Peloni:  We first reported on this story early last year, in which Yossi Baum revealed the startling findings about the trap in which PM Netanyahu found himself caught in the early hours of October 7, while the innocents in the Kibbutzim surrounding Gaza, along with the Nova Music Festival goers, were being slaughtered.  In what has been become a basis for bizarre antisemitic plot lines put forward by sensationalizing podcasters and talking heads, the mystery surrounding Israel’s nearly silent response in the early hours of October 7, which stretched through that terrible day, the reports and deductions put forward by Weiss and Baum led to the revelations that the legal fraternity in Israel held Israel’s political elites in a state of capture, delaying and compromising the possibility of a vigorous and fearsome response to the terrorist attack on October 7.  With PM Netanyahu’s statement on the events of October 7, first revealed to the State Comptroller, and now released to the public, we have eye-witness confirmation from the Prime Minister himself recounting the unbelievable tragedy which was purposefully made worse by the very legal and judicial systems which should have acted to support the gov’ts efforts in protecting the citizens of Israel and defending the nation on October 7.  No greater condemnation than this could be made of the political infighting which betrayed the nation that day, just as no greater statement of support for Judicial Reform might be construed from the institutionalized failures which aided the wholesale slaughter of so many, not to mention the more than 250 precious innocent lives who were stolen away into the hell hole terror dens in the tunnels of Gaza during the near paralysis in those precious early hours of October 7.

Notably, this is not likely to be the worst of what will be revealed in the hopefully not too distant future.

Peloni:  First, there is no annexation taking place, and the land in question is actually called Judea and Samaria.  Second, the repeal of antisemitic laws should be celebrated by all descent thinking people, and this should include the leadership in the US, even if it can not include those in the British leadership.  It is no wonder that Trump has yet to be so bold as his antisemitic equal in the UK, who personally endorses antisemitic standards as an ultimate good.  Indeed, only rank depravity could find support for the continuation of the antisemitic standards such as Jordan’s Law #40 which were overturned in the Land Reform measures adopted earlier this week.

Pay for Slay leads to deportation following citizenship revocation

The first implementation of a 2023 law allowing for the revocation of citizenship from individuals convicted of terrorism was signed on February 10 by PM Netanyahu.  The signed orders strip the terrorists of Israeli citizenship following which they will be deported, having been previously convicted of deadly attacks against their fellow Israeli civilians.  This marks a historic first application of the law providing for deportation of terrorists to either the PA controlled territories or the Gaza Strip, the latter being reported as being where the two deportees will be bound.

Peloni:  Trump has repeatedly asserted that he will oppose the ‘annexation’ of the ‘West Bank’.  Israel has never expressed interest in annexing it’s own land, and Judea and Samaria are Israeli lands which have simply awaited the extension of Israeli law in these lands.  Hence, the double pejorative included in the rhetoric expressed in previous statements by Trump lack a clear bearing on the question of whether Jews should be precluded in buying land in the Jewish heartlands of Judea and Samaria simply because they are Jews.  Is the most pro-Israel President in history about to tell Jews that they can not buy land in Israel because they are Jews?  The land reform approved yesterday by the Security cabinet has nothing to do with annexing anything.  It simply has to do with ending antisemitic doctrines which have been left enforced in the Jewish state for decades.  Notably, among other relevant acts, Trump led the way for Jews and African Americans to join private nightclubs in exclusive Palm Beach, Fl.  Recognizing this important role which Trump played in fighting for Jewish rights, something which he has been quite proud of referencing, will he now allow himself to be manipulated into fighting to restrict the rights of Jews from purchasing land parcels inside the Jewish state?  I think the clarity of this context will be distasteful to Trump and his base.  So we will see how far will Trump go to satisfy his Arab ‘partners’.

The Oslo Accords were long ago abrogated not only by the PA but also by Norway. They are a dead letter and no basis to act or refrain from acting in any regard.

Among the many fascinating factors of maintaining offices in Metzuzat Ze’ev (Ze’ev’s Fortress) on King George Street in Tel Aviv, which has long served as the ideological and administrative headquarters of Ze’ev Jabotinsky’s movement, including Revisionist Zionism, Betar and the Herut/Likud movement, is how often Jewish history repeats itself.

The building, which started as a Betar club, was renamed the Jabotinsky Institute. As when Betar became illegal during battles to remove the British from our land, it was clear that a museum—an archives—for Ze’ev Jabotinsky, the leader of the Revisionist movement, couldn’t be removed or made illegal.

Peloni:  The LAF was tasked last year to disarm Hezbollah, and despite this being their objective, the US is now heralding the LAF having simply identified Hezbollah weapons depots while ignoring their mandate to disarm Hezbollah.  It isn’t that the impossibility of the LAF fulfilling their primary objective is not known to the US, it is that Lebanon’s capture by Hezbollah is treated as an inconvenient truth which is constantly ignored by the Americans who continue to confer bipartisan support (read as nearly half a billion dollars in 2024 and another quarter billion dollars in 2025) for Lebanon.

It’s been said that God acts in mysterious ways. In Judaism, the belief that vengeance belongs to God is rooted in the verse, “It is Mine to avenge; I will repay,” declares God (Deut. 32:35). From this perspective, it is plausible that to implement the God’s will and exact vengeance on Ukrainians for the atrocious crimes committed against Jews over the centuries, God has brought Vladimir Zelensky down to Earth and made him the President of Ukraine.

Peloni:  The peace processors only exert leverage on Israel, and by doing so every step forward is another step back to October 6.  The same mistakes ignore the same realities, and the result of this is the further cost in Jewish lives and regional wars.  As Moshe explains, it is time to learn from the mistakes of the past rather than reliving them all over again with different trimmings.
