President Trump said Pence had every right to send the contested electors back to the states on January 6th. President Trump is correct. Pence had the authority to send the contested electors back to the States. The very fact that they’re now trying to write a law to stop it from happening again proves that it’s legit.
Basically, McConnell & Pelosi knew that Pence had the LEGAL authority to return the contested votes to the states on January 6th under the Electoral College Act. The language is VERY nebulous and the Constitution doesn’t address this.
But, they didn’t want him to do that. They wanted Trump gone. All the Senate RINOs were also in on it with the Democrats. But now, they don’t want Democrat VP Harris to be able to do the same thing in 2024 to oust a Republican President. So they are trying to write a law NOW to make it illegal!
TRUMP: “If the Vice President (Mike Pence) had “absolutely no right” to change the Presidential Election results in the Senate, despite fraud and many other irregularities, how come the Democrats and RINO Republicans, like Wacky Susan Collins, are desperately trying to pass legislation that will not allow the Vice President to change the results of the election? Actually, what they are saying, is that Mike Pence did have the right to change the outcome, and they now want to take that right away. Unfortunately, he didn’t exercise that power, he could have overturned the Election!”
Remember, this is how Pence massaged the rules of the Electoral College counting session to avoid introducing the “rival” slates of Trump electors. This is public knowledge.
These are the instructions that VPs have given out at the start in each of the last 5 counting sessions. Note the difference for 2021? Pence referenced an unnamed “parliamentarian’s” to prevent bring competing state legislature supported electors into consideration. Pence, Schumer, McConnell & Pelosi rewrote the rules together.

Remember – the following is likely what actually happened on January 6th. I reported this last January and was removed from Twitter for doing so:<
1) Video evidence shows that Trump likely KNEW what the coup plotters were plotting on the 6th, so he arrived an hour late to the stage, and talked longer than he intended, before he asked MAGA to walk peacefully down Pennsylvania Avenue to the Capitol. He also didn’t walk WITH them as he originally promised. He delayed them to protect them. ANTIFA-BLM was already there breaking in…
2) Pelosi, Pence & McConnell planned to start the joint session and expected Trump to appear outside the US Capitol just as they were starting. He upset their plan by delaying his speech. The plan was to unleash ANTIFA-BLM terrorists just as he arrived at the Capitol and then BLAME Trump for the violence. Then they would arrest HIM at the Capitol for an armed insurrection.
3) Pence would then call for Trump’s removal under the 25th amendment. What did Trump do? He held people back for two hours and had prepared a PRE-TAPED message to the people asking for peace & asking them to go home and be safe.
4) This explains why Trump did what he did on the 6th. This explains why he asked for 10,000 National Guard but Pelosi & McConnell turned him down. This explains why he said in his speech that day that he had “heard” bad things about what Pence was planning. When Pelosi’s evil plan failed, they called back Congress to finish debate & certification but used most of that time to bash Trump. Again, part of the plan.
5) Rudy Giuliani actually reached out to Republican Senators and asked them to stick to the original schedule they promised to allow a complete debate – but they refused to respond. Then, Trump’s Twitter account was banned to remove his peaceful video – so they could say he was inciting violence.
6) They finished up at 4am and half the Congress people who agreed to object – now did not do what they promised. There were no objections to Georgia, Nevada, Wisconsin or New Mexico as promised. Things moved quickly – they conspired together to allow LITTLE evidence presented.
8) Pence changed the rules and allowed debate to start & stop & end, even though he had told the President that he couldn’t adjust the timing at all because it was sacrosanct & he must respect the process. In other words, it was a total set up against Trump.
9) Then they began plotting the removal of President Trump again. They ignored the shooting death of a female Trump supporter by a DC cop, they ignored evidence that BLM-ANTIFA incited the riots, they blamed racism, they VILIFIED both Trump & all of us. All part of the plan.
10) The media called for the immediate arrest of Trump, Giuliani & Eastman for insurrection. They called for the immediate impeachment & removal of President Trump. Big Tech removed his product websites and corporations called to remove him from office. Police were even holding residents at Trump’s hotels hostage against their will. Twitter banned him. Faceook banned him. YouTube banned him. And more…

Even Hannity got involved to try to shut down the Green Bay sweep. Hannity texted Mark Meadows and said he was worried the White House counsel would quit over pressure on Pence. Hannity wanted Trump to walk away from the election fraud and not pursue Bannon’s plan of sending the electoral votes back to the state

Fox wanted Trump to say the election fight was over. He refused to say it. Remember, this was Hannity’s recommendation. Remember that Paul Ryan is on the Board of Fox and tells Hannity what to say. Hannity told Trump never to mention the stolen election again. Trump disagreed.
So, Hannity was with the establishment cabal – happy that Trump lost so that the GOP could sweep mid-terms and kick Trump to the curb.

