Kalman:  General Kujat points out first that the War in Ukraine was an attempt by the US to defeat Russia in preparation for the coming war with China.  But by starting this war, the United States has not only weakened her global hegemony but led to the deepening and strengthening of the BRICS organization of nations.

Secondly, General Kujat explains a current 10 year plan intended to keep the Ukraine war on hold in order to outlast a potential Donald Trump presidency by binding agreements with each NATO member that would essentially lead to Ukraine’s NATO de-facto membership by the back door.

  5. I’m with you ketzel2. I continue to be confounded by the pro-Russia/pro-Putin sentiment on this site despite ample evidence of putin’s support of hamas. That antisemites are even promoted here as long as they shill for putin is extremely disturbing. Ted doesn’t seem to notice that the people supporting putin are also against Israel. I think Ted has become so anti-American in recent years that it doesn’t matter that these so-called “anti-war” people shilling for Putin are also anti-Israel and antisemitic.

  13. Great commentary by Gen. Kujat. I can not fathom what the devastation which Germany has suffered in this war, and in this, the worst is yet to come in the future. Going from the economic leader of Europe to a de-industrialized remnant of its former self, all due to the insanity of helping the US to sever Germany’s access to cheap and ready energy from Russia. It is interesting that some of the most sensible voices in all of Europe over the past three years came from the German military, and in this, Kujat provides an important update.

    The consensus of the West, as described by Kujat as the ten year plan, is, however, a complete disconnect with reality. The notion that Russia, having come to a point of completely dominating the battlefields in Ukraine, will accept a freezing of the conflict could only make sense in the same State Dept echo chambers in which the fantasy that Ukraine might out match Russia was initially conceived by nutty Neocons. Of course there are two examples to support this Western delusion, as the Ukrainian ethnic Russians found themselves ably surrounding and defeating the Nationalist forces in 2014 and 2015, which gave rise to the Minsk I and II respectively. Notably, neither of the Minsk accords were actually intended to lead to a frozen conflict, but due to the manipulation and duplicity of the US, France, Germany and Ukraine, a frozen conflict was tantamount to what came from both of these non-negotiated negotiating settlements.

    After the public confessions of the leaders of Germany, France and Ukraine which exposed the fact that these agreements were never intended to do more than the ten year plan described by Kujat, is there anyone foolish enough to believe that Putin would settle for any plan which does not actually address a final political settlement? Indeed, this is the inordinate effect of making plans in echo chambers. In fact, Russia has been insisting upon a new security arrangement in Europe since the Russians did away with their Soviet delusions. The West’s refusal to act in an honest fashion to include Russia in such a security arrangement led to the US manipulation of the vestigial Cold War apparatuses and sentiments being reapplied against the new Russia state over the years.

    The minimum of what Putin will accept in ending this war will be to address his calls for a new security arrangement in which Russia is included. Otherwise, this war will go on…The Ten Year plan is not going to happen.
