Trump on multiple paths to victory.

By Ted Belman

I firmly believe that Pres Trump won the election in a landslide. But can he prove it?

I think the answer is “yes”.

Let me remind you that the standard of proof is the balance of probabilities rather than beyond a reasonable doubt as in criminal cases.

After listening to the synopsis of the case and the evidence assembled as presented by Giuliani and Powell, I believe that they will easily surpass this standard.

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey announced the state’s election isn’t over until all court cases have been settled, as the Trump campaign and state GOP filed lawsuits in Maricopa County in a bid to block officials from certifying the election results due to alleged voter irregularities and improprieties.

“There are legal claims that are being challenged in court and everybody on the ballot has certain access rights and remedies and if they want to push that they are able. Once those are adjudicated and the process plays out, I will accept the results of the election,” the Republican governor said in a news conference on Wednesday. It was the first time he held one since the Nov. 3 election.

‘It’s a cancer’: Pompeo says US will brand BDS ‘anti-Semitic,’ crack down on it

The United States government will formally designate the anti-Israel boycott movement “anti-Semitic” and immediately start cracking down on groups affiliated with it, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced Thursday during a visit to Israel, calling BDS a “cancer.”

“Today I want to make one announcement with respect to a decision by the State Department that we will regard the global anti-Israel BDS campaign as anti-Semitic,” he said, standing next to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during a joint statement to the press.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission on Wednesday night issued an order to recount ballots in two counties following a request by President Donald Trump’s campaign.

Commissioners in a video teleconference on Wednesday argued for nearly six hours before ultimately agreeing to conduct the recount.

“An order will be issued mandating that the recount take place. This is not a discretionary decision. This is simply what will happen,” Chairwoman Ann Jacobs, a Democrat, said at the beginning of the hearing.

The Clock Ticks on the Iranian Nuclear Project

By Victor Rosenthal

A recent IAEA report showed that Iran has considerably more low-enriched uranium than was permitted by the JCPOA and is installing advanced centrifuges at Natanz, also in contravention of the agreement, to further increase production. In addition, the uranium is being enriched to a higher degree than before. If they want to, the Iranians could have nuclear weapons sometime in 2021.

Apparently in response to the report, President Trump reportedly asked advisors for options to take action against Iran’s nuclear program. Those options could include anything from increased economic pressure, to cyber-attacks, and even military action. The NY Times said he had been “dissuaded” by advisors from a military strike because it “could easily escalate into a broader conflict in the last weeks of Mr. Trump’s presidency.” But Trump is nothing if not independent.

Wayne County election board’s Republicans make a dramatic U-turn

T. Belman.  This means that the MI votes will not be certified and thus Biden wont get them.  Big victory.

By Andrea Widburg, AMER THINKER

Wayne County, Michigan, is home to Detroit and is the state’s largest metropolitan area. On election day, Wayne County famously covered the windows in the vote-counting area so that observers could not witness the count. Nevertheless, on Tuesday, the two Republican members of the Wayne County election board agreed to certify the vote count – although they did so along with a demand for an audit. They’ve now rescinded their agreement, saying that fellow board members bullied and misled them.

I reported yesterday the strange journey that the Wayne County election board took. It started by refusing to certify the election. Then, abruptly, the two Republican board members who held up the certification did an about-face and agreed to certify the vote. The only caveat was that they demanded a “comprehensive audit” of “unexplained precincts.”

It’s in the code: Trump won Michigan and Wisconsin – BUT WHO CARES?

By Nick Chase, AMER THINKER

Last Sunday, in my article “‘Lost votes are fraud votes,” I looked at the “lost votes” for the 2020 presidential election listed in Internet blogger “Pede’s” analysis, and I described how, after adjusting for the thrown-away votes, Trump won Pennsylvania and will win (after the recount) Georgia, while Biden likely won Nevada, Michigan, Wisconsin, and possibly Arizona.

But there’s still something missing. “Pede’s” data search exposed votes switched from Trump to Biden, and “votes lost” (mostly Trump votes thrown away); but there is a third category that escapes this type of data scanning: “votes added.”

By “votes added” I mean fraudulent “votes” that were all, or almost all, for Biden. This would include (and account for) the massive “Biden vote dumps” that occurred in Wisconsin and Michigan in the early morning hours of Nov. 4 which shrank Trump’s lead by 1.5% to 2% in those states and eventually resulted in Biden “wins.”

Trump’s Only Road to Victory

T. Belman.  I think that Dersh is wrong..  But who am I to question his judgement.  I don’t see Dersh talking about what is being found regarding fraud and the effect it will have on the certification.

Dick Morris, who speaks with Trump almost everyday, said Trump asked him (1) to get the people out to lobby their legislators in all swing states (The Gop controls all of them) to demand proper audits rather than fake recounts. and (2) to give Trump their list of all people who voted so that they can be verified.

Thus he is focused on getting the count certified rather than on preventing certification which Dersh suggests. Keep in mind that Trump’s legal team is focused on getting the US Supreme Court involved in rejecting fraudulent ballots and rejecting certain ballots due to unfainess. ie not properly observed.
