Deferring to Islam is submission

Peloni:  The target in this war is grander than Israel, and more broad than the US, but these two nations, the so called little Satan and big Satan, respectively, are all that threatens the success of the barbarians.  As corporations, individuals and nation states act to pretend that the outcome of this war will not affect them as they submit to the demands of the Islamists, they forget that submission is both the literal translation of Islam as well as the intent of the Jihadist war before them.  Indeed, by deferring to the Islamists, these Westerners are in fact acting to solidify their own capitulation, and as they are acting to capitulate to barbarism, the consequences of doing so will be the abrogation of not only their own fate and liberty, but that of their successive generations as well.  It is a time to fight or submit, and the consequences will be the inheritance of civliziation or its demise to the future, so choose carefully when attemting to not offend the Islamists as Howard discusses in this insightfully poignant essay.

Each time liberal Jews, police, media, universities, Jewish organizations, or Christians adjust their plans or their speech so as not to “offend” Islamists, we are one step closer to submission. The War has started and we are in danger of losing it.

What is the effect of the American and European, police, media, universities, et al deferring to masked, violent hateful young Islamists and Leftists by foolishly tolerating their breaking of laws (except for Trump’s refreshing calling a spade a spade)? What might be the effect on Israel’s long term security?

With the government seemingly about to fall apart after an unusually long run, particularly amid the ongoing war, Israel’s political class is gearing up for new elections, which could be declared in the coming days and be set for the end of this year.

THE ONE BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL HAS WORMS IN IT

Peloni:  Kelleigh provides an important review of significant issues contained within the Big Beautiful Bill.  Using this as a guide might help Washington policy makers make wise decisions about revisions to the bill before passage.

By Kelleigh Nelson

The real goal should be reduced government spending, rather than balanced budgets achieved by ever rising tax rates to cover ever rising spending. Thomas Sowell

Government spending is taxation. When you look at this, I’ve never heard of a poor person spending himself into prosperity; let alone I’ve never heard of a poor person taxing himself into prosperity.  Arthur Laffer

I cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article of the Constitution which granted a right to Congress of expending, on objects of benevolence, the money of their constituents.  James Madison

Mark Levin’s June 7 & 8 Shows

Peloni:  In his first segment Mark raises the issue of amending the US Constitution.  Mark explains that there is a top down process, where the proposed amendments are made by Congress to be ratified by the state, but there is also a process where the states make the proposed amendments, this latter process not having been previously invoked.  Mark explains that the Congress has proven to be hopelessly useless in reigning in the debt, and that it falls to the American people to make the case before their state legislatures to gain support for a Constitutional Convention.  What he doesn’t address, however, is that the Congress is empowered to choose the delegates to any Constitutional Convention formed, which would provide significant leverage for the Congress while using either process.

My Thoughts on the Little Swedish Hypocrite.

BARRY SHAW| Jun 09, 2025

(By VoA – Voice of America, Public Domain)

Early this morning the Israeli navy took control of the British-flagged yacht Madleen, emphasis on Mad, operated by the Freedom Flotilla Coalition, which was attempting to enter a war zone to give comfort adsupport to the genocidal death cult that invaded my country killing, torturing, raping, and kidnapping hundreds in including our elderly, girls, and babies.

Is There a Military Alliance Between Russia and Israel Against Turkey?

Peloni:  Both Israel and Russia have an interest in opposing the continued Turkish expansion in the region.  Of course, coordination between Israel and Russia is not a new event, but in coordination to opposing Turkey it is both new, enlightening, and holds important implications going forward for not only Russia, Israel and Turkey, but for the US as well.

A link between the Los Angeles riots and recent antisemitic attacks?

By Monica Showalter | Am Thinker | June 8, 2025

All riots are organized, and the anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles, going on now, are no exception.

We’ve seen the pallets of bricks turn up, as they did in recent race riots:

None of this is organic. This is staged. Just like the BLM riots. You don’t get pallets of bricks showing up out of nowhere unless someone’s funding it.