I agree with your assessments completely.
I have watched every interview that I could find of Byrne since ~October 2020 and that has been a great many interviews. This was when he returned from his long period of silence following his initial revelations on Maria Butina. I knew he was deeper into the Russia Hoax than Butina, but I never dreamt how much deeper. He initially attempted to go thru Legacy Media but was boycotted by them, earning not so much as even a public comment, and is still referenced without mentioning his name, labeling him the crazy or eccentric millionaire. So he used the arena of the podcast world and it has been a very long journey to tell his elephant sized story in small bites, as he describes it.
Through his interviews he has stitched a very important tale that links a great many powerful people to very incriminating acts. He has played a central role in trying to expose the Russia Hoax, prevent the Election Fraud before the election, expose the Election Fraud after the fraud was completed and then champion the outrages over the vaccine mandates and the medical tyranny being implemented.
Through it all, I have come to completely agree with your assessment of the man. I would find it hard for anyone to argue differently, though there are many who are desperately trying to do so on the most silly arguments.
Regarding Mike Pence, I have to admit a personal bias as I have been a great admirer of his political career over the past 20yrs. Pence, unfortunately has badly betrayed the American people by supporting an election with clear evidence of fraud complete with foreign interventions. It is also not difficult to see Pence’s hand on many of the appointments surrounding Trump that came to undermine the Trump administration, sometimes within hours of their appointment. Pence came from the Bush era, likely owing no small amount of political allegiance to the Bushes during his political rise in the party when Bush held complete control of the party. He has maintained his close associations with the Bush wing of the party even as it has imploded since Trump’s rise. The imagery of his attending a summit of the old guard as Trump was being impeached in Feb 2021 could not be more apropos. The irony should not be overlooked that the attack on the capital, for which Trump was being impeached, could not have been coordinated and implemented without certain foreknowledge of Pence’s choice to betray the nation – this means that Pence himself should have been the individual facing first an inquiry, then impeachment, then prosecution for his complicit role in at least the Jan 6 pysop. It was a great misfortune to the country that this craven, and more likely corrupt, politician was ever placed in such a crucial role of authority over the nation’s fate. I would not trust him to fetch the morning paper.

Byrne was told to stand down by the AG and the FBI and to not reveal details he has released over the past 6 weeks. He had been working under the understanding that the details he has been withholding would undermine Durham’s investigations. He made the decision last month to stop waiting and began revealing more details.
His current revelations were to try to let the steam off the kettle as there are some in the MAGA movement, likely govt agents but perhaps not, who have recently begun advocating for violence and who simultaneously have fed a recent story to the DailyMail.com to vilify Gen. Flynn. Byrne had been hoping that the Jan 6 commission would call him so he could reveal all of this to them and the American public together. When they finally did reach out to him recently, it was to see if he would agree to testify behind closed doors and not disclose the info to the public and let the Committee disperse what info they cared the public to know. Byrne told them “to go F*** yourselves” as he described it. This revelation along with the recent calls for violence and the Flynn hit piece brought him to do today’s press conference. He did note at the end of the conference that he should have done this months ago, and I totally agree.
The details he shared regarding Ali Akbar gaining control of the rally setup on behalf of Women for Trump to his own ends and maneuvering of the funds collected for the Stop the Steal campaign into the pockets of the Republicans rather than Trump, have been talked about in certain corners of the internet since last January with greater and greater details. Not much of this is publicly discussed in the press or even certain parts of the conservative press, but it is likely to be pursued following this.
FYI Akbar is also under subpoena to be diposed for Tore Mares-Lindemann’s defamation lawsuit against Dominion. Tore was the author of the Kraken affidavit for Sidney Powell’s Michigan election lawsuit that was dismissed last January. She is also one of the sources for Shadowgate and the author of the ToreSays podcast and an associate of sorts of Byrne who called in with questions of her own at Byrne’s press conference.

Byrne has many inside tracts and has been mentioning many potential aspects which might be exploited with great success in the coming months, and specifically mentioned one case that is below everyone’s radar that will be released in February or March.
He has called on the Jan 6 Congressional panel, even taking out billboards requesting that they call him to testify. He has no conflicts of interest and has stated he has no need of legal counsel. He claims to be more knowledgeable than Flynn, Trump or others regarding the activities that led to Jan 6 in which he has cited that Republicans were very much involved or at least aware of the actions that day. The deafening response he received was significant. You probably are aware already that he has played a significant role in the Russia Hoax with the Maria Butina hoax and the Hillary Clinton bribe scam set up by the FBI, if not other aspects. He has given a statement to the Trump Justice Dept and has been very upset that they let the country down.
It appears now that the breaking news for today is going to be in the form of a press conference today at 1pm where he will provide his testimony of what he witnessed between Nov 4 and Jan 6.
