Government approves hostage release deal, only three ministers vote against

T. Belman. I approve of this deal. I also approve of Otzma Yehudah’s negative vote because it is a reminder of the downside.

Frankly, I am surprised that this deal has been acheived. I certainly did not expect it.

What is Netanyahu’s “Something Else”?

Peloni:  Israel’s future is too important to be sacrificed before the alter of foreign interests who hold only their own interests as being resolute.  Indeed, Israel should be no less resolved than her allies about what her own future should entail.  Consequently, I would argue that the time to determine Israel’s post-war goals is not after the war is ended, but today, before her allies make that determination for her.

Military rule without a settlement presence does not yield results that guarantee calm and stability. Op-ed.

Israel National News

“Something else.” That is how the Prime Minister characterized the entity that will control the Gaza Strip on the day after the war.

We, citizens of Israel, ask, what is that unnamed “something else.”

Hostage release deal outline: 12 to be released each day, respite set for 4 days

T. Belman. I support the deal. Israel is calling it a “truce”: “a suspension of hostilities for a specified period of time by mutual agreement of the warring parties;” “Ceasefire” is a synomyn.

A political official outlined the agreement for the release of the hostages in Gaza – which may be expanded during implementation. Assessment: The move will begin on Thursday.

Ben Gvir warns against ‘disaster’ of a hostage deal, slams ‘idiocy’ of war cabinet

T. Belman. The prisoners that Israel is agreeing to release, formerly lived in J&S. They will likely go back there. No one has suggested that they be exiled to Gaza.

As likely deal to free women and children nears, far-right minister points to release of Hamas leader Sinwar in 2011 Gilad Shalit deal as example of prisoner exchange ending badly

National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir slams a potential deal that would see hostages held by Hamas in Gaza exchanged for Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli prisons and warned that any such deal would end in “disaster.”

Speaking to Channel 14 on Tuesday, the minister, who heads the far-right Otzma Yehudit party, addressed the reports that Israel is close to finalizing a deal that would see some 50 people — most likely mothers and children — freed from Gaza, where they have been held for over six weeks along with some 190 others.

Argentina: President-Elect Javier Milei Promises ‘Spiritual’ Israel Trip, Will Move Embassy to Jerusalem

By Frances Martel, BREITBART 20 November 2023

Argentina’s libertarian President-elect Javier Milei confirmed on Monday that he would make visits to both Israel and the United States before his inauguration on December 10, trips he described as “spiritual” and intended to meet with rabbis whom he had consulted during the election.

Milei won the presidency in a landslide on Sunday night, defeating the current Minister of Economics Sergio Massa, a socialist. Massa’s tenure has been defined by inflation of upwards of 140 percent, skyrocketing poverty and joblessness levels, and the worst economic crisis in the nation’s history. Milei, a self-described libertarian, has promised to install the U.S. dollar as an official currency, dramatically cut government spending through the elimination or privatization of agencies, and eliminate the Argentine Central Bank.

Hamas chief Haniyeh claims ‘truce’ close as prisoner exchange said nearly settled

T. Belman.  I am a skeptic. How cab a deal be said to be close when the exzct number and identity of hostages is not known. We are told 50 to 100. Secondly why is Haniyah calling it a “truce”?

Thirdly, “ official said there is an agreement that at least 50 people will be freed, while dozens more could be released in exchange for extending a ceasefire beyond the initial few days.” This suggests to me that the release of hostages will be over an extended period of time  and for each additional release, more pause days and supplies will be demanded. How can you agree to a deal that isn’t specific in which the names and and number of all hostages being included are not fixed. Either it is far too vague or we aren’t being told the whole truth.

Remember, Hamas doesn’t care about the 300 women prisoners being released. Their ultimate goal is a ceasefire. It needed only hours to secret the hostages away. Why are they demanding and getting a ceasefire period of days to be increased for every additional release. They hope they can drag this out long enough to increase world pressure and to decrease Israel’s resistence to a ceasefire.

Palestinians sources say 50-100 civilian hostages would be released in exchange for 300 jailed Palestinians, five-day ceasefire and entry of 300 aid trucks to Gaza Strip

In the immediate aftermath of Hamas’s attack on Israel on October 7th and during Israel’s counter-offensive into Gaza, Iranian proxy militias in Iraq and Syria have escalated attacks on US positions in both countries. Fully 60 such attacks have taken place against US forces since October 7. 56 American personnel have suffered injuries in these attacks so far, ranging from minor wounds to traumatic brain injuries. One contractor died of a heart attack in the course of one of the bombings. Reports of conversations with US personnel based in facilities in Iraq and Syria indicate a near constant state of alert, with troops spending considerable amounts of time in bunkers and shelters.

