(JTA) — Bobby Jones headed to bed on Sept. 4, 1972, expecting a grueling practice schedule the next day. After a standout sophomore season at the University of North Carolina, the future NBA Hall of Famer was in Munich as a member of the U.S. men’s Olympic basketball team, which had just advanced to the medal round.
Jones didn’t get the night of sleep he was expecting.

As I look back over the last few years, it is clear to me that Fauci’s COVID19 political medicine protocols, and the Biden regime’s lawlessness are both orchestrated parts of the globalist war on America. Both utilize the tactical methodology of fear-based psychological regression. Why regression? Because freedom is an adult enterprise. A nation of children and chronological adults regressed to childish psychological functioning, cannot sustain itself. It does not possess the critical thinking skills required to protect itself. Why fear-based? Because fear is arguably the most mobilizing human emotion. If you frighten people enough, you can get them to do almost anything.

Interior Minister Ayelet Shaked speaks at the Israel Bar Association conference in Tel Aviv, September 5, 2022. (Avshalom Sassoni/Flash90)
Ayelet Shaked says “it is time” for a different politician to succeed former prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu as leader of the right.
“The time has come to replace Netanyahu in leading the right,” says the Zionist Spirit party chief at the Israel Bar Association’s Legal Conference. “He shook hands with Arafat, released terrorists and froze the settlements. After failing to form a government so many times, it is only right that he vacate his seat.”

In the last 20 years, Israel has had nine elections. The upcoming November 1 election will be the 10th in the cycle, and before every single one of these campaigns, the same questions were raised: “What’s the problem with the left?” “What happened to the left?” “What’s left of the left?”
A derivative question – often asked by American Jews – is: “Who are and where are the Israeli liberals?” Not “liberal” in the U.S. political sense, but liberal democrats.

It is obvious to anyone who has been paying attention over the last two and a half years that the COVID response has been mishandled to the point of doing far more harm than good. Whether it was done intentionally or not is up to debate, but in order to get to the bottom of it, we need investigations.

We are at present living through another example: the Iranian nuclear threat… This time, ignoring Israeli warnings will have even more dire and far-reaching consequences. The compromise proposal put forward by European officials mediating between the US and Iran in an effort to renew the 2015 nuclear deal perfectly summarizes the parties’ willingness to cut corners out of a desire to restore the pact.
According to the proposal, Washington and Tehran will postpone discussing the International Atomic Energy Agency investigation into uranium traces found at three undeclared Iranian nuclear sites until after the renewal.

It was 2009.
Hoshea Gottlieb, an aide to then-justice minister Daniel Friedmann in the fading days of the Ehud Olmert administration, reached out to a private sector Israeli lawyer who had returned from seven years abroad, having previously served in the IDF’s International Law Department.
His request would have a major impact on the handling of Israel’s challenges in the international legal arena and the playing field of war crimes allegations and lawfare for the next 13 years.

It seems like an eternity ago but on September 15 it will be only two years since the United States brokered the Abraham Accords. This series of agreements to normalize relations between two Arab states—the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain—and Israel broke an impasse that had prevented wider peace building efforts in the Middle East since the mid-1990s. Later Sudan and Morocco joined the initiative which became one of the most celebrated accomplishments of President Donald Trump’s tenure.

A federal court has turned down Benson’s motion to throw out a lawsuit filed against her for refusing to remove almost 26,000 dead voters from Michigan voters rolls
Instead of simply settling the lawsuit and agreeing to finally remove the dead voters, Benson filed a motion to dismiss the case.
The good news is that because of this court ruling, Michigan might be one step closer to fixing this problem, whether Benson wants to or not.
