The Biden administration appears to have forgotten the Marine Barracks bombing.

Even as the Biden administration scrambled to protect Hezbollah, the Iranian-backed terror group, from an Israeli response after its rocket targeting a soccer field killed 12 kids, the Islamic terror group has an ugly history of killing Americans.

“The worst part for me is that nobody remembers,” Mark Nevells said last year on the anniversary of the Hezbollah bombing of the Marine barracks in Beirut.

A Marine had thrown his body in front of the truck to try stop the vehicle and afterward for five days, Nevells and other Marines had dug through the rubble for the bodies of the men they had served with.

• What is insupportable is that Harris completely ignored that the Palestinians of the Gaza Strip are suffering because of a war initiated by Hamas. She could have done many Palestinians a favor had she called on Hamas to relinquish control over the Gaza Strip and stop using its people as human shields in its Jihad (holy war) against Israel.
• Harris seems not to know or to have forgotten — either is not excessively impressive — that on October 6, 2023, there was a ceasefire in place between Israel and Hamas. Hamas broke it.

I don’t know what the deal to get Biden to drop out of the race was, beyond just screaming in his face “SIGN IT OLD MAN OR HUNTER WILL ROT IN PRISON” but it should have really included a Supreme Court appointment. In lieu of that, Biden has a modest proposal for gutting the court because he doesn’t like its politics.

Or, as the official White House press release puts it, “In recent years, the Supreme Court has overturned long-established legal precedents protecting fundamental rights. This Court has gutted civil rights protections, taken away a woman’s right to choose, and now granted Presidents broad immunity from prosecution for crimes they commit in office.” That’s a roundabout way of saying decisions lefties don’t like.

On Fox Business Network’s “Mornings with Maria” on Oct. 8, President Donald Trump described Democratic vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris (D-CA) as a “communist; she’s left of Bernie!” The president went on to cite Sen. Harris’ views, which are indeed even more extreme than Senators Bernie Sanders’ (I-VT) or Elizabeth Warren’s (D-MA).

But there’s much more compelling evidence to indicate that, yes, Kamala Harris may indeed be communist.

The Houthi Shi’as in Yemen have for the past six months been firing on ships — mostly commercial shipping — in the Red Sea, in an effort to cut off Israel’s maritime lifeline to Asia. They have been wildly successful; almost all of the traffic going from or to Asia via the Red Sea has had to be rerouted around the Horn of Africa. The American military has lobbed some rockets at the Houthis to discourage them from carrying on with these attacks, but it has been a drôle de guerre, a phony war, both too little and too late.
