A federal appeals court in Georgia will hear an expedited appeal of former Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell’s request to gain a temporary restraining order forcing audits and a forensic examination of Dominion voting machines used by the state in the 2020 election.

Dominion is a voting-machine manufacturer, and its products have been alleged to be used as part of a widespread scheme to defraud President Trump of the 2020 election in several key battleground states, including Georgia.

Joe Biden won Georgia by more than 16,000 votes and claimed the state’s 16 electoral votes, which were essential to him claiming victory over Trump, according to the Associated Press.

Two months ago I launched an effort on behalf of Dr Harvey Risch and others to convince the government of Israel to make Hydroxychloroquine available as a profalactic or early cure.  Unfortunately I found myself talking to the wall.

About a month ago I started my fall appeal for donations. My efforts were cut short because of the rigged elections.  I couldn’t help but focus my attention on the latest developments in the attemps to steal the elections and Trump’s moves to prevent it.  I am convinced he will succeed and be sworn in in 2021.

During this period of time I also moved my mailing program and database to a new server resulting in a number of problems that had to re resolved. Everything is working fine now.

My efforts to install Mudar Zahran as the new ruler of Jordan seems to be bearing fruit.

Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney [U.S. Air Force Retired] said in a no-holds-barred interview that he doesn’t believe the courts are likely to come through for President Trump.

Despite massive amounts of evidence of widespread irregularities, many judges appear either unable or unwilling to sort through allegations of rigged voting machines and dozens of affidavits from eyewitnesses to ballot stuffing, denial of Republican poll watchers from observing the process, evidence of more votes cast in hundreds of precincts than were registered to vote, and a host of other irregularities.

The general placed the burden squarely on President Trump to use the emergency powers at his disposal and put down what he described as a coup d’état in progress.

President Donald Trump’s campaign on Dec. 1 fired back at Attorney General William Barr after the nation’s top law enforcement official reportedly claimed that officials haven’t seen evidence of widespread election fraud.

“With all due respect to the Attorney General, there hasn’t been any semblance of a Department of Justice investigation,” Rudy Giuliani, a Trump lawyer, and Jenna Ellis, a Trump campaign attorney, said in a joint statement. “We have gathered ample evidence of illegal voting in at least six states, which they have not examined. We have many witnesses swearing under oath they saw crimes being committed in connection with voter fraud.

“As far as we know, not a single one has been interviewed by the DOJ. The Justice Department also hasn’t audited any voting machines or used their subpoena powers to determine the truth.

Attorney General William Barr said Tuesday the Justice Department has not uncovered evidence of widespread voter fraud that would change the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, according to an interview he gave to the Associated Press.

Barr reportedly told the AP that U.S. attorneys and FBI agents have been working to follow up on specific complaints and information they’ve received, but they have uncovered no evidence that would change the outcome of the election.

“To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election,” he said.

It’s not just that the former vice president is on track to become the oldest president in American history, it’s what he managed to accomplish at the polls this year.

Candidate Joe Biden was so effective at animating voters in 2020 that he received a record number of votes, more than 15 million more than Barack Obama received in his re-election of 2012. Amazingly, he managed to secure victory while also losing in almost every bellwether county across the country. No presidential candidate has been capable of such electoral jujitsu until now.

Even though Wisconsin has officially certified the results of the Nov. 3 presidential election, President Donald Trump’s campaign is still battling over how the vote was conducted and will file a massive lawsuit Tuesday, according to a published report.

The lawsuit, which will be filed in Wisconsin Supreme Court, alleges there was misconduct connected with absentee ballots that could impact as many 220,000 ballots, according to Fox News.

Numerous affidavits testifying to various types of election fraud have been filed in courts in several swing states, and the affidavits indicate that those who witnessed conduct believe that fraud took place. However, those allegations have yet to be proven in court.
