Very comprehensive overview of the background to the developing dilemna in Jordan.
As I understand it, Crown Prince Hussein has no interest in ruling and Jordan. I also understand that Abdullah II did not trust Homza and therefore refused to allow Homza to become Crown Prince. But does anyone understand why, with 12 children(and likely other family members), Abdullah does not name a more willing member of the royal family to succeed him to the throne? Do none of them want it? Or does Abdullah II just not trust any of them either?
