevada, and Milwaukee.
• In Michigan, a U.S. Postal Service whistleblower reported that his superiors told him to backdate late mail-in ballots so they would be accepted. They also recorded the vote of a man born in 1850 and another who died in 1984.

It is remarkable watching the Democrats — the party of litigation and trial lawyers — attacking the Trump team for challenging election results and filing court challenges.

Through four years of the Trump presidency’s first term, the Left ran to the courts to challenge virtually every presidential initiative, every executive order, every policy. They ran to the courts to protect illegal immigration, to protect the illegal violations of Sanctuary Cities, to attack, attack, attack. They knew and know where to find their Clinton-Obama judges, in federal districts in the Ninth Circuit and elsewhere, and they played the courts like a fiddle to get rulings they wanted. They ended up with progressive judges who always found a way to stretch and interpret the law to fit the Left agenda. These judges did not look for the target bull’s-eye at which to aim their arrows but instead looked at the Left’s arrows and just painted bull’s-eyes around them.

There is no way that Biden could have “won” the election without fraud.

In 2012 a total of 127 million votes were cast for the president.

In 2016 a total of 128.8 million votes were cast of which Hillary got 65.8 million and Trump got 63 million.

In 2020, a total of 145.3  million votes have been tallied of which Biden got 74.8 million and Trump got 70.5 million.

This means there has so far been an increase of 16.5 million votes over 2016.  Such a large increase is unprecedented. 

Lets allow for an increase of 1.2 million votes in 2020.

The challenge to the 2020 presidential election is not based on unlawful voting but on ineligible ballots. There is a narrative put out by the Democratic party and their media allies that to contest the election, the Trump campaign must produce enough evidence of fraudulent voters to make up the difference in the vote count. That has very little to do with the bulk of the challenges.

States have a variety of laws to deal with absentee ballots that are put in place to ensure the integrity of the process. These laws are there because it is a lot easier to cheat with mail in voting. Everyone knows this, though for the last six months there has been a serious effort to deny it.

With the 2020 elections marred by legal challenges and fraud allegations, some have used statistical analysis to try to determine if foul play was involved. In several states, analyses of election data indeed show statistically odd phenomena in the tallies of votes for the Democratic candidate, former Vice President Joe Biden.

One of the most common arguments is that in some localities, vote counts for Biden violate Benford’s Law.

In simple terms, the law states that in many real-world data sets, such as demographic data, geographical data, or even sports statistics, the first digit of the numbers will more likely be 1 than 2, and 2 more likely than 3, etc. following logarithmic scale. If the first-digit distribution significantly diverges from this rule, it could be evidence of artificial manipulation of the data.

DEMOCRATS TRIED TO MAKE IT EASIER TO CHEAT PRIOR TO THE ELECTION

The Trump campaign has lawsuits ready to go this week that could radically change the picture of the presidential election, attorney Rudy Giuliani said Sunday.

Giuliani appeared on the Fox News show “Sunday Morning Futures” with Maria Bartiromo and said that the campaign’s evidence could change which candidate won in Pennsylvania, which is currently in the column of Democratic Joe Biden.

“In Philadelphia, where we are furthest ahead, we have about 60 or 70 witnesses in Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and in Pittsburgh. In Pittsburgh, we have observers who for 24 hours were kept out of the room or kept away from the room where they were counting the mail-in ballots, which of course are the highly suspicious ballots,” he said.

Pennsylvania. Biden leading by 43,833 votes. An estimated 95 percent of votes have been counted.  If the US Supreme Court rules that the Penn Supreme Court’s decision was unconstitutional (as I believe they will) Trump will win PA.

North Carolina is safely in Trump’s hands.  He has a 1.4 % margin. 98% counted

Georgia . Biden is leading by 11,395 votes. An estimated 99 percent of votes have been counted. Georgia has announced a recount.  Trump confident of win,

Arizona: Biden’s lead in the vote count is just under 17,000.  The Republic estimates that there are more than 70,000 ballots left to count statewide, with roughly 38,000 of those in Maricopa County. Maricopa County elections officials said another update from the state’s largest county would come Monday.

Latest update says that Trump can’t overtake Biden’s lead in Arizona with the remaining ballots. If so, this is a shocker.

If that is the case, there will be an automatic recount.

Trump has 248 electoral votes including GA and NC but not AZ. Thus he must get 2 of MI, WI, PA to win without Arizona. If he gets AZ then PA is all he needs

He starts immediately to form his new cabinet.  In other words he acts like he is the President-elect.

If the Sec’y State for each state can’t certify the vote by Dec 6th, he doesn’t.

Many states won’t be able to certify the vote.

No one will be able to reach 270 votes.

In that case, it goes over to the H of Reps where each state gets one vote.

Republicans get 28 votes and the Democrats get 22 votes.

Pelosi must put it to a vote and Trump gets elected.

(The Center Square) – The Dominion Voting Systems, which has been used in multiple states where fraud has been alleged in the 2020 U.S. Election, was rejected three times by data communications experts from the Texas Secretary of State and Attorney General’s Office for failing to meet basic security standards.

Unlike Texas, other states certified the use of the system, including Pennsylvania, where voter fraud has been alleged on multiple counts this week.
