In a landmark 9-0 ruling on Wednesday that you will never hear about in the media, the US Supreme Court has undercut all DEI-based discrimination, sending the Marxists into a tizzy.

The US Supreme Court’s ruling that a St. Louis police sergeant can sue over a job transfer she claims was discriminatory lays the foundation for legal action against employers who push discrimination against white people in job hiring, work assignment and promotion. That’s right, those “diversity-preferred” job postings, the practice of passing over whites for promotions, discriminatory job transfers, pushing unfair diversity trainings, etc…all of these are now legally actionable.

It would be political suicide for Benjamin Netanyahu to follow Joe Biden’s advice.

“Take the win,” President Biden reportedly advised Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu after Iran’s unprecedented missile and drone attacks against Israel sputtered shambolically to an ignominious end.

As the world waits on tenterhooks for Israel’s response, two things seemed clear. It would be political suicide for Mr. Netanyahu to take the president’s advice, and it would be national suicide for any Israeli prime minister to do so. Mr. Biden is primarily worried about his re-election, a cause he conveniently if sincerely conflates with the survival of democracy in the U.S. and of freedom in the world. Israel is worried about something more tangible—the survival of the world’s only Jewish state.

T. Belman. I believe Avenatti will do it. The conversations with the defense lawyers have gone on for a year.  Obviously the prosecution attorneys will try to destroy his credibility on solid grounds But I assume Vavenatti will say that Stormy is a liar and that Trump never had sexual reloations with him.  That will blow the case wide open and lead to an acquittal.

Although the defense cannot offer him a pardon or anything like it, Avenatti will figure it is in his interest to do so.

The former attorney who is currently in prison claimed he has been communicating with defense lawyers.

Michael Avenatti, the former attorney for adult performer Stephanie Clifford, also known as Stormy Daniels, said he has been communicating with former President Donald Trump’s lawyers and may testify against his former client.

Speaking to the New York Post from jail, Mr. Avenatti said that “the defense has contacted me,” referring to the former president’s attorneys. Mr. Avenatti is currently serving out a lengthy sentence for extortion, tax evasion, fraud, embezzlement, and other crimes.

American Jewish and pro-Israel groups lauded Saturday’s passage of a long-stalled Israel supplemental aid bill in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Under the threat of losing his job from his right flank, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) shepherded the bill—part of a larger foreign aid and national security package—to a successful 366-58 vote, with 37 Democrats and 21 Republicans opposing.

The bill, which now heads to the Senate, includes $17 billion in defense aid to Israel, along with $9 billion for humanitarian aid to Gazans and others involved in conflicts around the world.

Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich aims to legalize 68 outposts in Judea and Samaria and has instructed various ministries to prepare to provide them with public services.

Smotrich is also a minister in the Defense Ministry with broad authority over civilian issues in the disputed territories.

Two years ago, I had a life-changing Passover experience.

I was invited to attend my first modern-Orthodox Seder (Passover ceremony) with none other than Mayim Bialik in attendance — replete with Passover-themed Jewish “Jeopardy.” It was pretty iconic.

Why was this night different than all other nights? For many reasons, not the least of which being that I was raised Reform Jewish, and none of my Seders ever had this kind of spirituality, insight, contemplation, or grounded celebration of Jewish tradition. It was a turning point in my relationship with Judaism.

President Biden and others claim that President Trump incited the Capitol Riot, falsely described as an  “insurrection,” on January 6, 2021.  This belief explains Colorado’s failed attempt to remove Trump’s name from the ballot because he is an “insurrectionist,” as well as a national YouGov poll that found that 54% of Americans approved of the Colorado action.  It is now used as a justification for Biden to refuse to debate Trump.  This claim remains a serious problem — not only for Trump, but for obtaining an accurate history of what happened on January 6.

A rational evaluation of Trump’s words and actions, and other factors, demonstrates that this claim is nonsense.

The Bloomberg television network revealed overnight into Saturday that in the attack attributed to Israel at the Iranian consulate in Syria, the entire command hierarchy responsible for the activities of the Revolutionary Guards in Syria and Lebanon was killed. According to the report, “the senior officers were pivotal for Hezbollah’s activities in the region.”

The Biden administration is slated to announce sanctions against the IDF’s Netzah Yehuda battalion for alleged human rights abuses against Palestinians in the West Bank, the Axios news site reported on Saturday. It would be the first time the US has ever taken such a step.
