A new Judea and Samaria policy will promote security

Opponents in the security establishment should stop their doomsday forecasts. I am appalled by statements from former IDF brass. Op-ed.

Dec 12, 2022,

Brig. Gen. (res.) Amir AviviElazar Riger

(JNS) Due to the incoming Israeli government’s declared intention of transferring civilian issues in Judea and Samaria to the relevant ministries, alarmists are coming out of the woodwork, using their security credentials to further political agendas. They are recklessly spreading falsehoods and sowing distrust of the new government before it has even started to act on the mandate it was so clearly given by the Israeli public in the November elections.

I am appalled by recent statements from former senior generals regarding the anticipated policies and coalition agreements of the incoming government, mainly because they are unfounded and dishonest.

Biden Convenes Anti-Semitism Summit While Funding Murder of Jews

Daniel Greenfield, 12 Dec 09:48 PM

On December 4th, Secretary of State Antony Blinken stopped by J Street’s annual conference being held at a D.C. hotel owned by a Spanish airline and famous for its haunted ‘ghost suite’. But the real ghosts were those of the murdered Jews whose lives had been taken by the pro-terrorist policies that Blinken and the anti-Israel group he was celebrating had imposed on Israel.

Blinken, who had served as the vice chair of the board of directors for Human Rights First, an anti-Israel group, before his current appointment boasted of the $890 million in taxpayer money directed to the “Palestinians”. Fungible funds that will inevitably subsidize the murder of Jews.

Brittney Griner represents the “Best of America”?

If Biden et al regard Griner as among the best of them, they demonstrate that they view their constituency with the utmost contempt. Op-ed.

By Rabbi Prof. Dov Fischer, INN   Dec 12, 2022

Some ingrate woman (whatever that “w” word means), a mega-tattooed basketball player who has demanded that the American national anthem not be played before basketball games, now has been described by Joe Biden’s official mouthpiece, Karine Jean-Pierre — another masterpiece — as “represent[ing] the best of America.”

Election-fraud corruption is deeper than anyone can imagine

By

Multiple polls conclude that over 70% of Americans think our elections are filled with fraud. But we’re learning it’s deeper and more organized than just a few thousand mules dropping fake ballots into election boxes.

The corruption involves both political parties. Big Tech manipulates search engine results, and takes down “dangerous” websites. With the Elon Musk revelations, we now see that our own FBI is working actively with Twitter to censor conservatives and silence dissenting speech. It’s next to certain that Twitter wasn’t the only Social Media Giant the FBI was giving orders to. And the mainstream media is all-in on ridiculing, dismissing or attacking people willing to speak out.

Why tensions persist between Kosovo and Serbia, and their Russia-Ukraine link

T. Belman. Lately I have seen a plethora of articles and videos on this “second front”

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has called for deploying Serb troops to northern Kosovo, further fueling fears of a revival of the 1998-99 war in Kosovo that claimed more than 10,000 lives and left over 1 million homeless. A look at the history between Serbia and Kosovo, and why the latest tensions are a concern for Europe.

By: AP   | December 13, 2022

Tensions between Serbia and Kosovo flared anew during the past week after Serbs erected barricades on the main roads in the north of Kosovo, a former Serbian province. They were protesting the arrest of a former Kosovo Serb police officer. Shots were fired from the barricades, and a Kosovo Albanian police officer was injured. Someone lobbed a stun grenade at a European Union peacekeeping patrol mission.

What the heck is really going on? This explains it all.

TIERNEY REAL NEWS

Shortly after 9/11, Vice President Dick Cheney instructed the National Security State to view all Americans as potential threats.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) were created specifically for this purpose. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) came along in 2002, and within the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) was formed.

The DHS, ODNI, DOJ and FBI became the four pillars of this new institution. Atop these pillars is where you will find the Fourth Branch of Government – the Intelligence Branch.

Antisemitism on college campuses is intolerable and making Aliyah attractive

T. Belman. I don’t envy the Jewish students on college campuses today.  They are exposed to so much in your face antisemitism. In the fifties and sixties, when I went to college, there was no antisemitism.  Nefesh B’Nefesh claims  a “53 percent rise in the number of single Jews under 30 moving to Israel since 2009. In 2021, Nefesh B’Nefesh said, 1,380 Jews in this category made aliyah. They expects that number to go up still more in 2022.”

Barry Weiss. (formerly of the NYT)

“Hello Ms. Weiss, Please excuse any typos, I’m writing this half asleep on a train…”

Thus began a cold email I received in September 2019 from a young man named Blake Flayton. He was a student at George Washington University, he told me. He had just read my book, How to Fight Antisemitism, and he wanted to tell me more about the atmosphere he was facing as a pro-Israel, gay, progressive on campus.

