Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT), as its name suggests, is a medical transparency group that filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the FDA for documents tied to its approval of Pfizer’s BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. The FDA went to court and informed the judge that it was totally willing to comply with the request—except that it will take almost 55 years to do so.

The Epoch Times reports that the FDA claims to possess 329,000 pages of documents responsive to PHMPT’s request. Further, the FDA posits that reviewing the documents and redacting exempt material will allow it to produce, at most, around 500 pages per month. At that rate, it will take 658 months—or 54 and 3/4 years to complete the requested production.

A new 47-page motion filed on Tuesday by Jan. 6 detainees segregated in a dedicated wing called the D.C. Central Treatment Facility (CTF) alleges J6 are being cruelly penalized because of their vaccination status. Being treated differently because of vaccine status, says the complaint, amounts to “medical apartheid.” This motion discusses the many conflicting lines drawn in the sand during the “pandemic.” It serves as a microcosm of the confusing, lived experience of so many in this country over the last two years.

WASHINGTON — Interior Minister Ayelet Shaked said Wednesday that to expand Israel’s normalization agreements with Arab countries that began last year, the United States will have to offer its own incentives to candidate countries.

And while Jerusalem had to forgo plans to annex large parts of the West Bank to set the accords in motion, no further Israeli gestures to the Palestinians will be necessary in order to build on the existing normalization agreements, the senior minister argued.

The UK is poised to designate Hamas as a terrorist organization, two decades after Britain blacklisted part of Hamas.

British Home Secretary Priti Patel is set to announce Friday that the entirety of Hamas will be proscribed as a terrorist organization in her first keynote speech on security in Washington DC.

Hamas’ military wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, has been recognized as a terrorist organization in the United Kingdom since 2001.

D.C. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth today sentenced Jacob Chansley, the so-called “QAnon shaman,” to serve 41 months in prison for his role in the January 6 protest at the Capitol building.

Chansley, 34, pleaded guilty to one count of obstruction of an official proceeding, a felony applied to at least 220 Capitol protester cases. The post-Enron law was not intended to be used against  political protesters; this is the first time the U.S. Department of Justice has charged political protesters with the felony count, which is publishable by up to 20 years in prison.

T. Belman. I am being interviewed on the Middle East Radio Forum on Saturday night which is to be broadcast from the US.  One of the topics to be discussed is whether Israel will attack Iran. Until doing my research I believed it was a no-brainer. After reading this article, I think otherwise. And this article doesn’t even factor in the damage Hezbollah can do to Israel in the event of such a war.