The Women Soldiers Who Warned of a Pending Hamas Attack – and Were Ignored

The Fall of America

Tierney’s Real News 20 November 2023

A riveting new documentary was just released that basically proves that what we were told happened to George Floyd on Memorial Day in 2020 was all a lie to rig the election & take over America – as I said over 3 years ago.

It’s called The Fall of Minneapolis and it was produced by Liz Collin, a former local news anchor at WCCO-TV – the local CBS affiliate in Minneapolis. She was a well-respected journalist in Minnesota and worked with icon Don Shelby. That is – until she TOLD THE TRUTH about George Floyd. Then she was shunned. Now she works for Alpha News.

‘I Fought with 40 Terrorists’ – An Eyewitness Account of the Oct. 7th Attack

Peloni: A very informative interview with an officer who fought at one of the IDF bases overrun by Hamas on Oct. 7.  As a member of those first to respond, he offers an important perspective from the Gaza Division.

Caroline Glick Show

Caroline spoke with reserve Lt. Col. Yaron Buskila, operations officer for the Gaza Division. Col. Buskila shared his first-person account of the battle at division headquarters on Oct. 7. They discussed the gap between the Southern Command’s understanding of Hamas’s intentions and preparations for a worst-case scenario and the far worse scenario that unfolded on Oct. 7.

Biden’s dangerous Palestinian state fantasy

By Jonathan Tobin JNS  Nov. 20, 2023

Six weeks after the Hamas atrocities of Oct. 7, the Biden administration is still sticking to a policy of support for Israel’s war to eliminate the terrorist threat in the Gaza Strip. Contrary to the expectations of many observers, both President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken have not wavered in their support not just for Israel’s theoretical right of self-defense but for its campaign against Hamas.

Mark Levin delivers a warning for Israel and for America about Antony Blinken

By Andrea Widburg, AM THINKER

By Antony Blinken, our current Secretary of State, appears to be an unimpressive man. My most vivid memory of him is of him being excoriated by a Chinese official and sitting there and taking it. Blinken is also a genetically Jewish person who likes to talk about the fact that he is related by blood or marriage to people who survived the Holocaust. More significantly, though, Blinken is a leftist, and that is his true faith. That faith explains why, as Mark Levin writes, Blinken’s allegiance isn’t to America’s security or the survival of the world’s only Jewish state. Instead, he’s all in for Iran and its satellites, including the violent, blood-thirsty people who call themselves “Palestinians.”

Moshe Feiglin: This War is about Identity

Moshe Feiglin attributes the war against Hamas to a great chasm of consciousness, beginning with an attempt to detach the People from its identity, and repairing this chasm will also provide the long-term answer to the predicament in which the People of Israel finds itself now.

RIBONET    20-11-2023

Former Deputy Speaker of Knesset, Chairman of the Zehut (Identity) movement, Moshe Feiglin, also took part in the Sovereignty Movement’s series of Zoom interviews on the events of the Swords of Iron War.

As he began his remarks, Feiglin was asked about the significance of victory in the war and he summarizes with the words “Flatten (Gaza) plus annexation equals victory” and from here he expounds, stating that any result that is less than this will not bring about victory, rather, it will invite the next round and the next disasters.

On a Tuesday in November, around a third of a million American Jews left their jobs, skipped class and headed to Washington D.C. Some didn’t make it. In Detroit, bus drivers deliberately stranded hundreds of Jews heading to D.C. Others ran into less widely reported problems.

Even among those who arrived, tens of thousands never made it through into the secured area. In the final count, 290,000 people passed through the metal detectors at the ‘March for Israel’.

The Hamas sexual pogrom and the deafening silence of the world’s feminist movements

Where is the outrage from Save the Children or UNICEF when underage girls are savagely raped in front of their mothers by sadistic Hamas terrorists?

By Nitsana Darshan-Leitner,

Days after the October 7 attack by Hamas against Israel, Representative Derrick Van Orden, a former Navy SEAL and combat medic, turned congressman from Wisconsin, visited Israel after the attack and commented, “I can speak with authority. I’ve done multiple combat tours. People were slaughtered at a level not seen since the Holocaust.” The analogy was not an exaggeration. The terrorists burned babies alive in kitchen ovens.

What do the Palestinians Want?

By Caroline S. Glick, Nov 19/23

Palestinian-child-terrorists

For more than a generation, the Israeli left and Western leaders have insisted that the Palestinians want peace. They want a state of their own. They want Israel to leave the Gaza Strip, Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem. And once they get these things, they will live at peace with Israel.

Successive U.S. administrations have modulated their support for Israel based on their perception of the Israeli government’s willingness to make territorial concessions to the Palestinians. Those that were seen as willing to surrender Judea, Samaria, Gaza (which Israel abandoned in 2005) and Jerusalem to the Palestinian Authority were supported. Those that were perceived as unwilling to cough up land to the P.A. were ostracized, condemned and subverted.
