For no conceivable political gain, post-elections, Trump sent Mike Pompeo, to the Mideast with special tasks. And now Pollard.

Pompeo and Netanyahu. tty Stern/U.S. Embassy JerusalemAs we await the results of court challenges to a presidential election that has been stolen in whole or in part, we were witness on Tuesday, November 19, 2020, to a remarkable revelation about the four years of the first Trump presidential term.
The election that ended on November 3 is over. The Democrats’ dead voters have returned to their gravesites. Even Democrats acknowledge that the time now is passed for them to continue mailing in more unsolicited ballots without postmarks, to be shielded from viewing by Republican poll watchers. Thus, there no longer is any cynical point or reason for a politician to pursue actions aimed at winning votes; the voting is over. Read more…
Trump Team attorney Sidney Powell on Friday told Newsmax’s Howie Carr that once the campaign drops evidence of voter fraud there will be a number of people who will need to be in witness protection.
“When are we going to have some positive developments in the president’s case here?” Carr asked.
Powell said evidence of fraud will be released this coming week.
The Democrats dismiss any mention of the innumerable irregularities that tainted the general election as little more than crackpot conspiracy theories. This is a convenient way to avoid addressing serious questions raised by serious observers, but it will further undermine confidence in key institutions that form the foundation upon which the republic stands. Public trust in government, media, and even science was already declining before Election Day. This trend will dramatically accelerate if Americans don’t get answers to questions such as the following: Why would the voters deliver the Democrats a comprehensive down-ballot drubbing yet hand the White House to the worst presidential candidate in living memory?
The only bellwether county out of the 19 that Biden won is located in Washington state, which long ago went to all mail-in ballots and one-party rule. We are expected to believe that this is a coincidence.
Five years after being freed from prison, Pollard says he plans to move to Jewish state to care for ailing wife, thanks Israeli envoy Ron Dermer for assistance in effort

The US Justice Department on Friday declined to extend the parole of Jonathan Pollard, who was convicted of spying on America for Israel, and the 66-year-old is now free to travel to the Jewish state.
Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp on Friday urged the state’s top election official to conduct an audit of the signatures on ballot envelopes.

Kemp, a Republican, made the remarks during a press conference during which he signaled that he would sign off on the certification of the election results after the Peach State conducted a risk-limiting audit of the presidential election which showed Democratic nominee Joe Biden ahead of President Donald Trump by 12,284 votes.
“It’s important to note that this audit only looked at ballots, not the signatures of the absentee applications or the signatures on the ballot envelopes,” Kemp said, adding that he would encourage Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to address concerns about the signatures.
“It seems simple enough to conduct a sample audit of signatures on the absentee ballot envelopes and compare those to the signatures on applications and on file at the secretary of state’s office.”
A professor of mathematics at Williams College, in a sworn affidavit, flagged nearly 100,000 ballots in Pennsylvania after analyzing election data and phone interviews.
Steven Miller, who specializes in analytic number theory and sabermetrics, said that one instance of possible fraud involved potential votes that weren’t counted and another instance involved ballots that may have been requested by a person other than the GOP-registered voter.
“I estimate that the number of ballots that were either requested by someone other than the registered Republican or requested and returned but not counted range from 89,397 to 98,801,” Miller said in the sworn statement (pdf), according to Just The News.
Hours after claiming that President Donald Trump won the election by a landslide and that there is evidence to overturn it, campaign lawyer Sidney Powell said her team will sue more election officials in key states.
While the campaign will not sue election software manufacturing companies, “the suits will be against the election officials to invalidate the results of the election and force it to the legislatures and the Electoral College and then the Congress if necessary,”said Powell, a former federal prosecutor who successfully defended Gen. Michael Flynn in court, in an interview with Fox Business’ Lou Dobbs.
Powell was likely referring to Article One, Article Two, and the 12th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution about contested or contingent elections. Some legal experts and Congress members, including Harvard professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz and Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.), have suggested that Congress can reject a state’s Electoral College votes. Some state Senates and Assemblies or Houses can vote to send up their own slate of electors for when the Electoral College meets in December.
This weekend marks 75 years since the start of the Nuremberg tribunals, which tried leaders of Nazi Germany for their part in the Holocaust and other war crimes.
A clear line links these tribunals to the current possibility of an investigation into Israeli “war crimes” by the prosecutor at the International Criminal Court and to the continuing uproar in Britain’s Labour Party over Jeremy Corbyn.
Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said on Thursday that he believes there is “no doubt” Democrat Joe Biden won the state of Georgia, despite numerous head-turning findings of Trump-breaking ballots in the Peach State post-Election Day.
“Developing next live at 5 on [WSB TV] – [Georgia Secretory of State] tells me the statewide audit results are in and there’s ‘not a thimble full of difference’ between the hand & manual recount,” said investigative reporter Justin Gray on Friday. “He says he has no doubt Joe Biden has won Georgia.”
Asked if there is “any doubt” in his mind that Biden won the state, Raffensperger responded, “No, there’s no doubt. The numbers support that; so does the audit.”
The Trump campaign has suggested to a federal judge in Pennsylvania that he should let the Republican-controlled state legislature select electors to cast votes in the U.S. Electoral College system.
The campaign made the suggestion to U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann in a proposed revised complaint, filed on Nov. 18, in a case alleging that the state’s election process violated the Constitution because of differing standards of verification and transparency for mail-in versus in-person voters.
“This court should enter an order, declaration, and/or injunction that the results of the 2020 presidential general election are defective and providing for the Pennsylvania General Assembly to choose Pennsylvania’s electors,” the campaign wrote in its second amended complaint (pdf). The draft complaint was attached to a motion requesting the court to afford the campaign an opportunity to amend their claims in the case.
Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson on Thursday said a post-election audit is planned in Wayne County and other areas, saying that it is standard procedure for jurisdictions that have significant errors in their election reporting.
“The statewide risk-limiting audit will be accompanied by the routine local procedural audits that will review the accuracy and process of elections in local communities,” she wrote on Thursday. “Local procedural audits consider clerical errors identified during canvasses,” Benson wrote.
“This a typical, standard procedure following election certification, and one that will be carried out in Wayne County and any other local jurisdictions where the data shows any notable clerical errors following state certification of the November election,” she said.
According to the Detroit Free Press, risk-limiting audits involve inspecting a certain percentage of paper ballots cast in an area. Read more…
