President Trump has a great case and will win this election based on the Constitution per retired Intel Operative Tony Shaffer.

Tony Shaffer is a retired Intelligence Operative and current President of the London Center for Policy Research and a member of President Trump’s 2020 Advisory Board.  He believes the President won the election and has a great case in the courts to prove it.

Shaffer created a fire on Twitter yesterday when he questioned whether the President may have marked all the ballots in this year’s election which would  indicate if a ballot counted was legitimate or not.

At this point in the chaos, we know one thing for sure: President Trump is still the president, and he won re-election. Any number of warnings from Twitter or claims to the contrary from “official sources” in the media can’t undermine his claims. In the final analysis, according to the Constitution, electors in the Electoral College vote for the president. This fact is critical in the days and weeks ahead.<

In short, the president is not elected by Twitter or the media. He is not even elected by “the people.” He is elected by electors picked by state legislators. Faced with evidence of election fraud, the states can pick electors who will vote for Trump, the legitimate president and legitimate winner. None of this is a mystery. This is the way the system works.

The Trump campaign issued a statement Friday morning defiantly pushing back against claims that Joe Biden has won the presidential election. Lawyer Matt Morgan indicated the campaign would be challenging results in Georgie, Nevada and Pennsylvania. Morgan also expressed confidence Trump would prevail in Arizona.

“This election is not over. The false projection of Joe Biden as the winner is based on results in four states that are far from final. Georgia is headed for a recount, where we are confident we will find ballots improperly harvested, and where President Trump will ultimately prevail. There were many irregularities in Pennsylvania, including having election officials prevent our volunteer legal observers from having meaningful access to vote counting locations. We prevailed in court on our challenge, but were deprived of valuable time and denied the transparency we are entitled to under state law. In Nevada, there appear to be thousands of individuals who improperly cast mail ballots. Finally, the President is on course to win Arizona outright, despite the irresponsible and erroneous ‘calling’ of the state for Biden by Fox News and the Associated Press. Biden is relying on these states for his phony claim on the White House, but once the election is final, President Trump will be re-elected.”

The remedy that I propose is that the Supreme Court order do-over elections in jurisdictions where the Information Monopoly’s information suppression carried the day.  I think Biden will be massively defeated in such elections when there is time for the voters to be exposed to the blacked out information.  Do-over elections are the only remedy that can correct the sinister behavior of the Information Monopoly.  Conceding the power to decide elections to the Information Monopoly would obviously end democracy.

Does the Supreme Court have the power to do this?  A do-over election was ordered by a federal court in North Carolina in 2018.  The power of the Supreme Court is large, as the many liberal decisions over the years have shown.

The flaming cultural lava is spreading well beyond America. We have to wonder whether we are now watching the steady asphyxiation in the West of both liberalism and democracy.

I predicted for a month that trump would be elected in a landslide and he was.

To date Trump has received 69.6 million votes. This is the most votes ever obtained by any president ever.

Biden has received 70.3 million votes both real and fraudulent. This is 7 million more than Hillary Clinton got in 2016.

SO DOES ANYONE BELIEVE THAT SLEEPY, CREEPY, CROOKED JOE, WHO COULDN’T GET 20 PEOPLE OUT TO A RALLY, ACTUALLY GOT 70.3 MILLION LEGITIMATE VOTES.

This, in itself, is enough evidence of fraud. At least 10 million of these votes are fraudulent.

Trump will succeed in having them cancelled and will be declared the winner.

Trump will declare himself the winner tonight based on winning PA, NC, GA, NV and AZ.

The truth is, since we get so little of that valuable commodity from the corrupt left-wing media — that Democrats have cheated before.Op-ed.

President Trump has claimed victory in Georgia and North Carolina after his campaign declared him the winner of Pennsylvania ahead of any major media outlet.

Trump tweeted on Wednesday afternoon that, for “Electoral Vote purposes,” he was declaring victory in Georgia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, citing the voting lead he currently holds in those states. He also said he would declare victory in Michigan if ballots were “secretly” dumped there.

“We have claimed, for Electoral Vote purposes, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (which won’t allow legal observers) the State of Georgia, and the State of North Carolina, each one of which has a BIG Trump lead. Additionally, we hereby claim the State of Michigan if, in fact, there was a large number of secretly dumped ballots as has been widely reported!” Trump tweeted.

The state of Georgia is adding to the ridiculousness of the 2020 election as the Georgia Secretary of State has announced that some counties forgot to click “upload” in order to submit the votes for that county. And wouldn’t you know it? All these counties are blue.According to San Francisco Chronicle’s Washington correspondent Tal Kopan, Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said that a number of counties didn’t click the “upload” button to submit the votes for their county.

“Georgia secretary of state says some counties have forgotten to click the “upload” button, so they’ve sent a reminder out,” tweeted Kopan.

A woman monitoring the ballot counting in Detroit has asserted that at least 130,000 ballots, all for Joe Biden, were brought to the center in three vehicles at 4 a.m.

Her testimony corroborates videos and photos from Kellye SoRelle, a Texas lawyer and member of Lawyers for Trump, who filmed vehicles pull up and unload large coolers and suitcases onto wagons and roll them into the secure area.