Why The Left Must Destroy Free Speech… Or Be Destroyed

by Thomas DiLorenzo, LewRockwell.com,

In Hayek’s famous 1944 book, The Road to Serfdom, he warned that the intellectual and political classes of the democracies of that time were embracing some of the same ideas that inspired Hitler’s Germany, Mussolini’s Italy, and Stalin’s Russia:  comprehensive government planning, hyper regulation of industry,  nationalization, welfare statism, and collectivism in general.  He did not predict that these societies would end up “in serfdom,” however, as some have mistakenly claimed.  Quite the contrary.  In his first chapter he clearly stated that he hoped the ideas in the book would help these countries to avoid that disastrous fate.  He hoped the ideas of the book would be a roadblock on the road to serfdom.

Illegal construction in Area C

By Ted Belman

In October 2022, REGAVIM released a report that

“reveals that in 2022, illegal Palestinian construction in Area C, the portion of Judea and Samaria under full Israeli jurisdiction, increased by 80%. The report documents 5535 new illegal structures built in 2022, compared to 3076 structures in the same period in 2021. Regavim: “The Israeli government is creating a de facto Palestinian state.

‘At present, according to Regavim’s research, there are 81,317 illegal Arab-built structures in this area, covering an area of approximately 150,000 dunams’

Obviously there is an enormous amount of illegal Arab construction in Area C which the Civil Administration does nothing about.

Teaching Terror to Tots – reevaluating the Oslo Accords

T. Belman.  Mudar Zahran will put an end to this.

By Itamar Marcus, PMW     | Dec 12, 2022

  • PMW is releasing this report at the GPO’s Christian Media Conference in Jerusalem.

Many observers have been puzzled why the 1993 Oslo peace accords did not lead to peace but precisely the opposite. Sporadic Palestinian terror attacks prior to 1993 were replaced by repeated Palestinian terror waves murdering more than 2,000 Israelis. PMW’s report “Teaching Terror to Tots” is the key to understanding the post-Oslo terror enigma.

The Apartheid Libel to Destroy Israel

by Khaled Abu Toameh, GATESTONE  •  December 12, 2022

    • Recently… however, with the UNHRC’s persistent allegations that Israel is an apartheid state, that label is being pushed even further in an apparent effort to make it stick. The complicity of recent reports from NGOs such as Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch appear to be trying to ensure that their libel will be complete.
    • The campaign emboldens the radicals among the Palestinians, including the Iranian-backed Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), whose declared goal is to eliminate Israel and replace it with an Islamist state.

Afraid and Confused, Jordan’s King Embarks on A Public Relations Crusade

T. Belman.  Abdullah’s days are numbered.

JaFaJ INTELLIGENCE  December 10, 2022

1. Summary: For the past three weeks, Jordan’s King Abdullah has embarked on a massive public relations campaign aimed at Western governments. Rather than reaching out to his disgruntled and economically strained public, Abdullah seems mostly concerned with his image abroad, with the focus being the “West.” In an effort to prop up his regime, King Abdullah and his wife, Queen Rania, have been meeting with every western leader who will listen to them. At the same time, Abdullah is desperate for information about what would be the next “big moves” in the Middle East region, suspecting “A plot between Arabs, Americans and Israelis to depose him and replace him with a Palestinian.” Abdullah’s paranoia is not new but has intensified recently with public opposition to him becoming more vocal as Jordan’s economy becomes more and more strained. The King’s confusion and lack of interest in his subjects, clearly exhibits the state of dysfunctionality Jordan is in. Jordan itself has become so fragile that a regime change is no longer an impossible event.

Judging a Court by its system: Interview with MK Simcha Rothman

T. Belman. I met with Simcha this week at the Knesset. I was there to inform him how much the Jordan Option coincides with the goals of the Religious Zionist Party. I also sent him this link. https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/notwithstanding-clause-explained-ford-1.6641293 and explained;

“As you can see, this clause is intended to protect against judicial activism. That’s the same reason Israel wants to pass it.  In Canada, the provinces wanted to be the last arbiter of rights. They didn’t want the Canadian Charter of Rights to be the last word. They wanted the provincial parliaments to be the last word. In  Israel, the Knesset also wants the last word, thus the override law.”

Answers to crucial questions, such as how the Israeli justice system differs from the American one. Interview.

Dec 11, 2022,

MK Atty. Simcha RothmanArutz Sheva

The ascent of MK Simcha Rothman, who was appointed chairman of the Knesset’s powerful Constitution, Law and Justice Committee, may prove to be the biggest nightmare for Israel’s current Supreme Court and its progressive supporters. Rothman has become the poster boy for judicial reform in Israel and has been a leading voice in the fight against judicial activism.
