How perfectly obvious do they have to make it, such that everyone is aware that they are not ruling on the evidence discussed nor the case being reviewed, but rather they carry with them a focused opinion at the outset, so strong, that they testify with their own mis-stated facts to their unapolegetic bias as the focus of their intended ruling, in their open display of non-judicious justice, which has become quite routinely employed in our modern age.
