A 30-second coronavirus detection test being developed by India and Israel should be ready in “a matter of days,” Israeli Ambassador to India Ron Malka told the Indian news agency PTI on Friday. “All the thresholds have been passed.”

The operation has been dubbed “Open Skies,” and Malka said he believes the testing kit will enable the world to begin opening the skies, since the technology simply requires a person to blow into a tube and the results become available in less than a minute. It is also very cheap to carry out, as the results are delivered locally without the logistics and cost of sending the sample to a lab.“It will be good news for the entire world,” he said.

Why the Left Hates Religion

And why Christians and Jews are Public Enemy #1 for progressives.

By Don Feder, FPM

Americans remain the most religious people in the industrialized world: 87% believe in God, two-thirds say they’re Christians, and 45% attend religious services at least once a month (23% weekly).

One political party supports their worldview, the other disdains it. One views religion as an ally, the other as an adversary.

That wasn’t always the case.

Are winds of change blowing in Jordan?

T. Belman.  Of course, yes, but not the way he thinks.

There are encouraging signs that Jordan’s new government could become an integral part of the U.S. peace push and also move towards rapprochement with Saudi Arabia.

By Pinhas Inbari, JCPA

A new government in Jordan was sworn in on Oct. 12, and the change deserves attention. The new prime minister, Dr. Bisher Khasawneh, who was most recently the king’s political adviser, has reportedly held extensive talks with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman over the past six months and was scheduled to meet with Abu Dhabi’s crown prince. It was also reported that he has a close connection to Jared Kushner, the architect of U.S. President Donald Trump’s Middle East peace plan, as well as special ties to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.

Until now, Jordan was reluctant or even hostile to Trump’s “Peace to Prosperity” plan and worked to improve its relations with the Palestinian Authority, emphasizing the coordination with the Palestinians on issues related to Jerusalem.

Trump is flawless and brilliant in the Townhall

Savannah Guthrie didn’t interview Pres Trump, she aggressively debated him. Trump was cool yet relentless in getting his messages out. He was well prepared and polite. In effect he got an hour of press time to make his own case and he used it adroitly. Try as she might, she didn’t lay a glove on him. Start at 9:00 minutes.

The Coronavirus Experts Were Wrong, Now They Need Scapegoats

It’s not about fighting the virus, but punishing political and cultural enemies.

by Daniel Greenfield, FPM

The problem isn’t just the China Virus. It’s that we adopted the China Model to fight it.

Public health experts adopted China’s draconian lockdowns without knowing how well they really worked and in a country that, fortunately, lacks the power to truly enforce them.

China’s deceptiveness and lack of transparency meant that we did not know how well anything that the Communist dictatorship did to battle the virus that it spawned actually worked. Despite that, our public health experts, and those of most free countries, adopted the China Model.

A Radical Shift. The nightmare Obama brought to U.S. foreign policy.

Editors’ note: Walid Phares has a new book out on the difference in foreign policy between Obama and Trump titled: The Choice: Trump vs. Obama-Biden in US Foreign Policy. Below is an exclusive excerpt – Chapter 3 – which illustrates the nightmare that Obama brought to U.S. foreign policy.

By Walid Phares, FPM

Soon after landing in the White House, President Obama initiated two major moves, which by the end of May or early June 2009 indicated where his administration was going in terms of national security and foreign policy. It was obvious to me at the time that the country was veering away from the post-9/11 posture and the so-called War on Terror and heading in the opposite direction of demobilization of America on the one hand and the activation of an apologist policy on the other in order to engage with future partners who were actually at the core of terrorism and extremism. Sudan has reportedly decided to move forward with normalizing ties with Israel, after the US reportedly issued a 24-hour ultimatum to the country demanding that it recognize Israel in order to be removed from a US blacklist, a source close to Sudan’s leadership told i24News.

The decision was made after a heated discussion on Wednesday, according to the news station.

Israel’s Information War

By Victor Rosenthal

The “Information War” is the struggle to attack or defend the image of the State of Israel in the consciousness of the world. It is truly a world war, but the two main active fronts today are the Arabic-speaking world, where for the first time there are signs of pro-Israel initiatives, and the West.

A striking feature of the Information War in the West is the imbalance between the resources of the two sides. The pro-Israel list is much shorter. We have sporadic and uncoordinated attempts at hasbara (public diplomacy, or “propaganda,” if you prefer) by the Israeli government, the most recent of which is the allocation of funds to the Ministry of Strategic Affairs (MSA) to fight BDS and delegitimization. In 2019, MSA granted about $5.3 million to individuals and organizations. As of September 2019, it had 32 employees (Hebrew link). Al Jazeera alone has about 100 times as many.

How Russia and China weaponize technology to manipulate the masses

T. Belman.  The same case can be made against Twitter, FB and Instagram.  We should not forget that the Democratic Party and their enablers, the MSM, repeatedly lie to create false narratives (propaganda) to misinform the public.  Thank God for the alternate media and Ingraham, Hannity, Carlson, Turley and a few other

There are various methods developed by both countries to impact election outcomes. It happened in South Korea.