This has deep state fingerprints all over it. CIA-level chaos. Sanctuary cities like LA didn’t just accidentally become… pic.twitter.com/tBdbOw5Dbo

The failure to place the blame and  responsibility for the Palestinian refugee problem where it correctly belongs, on the Arab panic and during 1947-48, squarely on the divided and corrupt Arab leadership is easy to ascertain from eye witness accounts reporting internal intimidation, blackmail, arson, looting, and mass flight were and remain the norm in inter-Arab conflicts.

Will arming Gazan militias against Hamas harm Israel in the long run?

Peloni:  A decisive assault on Gaza followed by fascilitated tranfer of Gazans to Jordan would provide the version of what might be deemed as victory in Gaza.  Arming gangs suggests a long term strategy in Gaza which will obstruct both aspects of victory

Relying on a tribal militia or clan in Gaza may work in the short term. However, in the long term it is unlikely to achieve success.

By SETH J. FRANTZMAN | JUNE 7, 2025

Reports have confirmed that Israel has been arming and apparently supporting or working with armed militias in Gaza. Some reports refer to this group as a “gang.” Others describe the leader of the group, Yasser Abu Shabab, as a member of a large clan in southern Gaza.

There may be more clans being activated or encouraged than just the one linked to Abu Shabab, which is not his real name but rather a nomme de guerre, meaning the full details about this group continue to be shrouded in some mystery. It is therefore hard to know if these groups will become an effective anti-Hamas movement. If they are gangs that are better known for looting and other past crimes than for achieving much now, then they will likely not be embraced by the average person.

Can Israel say ‘No’ to the US?

Peloni:  The threats facing Israel are existential in nature.  There is no choice but to say ‘no’ if dayslight exists between the policy interests of these two allied nations.

History teaches us not to assume support, to stand resolute, and to know our direction. When we are clear – grounded on Earth, not chasing the moon – the US will not block our path.

by  Prof. Eyal Zisser | June 8, 2025

In recent weeks, the strain in Israel–US relations has left many Israelis stunned and unprepared. The belief that the American administration would always support us, or even be in our pocket, shattered loudly as President Donald Trump’s administration took unilateral actions without consulting or gaining Israel’s approval. Some of these moves directly undermine Israel – from the deal with the Houthis in Yemen, giving them a “flashing green light” to fire missiles at Israel, to the warm embrace of former jihadists in Syria, Recep Tayyip Erdo?an, and Qatar, purveyors of hatred and terror in the Middle East, to the rush toward an Iran deal that would leave its nuclear program nearly intact.

National Guard Deployed To LA Amid ICE Raid Riots

Peloni:  It is good to see Trump providing support for the rule of law, thus preventing the staged anarchy which oversaw the radicalization and untold casualties which came from the ‘Summer of Love’ back in 2020.  People have to understand that there is a new sheriff in town, and that he will uphold the laws of the land.

The first members of the National Guard arrived in Los Angeles early Sunday morning, hours after violent riots erupted over federal immigration enforcement actions. The move follows President Donald Trump’s order to deploy 2,000 troops to the city.

Trump doubles down on opposing uranium enrichment, warns of potential strike on Iran

Peloni:  Such strong statments in support of a full ban on enrichment are encouraging, but the encouragement dissipates as Trump’s own negotiators are offering low grade enrichment.  Iran has enriched urainium which are clearly intended for a nuclear weapon.  Thus the must at the very least be stripped of the capability of enriching uranium altogether.  It is the height of incredulity that anyone would try to decieve themselves, or anyone else, that Iran has any purpose of a nuclear program which is not entirely militarily based.  Recognizing this fact, it begs the question as to why is Trump’s team offering Iran the ability to maintain this program, in any form at all.

U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday doubled down on his opposition to Iranian uranium enrichment, and appeared to warn Tehran of potential strikes on its nuclear facilities if it rejected Washington’s proposed nuclear deal
