The ICC’s witch hunt against America and Israel has imperiled its continued existence.

Last month, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio set the proverbial cat among the pigeons with his recent declaration of his intention to “dismantle” the International Criminal Court (ICC) and urged other nations to join in the effort. Rubio launched the campaign, vowing to employ “all the tools at our government’s disposal” to “dismantle the ICC, brick by brick.” Against the backdrop of the Trump administration’s escalating actions against the ICC, Rubio accused the court of “waging a war against our country, not with bullets or missiles,” but with “the force of so-called international law.”

Peloni:  David Axelrod is once again positioning himself in defense of the Blue Green Alliance in the following clip as he claims AIPAC is an ‘instrument’ of a foreign govt while ignoring the fact that he is speaking of an AMERICAN Jewish organization, which doesn’t even try to hide the distinction between itself and the govt of Israel with regard to its support for the deathknell of the Two State Solution.  Van Jones, rather than pandering to the political leverage of promoting Jew Hatred in the Democratic party as does Axelrod, speaks directly to the truth of the matter regarding the American nature of AIPAC.  Of course, Jones next goes on to address foreign aid to Israel while ignoring the enormous benefit which US investments in Israel has brought to American taxpayers.  Yet, while Jones does ignore this, he correctly raises the specter in El-Sayed’s policy positions that is calling for a full arms embargo on Israel, taking the timeline back to pre-1967 when America had continued its refusal to sell arms to Israel, even after twenty years of wars being waged against Israel by its Arab neighbors.

On October 7, Hamas terrorists invaded Kibbutz Be’eri. Avida Bechar held the door tight to the safe room as Jihadi terrorists were on the other side trying to get in and kill his whole family. While Avida successfully stopped them from entering the safe room, he was unsuccessful in stopping them from shooting through the door, killing his wife and son, who bled out before his eyes, and getting shot himself leading to the loss of his leg. He and his daughter miraculously survived, as his wife, Dana, and his teenage son, Carmel, were murdered. Few Israelis have paid a heavier personal price.

Peloni:  Rabbi Pesach Wolicki offers some important reflections on Trump’s deal with Iran.  While Trump has been boasting that he is negotiating from strength, he has failed to actually demonstrate this to the world as he is negotiating while accepting that American Allies and international unarmed ships are targeted by Iran with impunity.  Most recently, Iran attacked a ship and killed one of the sailors.  Offering Iran the means by which to do so is not a position of strength, and while many in the West may not care to recognize this fact, it has very much been recognized by the Iranians who are becoming more and more bold despite the intermittent attacks which Trump has waged against them in response, when Trump does in fact respond.  Additionally the entire MOU has been structured with an end goal of the existing regime surviving, being funded.  This funding is itself a threat against the West, as it is the means by which Iran can and will violate whatever hudna they might ultimately agree to sign with Trump.  The future is being fashioned using these very bad negotiating standards, standards which do not provide the US or the West with a stable and protected future, but rather the exact opposite.

Peloni:  While Trump seemed to express optimism on hearing Abdul El-Sayed won his primary today, noting that it clearly characterizes the Democratic party as, well, the Democratic party, the reality is that this clarity came at the price of a major defeat for America.  The centers of Islamist-Marxist support in the Democratic party is growing, not weakening, and the threats which are coincident with a Jihadi mentality is growing stronger.  From NY to Texas to New Jersey to Michigan to the rest of America, the quiet Jihad is advancing its line of scrimmage and in doing so, the hallmark and ultimate defense of Western Civilization is crumbling.  Failure to appreciate the burgeoning threat which has consumed the Democratic party nearly entirely will only see its reach grow stronger and stronger.

Peloni:  Netanyahu speaks out against the attempt in the recently released ‘Roadmap’ for implenting the Gaza plan in which Trump’s 20 Point plan, as bad as it was, is entirely flipped on its head, completely changing the order and evolution of events which were already designated under the original plan as described in UNSC Resolution 2803.  Hamas must be disarmed, and failing this fact, which had a deadline of last October, Hamas must be eliminated.

Peloni: Revealing indeed.  Pay particular attention to Gen. Jack Keane’s insightful description of the Saudi’s unwillingness to risk paying a price for victory in the region while having reaped the benefits of both the US and Israel taking significant risks in this war.  I made the point before that, while I am not too anxious to see the Saudis becoming more adventurous militarily, they have actually proved themselves to be an obstacle, rather than an asset, in developing not just peace in the region, but also greater stability, and the great curiosity in all of this is that the future of the Saudi state is dependent upon regional stability, or so we were led to believe, just as we were led to believe that they were interested in pursuing peace.  Towards this latter point, it should be reminded that Bin Salman can have his cake and eat it too by acknowledging the historical elephant in the region, that the Hashemites which now controls Jordan should be required to accept that their nation is the Muslim Palestinian state which the world is demanding, that the Hashemites are threatened by this reality and are themselves the obstructing force preventing Salman from gaining the price of peace in the region, ie a pathway for Pal Statehood even as it does not require Israel to part with one hilltop or one one dunam of land.  Our land is our land, and if peace requires denying this reality, it will forever remain an elusive quantity.  Yet, if peace, better described as stability, in the region is desired, only the recognition of the historical, legal, and property rights described in the San Remo Declaration, in accord with the betrayal which took place at the Cairo Conference over a century ago, stands in the way for a better future in the region, that and of course finally and earnestly dealing with the threat from Iran as if it is a lingering menace to all the region.  Til the House of Saud is willing to take actions to support these two bold but necessary steps to secure regional stability, their own future will continue to be held in a grip of fear and intimidation, and the region will continue to be dominated by the interests of the radical Shiite Axis originating in Iran.

Peloni:  Is Rom Braslavski overreacting in calling for Justice for the butchery, enslavement, torture, rape, pillaging and mass slaughter which took place on October 7, 2023 and which is still being normalized around the world today?  No.  In fact, justice is not a comodity meant to serve only the victims, but society as a whole.  The butchers, planners and participants of October 7 are not deserving the relief which Western interests are trying to impose with their pressure on Netanyahu to end the elimination of these savages.  Bibi has placed these eliminations on hold to demonstrate that the current deal with Hamas will fall thru of its own weight.  While I would prefer that such a strategy as this had not been pursued, mark my words, justice is coming for each of the savages who were involved in the October 7 Massacre.   EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. OF. THEM.  Time will prove that Braslavski’s plea for justice will be satisfied.
