“We’re now starting to understand the scope of the militarization of Gaza.” Really?

Jared Kushner says Israelis are being “a little irrational” about Gaza.

But then he admits:

“We’re now starting to understand the scope of the militarization of Gaza. It is beyond your comprehension.”

NOW starting to understand?

After Oct. 7? After nearly three years of war? After our soldiers uncovered an enormous terrorist infrastructure of tunnels, weapons and command centers embedded throughout Gaza?

Then Kushner admits something else:

“We worked with Hamas for over four months.”

And Hamas supposedly signed an agreement promising to demilitarize.

Seriously?

Hamas carried out Oct. 7. It is a jihadist terrorist organization committed to Israel’s destruction. They are Islamonazis who must be decimated, not talked to!

Yet Washington spends months negotiating with Hamas, admits it is only now comprehending the magnitude of Gaza’s militarization, and then calls Israelis irrational for refusing to entrust our children’s future to another promise of “demilitarization”?

Kushner has it backwards.

Israelis understand something Washington is apparently still learning:

The old Gaza paradigm is dead. It was always dead.

In 2005, Israel expelled nearly 10,000 Jews, destroyed 21 Jewish communities and removed every soldier from Gaza.

We were promised peace.

We got Hamas, rockets, terror tunnels and ultimately Oct. 7.

Never again.

And this Israeli awakening is now entering our election.

Ben-Gvir is campaigning for a government ministry dedicated to facilitating Gazan emigration.

Ofer Winter has made Gazan emigration part of his platform.

Moshe Feiglin has been talking about emptying Gaza of the jihadi population for years.

Netanyahu appointed Minister Gila Gamliel to oversee efforts to facilitate Gazan emigration after President Trump himself originally raised relocation in January 2025.

And listen to Avida Bechar, a survivor of Kibbutz Be’eri whose wife and son were murdered on Oct. 7. He came from Israel’s peace-loving Gaza-envelope communities. He believed in coexistence.

Oct. 7 changed everything.

He has repeatedly argued that Israelis will never be safe if one jihadi remains in Gaza.

That isn’t “irrational.”

That is Oct. 7 clarity.

For me, the long-term answer is clear: America should use its enormous leverage with Egypt to press Cairo to open the Rafah border and permit Gazans who leave the war zone to enter, while Israel permanently eliminates Hamas and every jihadist military organization threatening our people.

Then Israel should correct the disastrous mistake of 2005.

Rebuild Jewish Gaza.

Bring Jewish life back to the communities we abandoned.

Build them bigger, stronger and more beautiful than Gush Katif ever was.

I look forward to the day when Jewish families are once again building homes, planting fields and raising children in Gaza and when I have a beachfront Gaza home to spend enjoying with my family.

Not a question of if. A question of when.

We Jews have spent too many years allowing other people to tell us what is “realistic.”

We are not the irrational ones. Those who continue to ignore a 1,400+ year jihadi ideology out to persecute all non-Muslims around the globe are the irrational ones.

Strengthen your faith.

Strengthen your Jewish identity.

Strengthen your connection to our God-given ancestral homeland.

Am Yisrael is coming home!!!
