It is clear that he and his first guest do not agree with how Trump is dealing with the Leaders of Iran. His second guest is an expert in – what is a lawful American – which is covered in the 14th Amendment in his learned opinion, which is ignored by many politicians and judges.

The Israeli military launched retaliatory strikes in Iran after suffering several ballistic missile attacks on Sunday, despite U.S. President Donald Trump telling several news outlets he intended to urge Israel not to strike back in order to preserve ongoing peace talks with the regime.
Peloni: There can be no end to criminality when crimes are not addressed as criminal. The rampant use of election fraud will end with the first successful prosecution. So far, there aren’t even charges pending for what took place in 2020, so why would such a successful and lucrative scheme as is taking place in California, AGAIN, not proceed as if it were a completely legitimate process.

Peloni: The road back from anarchy requires an absolute commitment by the judiciary to act as the good arbiters of justice, and for this to be enforced, judges must be held accountable for violating standards of professional conduct and the law. Bravo to Daniel Greenfield, Former Rep. Louis Gohmert, and the David Horowitz Freedom Center for doing the heavy lifting in restoring the groundwork of judicial accountability in America. If only such standards of accountability for the judiciary were normative in Israel – just one of the many benefits of having an actual constitution complete with checks and balances. The weaponization of judicial decisions based on political preferences and arbitrary standards is not justice, it is tyranny, and democratic governance can not survive the practiced exploitation of tyrannical rule. This simple premise was the very premise upon which the judiciary was instituted in the Western world. Fiat justitia ruat caelum, ie let justice be done though the heavens fall.
Only judicial accountability can end the judicial coup.

Peloni: Final tweet at the bottom is chilling to read. Trump is pleading with Bibi to stand down, arguing
“Each of them had their fun. Israel had its strike and Iran had its strike. We don’t need another one.”
He is wrong. This statement is so incredibly wrong I don’t know what to say. It is as if Trump has no concept of what the actual difference is between Victory and Defeat. These are not just words, and in the Middle East, these words hold power over the survival of whole civilizations.
Iran initiated an attack on Israel with no provocation, despite Trump’s suggesting the contrary. Lebanon and Iran are not common regions, and Israel responding to attacks from Lebanon can not be allowed to be accepted as Israel provoking Iran. Trump’s comment on this is not only damaging to Israel, but it is in complete disregard to Lebanon, a nation with which Trump is forcing Israel to hold peace talks. Trump appears to want to have it both ways, but either Lebanon is Iranian territory, or it is not, and in fact it is NOT.
Hence, if Bibi stands down now, in the face of an unprovoked major Iranian attack on the Israeli population, it will destroy him politically, but more than this it will present Israel as weak, and a complete toady to Trump’s will, which is why it will destroy Bibi’s political future. Israel is a strong nation in a difficult region of the world, and it needs a strong leader to lead it, not an American stooge.
If Bibi capitulates to Trump after having been shelled with ballistic missiles over the period of an hour, it will send a catastrophic message to Israel’s allies as well as to its enemies, and Israel can not afford to send such a message to anyone, not for any deal.

Clearly, judging by the public persona he began to construct for himself starting in 1987 when Donald Trump published a book entitled, “The Art of the Deal,” he saw himself an artist and just the other day publicly boasted that he never makes a bad deal.
Madeline Brooks: This is beyond troubling, and therefore must not be avoided. Contraband including drones and items used in war efforts are seamlessly getting into Gaza. Some of the traffickers are Bedouin Israelis and others are Jews, including officers who take money to bring in the very things that killed their “fellow citizens” on Oct. 7 and will be used to kill more Israelis, if successful. This is a developing story.
A 35-year-old man was murdered and at least five other people were wounded in a shooting attack near Kochav Yair in central Israel Sunday morning.
According to initial reports, the event started when terrorists in a stolen Israeli car opened fire on a vehicle at a gas station near Kochav Yair, seriously injuring two men, where paramedics gave them medical treatment and evacuated them to Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba.
Peloni: This is an important proposal by Ronald Lauder regarding the creation of a media network to combat antisemitism. Yet, this proposal raises an important context which can not be overlooked as the President of the World Jewish Congress continues to support the failed policy of the Two State Solution even after October 7. In fact, a network of truth tellers is essential to defending World Jewry as well as Israel, but in saying this, it begs the question as to what truth such a media network sponsor in regards to the claims raised against Israel regarding the creation of a second Palestinian state. Not so small issues such as this are essential to tease apart when raising the prospect of facing off the libels raised against both Jews and the Jewish state which are in fact weaponized in no small measure around the lie that peace lies at the end of the peace process which has only ever brought about war, mayhem and butchery of Jews. We owe nothing to the savages who want our people subjugated just as we own nothing to the fake diplomats who want our state divided so as to make its conquest all the easier. There exists today a state which was already carved from the geographic territory meant for the League of Nations Mandate for Palestine, and that country is Jordan, the same nation which denies the rights of its disowned citizens which are currently scattered on the hills of Judea and Samaria. This is an important topic which must be discussed in considering Lauder’s billion dollar media project, less we face the potential of creating some sort of a J-Street TV to defend ourselves, our rights and our state.

Peloni: The Arabs in Judea and Samaria previously held Jordanian passports and had Jordanian citizenship. It was an crime against humanity for them to have been stripped of this right decades ago, as it was an act of complicity by the international community to lie silent about this crime over the years. Restore the citizenship of these Jordanian Arabs, and let Jordan deal with the restive nature which has come from them having been weaponized with a Jew Hating psychopathy under the auspices of UNRWA and in full complicity and cooperation of the Jordanian govt.

My opinion It is Naive to think that coexisting with the Arabs making them rich in Judea and Samaria will work. It’s obvious Israel cannot Trust President Trump or the United States. It’s the same mentality that brought us October 7 th. Below are a few points of problems that would happen even if Israel did not declare sovereignty, or for that matter a suicide deal such as land for peace. My opinion The only solution has to be all Non Christian Arabs in Judea and Samaria must go to Jordan Permanently. All Gazans must leave Gaza Permanently.
