Election fraud in Georgia was so vast and deep that a new election should be held, according to a lawsuit filed Friday by the campaign of President Donald Trump.

“What was filed today clearly documents that there are literally tens of thousands of illegal votes that were cast, counted, and included in the tabulations the Secretary of State is preparing to certify,” Ray S. Smith III, lead counsel for the Trump campaign, said in a statement.

“The massive irregularities, mistakes, and potential fraud violate the Georgia Election Code, making it impossible to know with certainty the actual outcome of the presidential race in Georgia.”

It’s out in the open for everyone with eyes and ears, not only here in the United States but around the world.  The November U.S. Presidential election produced a fraudulent result — appearing to deliver a defeat for extraordinarily popular and remarkably successful incumbent President Donald Trump and a victory for extraordinarily unimpressive Democrat challenger Joe Biden.

Trump drew crowds of 35-40,000 and more at every rally. Biden couldn’t attract more than a few dozen at his public meetings — none of which could be called rallies. Biden’s handlers decided on a basement strategy early on, recognizing that a discharged and failing battery was no match for the orange energizer bunny.  Additionally, why take the risk of gaffes in public appearances when you know that the fix is in with upcoming multilevel vote fraud.  First, a refresher and some background.

T. Belman.  This lawsuit was not brought by Trump or Rudi or Jena. Yes the Judge found that the direct evidence was insufficient but failed toaccept the inferrential evidence as sufficient.  Yet most murder cases are decided with inferrential evidence. i.e. where the inferrence from the inferrential evidence proves beyond a resonable doubt, as in a murder trial, or on the blance of probabilities as required in this trial.

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Nevada judge has dismissed President Donald Trump’s campaign’s request to declare the president the winner in Nevada and nullify the election results. In his ruling, Judge James Russell also ordered lawyers for the campaign to pay the defendants’ legal fees.

President-elect Joe Biden won Nevada by more than 33,000 votes. The state lawsuit alleges voter irregularities and fraud make Trump the actual winner. Lawyers for Republican Party electors on behalf of the Trump campaign told Russell on Thursday they had evidence of deceased individuals having votes cast in their names and that tens of thousands of living voters voted twice.

The Arizona House and Senate have called for an audit of the Maricopa County election software and equipment following allegations of fraud and other irregularities presented by President Donald Trump’s team earlier this week.

In a news release Friday, GOP leaders of the Republican-controlled legislature sought an independent audit of Dominion Voting Systems software—used in Maricopa County—called for the audit.

State Sen. Michelle Ugenti-Rita, a Republican said that Maricopa County’s Board of Supervisors “is supportive of conducting an independent audit of their voting software and equipment,” adding: “It is important we maintain all of the voting public’s confidence in our elections, and this is a positive step.”

A divided Wisconsin Supreme Court on Thursday refused to hear President Donald Trump’s lawsuit attempting to overturn his loss to Democrat Joe Biden in the battleground state, ruling that the case must first wind its way through lower courts.

Two dissenting conservative justices questioned whether disqualifying more than 221,000 ballots as Trump wanted would be the proper remedy to the errors he alleged.

The defeat in a 4-3 ruling was the latest in a string of losses for Trump’s post-election lawsuits. Judges in multiple battleground states have rejected his claims of fraud.

President Donald J. Trump has appealed his Wisconsin recount losses in Milwaukee and Dane Counties to the Wisconsin Supreme Court. His filing on Thursday, December 3, included the posting of $100,000 in surety bonds required by state law.  In a letter to Chief Justice Patience D. Roggensack, Trump’s lawyer asked for a “scheduling conference” to be held by Saturday, December 5. It states the plaintiffs will be ready to present their evidence and legal arguments on Monday, December 7.
