In all the excitement among objective journalists for Joe Biden’s declared victory, reporters are missing how extraordinary the Democrat’s performance was in the 2020 election. It’s not just that the former vice president is on track to become the oldest president in American history, it’s what he managed to accomplish at the polls this year.

Candidate Joe Biden was so effective at animating voters in 2020 that he received a record number of votes, more than 15 million more than Barack Obama received in his re-election of 2012. Amazingly, he managed to secure victory while also losing in almost every bellwether county across the country. No presidential candidate has been capable of such electoral jujitsu until now.

Even though Wisconsin has officially certified the results of the Nov. 3 presidential election, President Donald Trump’s campaign is still battling over how the vote was conducted and will file a massive lawsuit Tuesday, according to a published report.

The lawsuit, which will be filed in Wisconsin Supreme Court, alleges there was misconduct connected with absentee ballots that could impact as many 220,000 ballots, according to Fox News.

Numerous affidavits testifying to various types of election fraud have been filed in courts in several swing states, and the affidavits indicate that those who witnessed conduct believe that fraud took place. However, those allegations have yet to be proven in court.

1. Rudi’s claims of ballot stuffing, absentee ballots etc are state matters. The state judiciaries are controlled by Democrats so the Courts are rejecting Rudi’s lawsuits. The Supremes are unlikely to interfer with what the Court decides on these issues
2. equal protection for all voters is a federal matter and the Supremes will deal with it as they did in Gore v Bush.
3. The way to get around the first problem is to activate the State legistures to take back the role of certifying the results or refusing to certify the results.

A former state attorney general whose group is involved in election-related litigation in battleground states said Saturday that he believes the 2020 election was lawless.

“I think that this was one of the most lawless elections in U.S. history,” Phill Kline told The Epoch Times. That lawlessness has made it difficult for people to have faith in the election results, he added.