Quantum technology

Quantum technology

(JNS) “The fax will set you free!” Years ago, that was such a hopeful rallying cry. I was among those convinced that exciting new technologies would defeat tyrants and censors. When the facsimile machine, an invention of the 19th century (look it up) came into widespread use in the 1980s, it seemed to be the sharp point of a freedom-friendly technological spear. A fax machine could do in minutes what it had taken Soviet dissidents weeks to achieve with a typewriter: make a copy of a forbidden book and transport it from one place to another.

While Cuomo Targets Orthodox Jews, Muslim Mass Gatherings Go On

Like Black Lives Matter riots, Muslim mobs don’t spread the virus.

By: Daniel Greenfield, FPM, Oct 13, 2020:

Every year, Shiite Muslims in Flushing, Queens conduct the Arbaeen, a procession in honor of Mohammed’s grandson whose death at the hands of a Sunni caliph marked the pivotal break between Shiites and Sunnis, slapping their faces and chests for their beheaded Imam Hussein.

Queens, once the borough that gave birth to President Trump and David Horowitz, now has a large Muslim population, and the fall processions of wailing crowds are a regular event.

The coronavirus didn’t change that.

Chevron’s Deal for Noble Energy Marks a Major Shift in Mideast

By JONATHAN TOBIN, Special to the Sun | October 14, 2020

For many decades, one of the givens in the discussion about the Arab world’s war on Israel was the role that the American and international oil industry played as a supporter of the Arab war on Zionism. One of the most important factors in sustaining the hostility of the foreign-policy establishment to Israel was the enormous influence of the huge oil companies that viewed the American relationship with Israel as a threat to their ability to do business in the Middle East. The notion of any of those corporations doing business in Israel was unthinkable since they were among the primary enablers of the Arab boycott of the Jewish state.

That’s why last week’s completion of the purchase of Noble Energy, the company that operates and holds rights to most of the natural-gas reserves off of Israel’s coastline by the Chevron Corporation, should be regarded as a milestone in the country’s economic history.

Dr Risch: Fauci ‘in Bed with Forces,’ ‘Decisions not Based on Science,’ ‘Killing Americans.’ Why Is No One Investigating This Man?

You may not have heard, but on August 23, a guy named Harvey Risch made some shocking accusations against Anthony Fauci.

Of course, that by itself doesn’t say much since a lot of people have accused Anthony Fauci of a lot of things since he stepped into the spotlight as the de facto leader of America’s response to COVID-19.

But Harvey Risch isn’t just anybody. Risch is a professor of epidemiology at Yale University. He has an M.D. from UC San Diego, a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago, and he’s published over 300 papers in a career that spans four decades.

Let’s all be honest about hydroxychloroquine

Evidence is more positive than many in the medical community admit

By DR. JOSEPH A. LADAPO and DR. HARVEY A. RISCH, NEW YORK DAILY NEWS OCT 13, 2020  5:00 AM

Hydroxychloroquine is ineffective and unsafe in the treatment of COVID-19: This is the belief held by millions of Americans and many healthcare professionals. After months of randomized clinical trials yielding findings that were not statistically significant, and others reporting side effects, no one could be blamed for reaching this conclusion.

Hydroxychloroquine sits on a shelf at Rock Canyon Pharmacy in Provo, Utah, on May 20, 2020.

But an important slice of the hydroxychloroquine data tells a different story.

Because of the medication’s politicization, and the pernicious tendency for dissenting perspectives to be silenced during the pandemic, data supporting hydroxychloroquine’s effectiveness have been almost inaudible. But a recent analysis pooling together results of randomized clinical trials testing hydroxychloroquine’s use in early COVID-19 infection should substantially raise the volume.

Coalition chairman: My comments were not a threat against AG

Coalition chairman MK Miki Zohar (Likud) is saying that unless Attorney General Avichai Mendelblit resigns and cancels the indictments against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Likud will “expose him.” He later clarified that this was in no way designed as a threat aimed at intimidating the senior law enforcement official.

Zohar gave an interview to Radio 103FM on Wednesday following a report by Channel 12 News that ran recordings of conversations between Mendelblit and former head of the Israel Bar Association Effi Naveh several months before Naveh was appointed to that position.

The UN Human Rights Council is a sick joke.

So what’s new? High time to acknowledge the deeper problem beneath this farce

By Melanie Phillips

Meeting room of UN Human Rights Council, Geneva

Some of the world’s worst human rights violators have now been placed in charge of protecting the world’s human rights.

China, Russia, Cuba and Pakistan are among the 15 countries that have won seats on the UN Human Rights Council in a secret-ballot of the 193-member UN General Assembly.

China jails opponents of the regime and has sent hundreds of thousands of Uighurs into state re-education camps. Russia poisons its dissidents. Pakistan represses Christians, Hindus and Ahmadis. Cuba is a police state.
